They are good at completing ones taxes, but they are very disorganized. Ive made two appointments on separate occasions with them and both experiences were bad. I called two days ahead of time to make the first appointment and when I call an hour before to reschedule, my appointment wasnt even in their system! Im glad I called otherwise I couldve been stood up. The second time was worse! I called a day ahead to schedule the second appointment and when I was running late for the appointment, I called to inform I was running late. I was then told my tax preparer had stepped out at the last minute, but no one had called me to inform me of this change. I then asked to see another preparer for the same day; I was told no one was available to assist me and to reschedule for another day. This is an outrage for me because I live far and traffic is very busy by the time I go to file my taxes. Anyone in the office couldve called to let me know that I needed to reschedule, but no one did anything. I understand that last minute emergencies can happen to anyone, but this is a business were talking about. It only takes one person to make a phone call. One phone call can go a long way.

Fair price for good service. Staff seems very well trained and is courteous. Great results on my taxes.

I gave them my tax form of a different year to review from another place I went to and they never called me back, kept my form and I never went back to get them, afraid they lost it. They claim to catch something so I was able to receive more money. Now tax time again and sure wont be going there!

I’ve been going to TGA since 2013! They always provide quality services and the best customer service through telephone and in person ! I was referred here by a colleague and always recommend TGA to family and friends.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Reasons why? Number one even if you have an appointment you wait more than 2 hrs to be assisted, two they lie about how your tax are processed and how much youll be getting back just to charge you more. Super unprofessional, totally prefer to not get money back then to be charged 400 dollars to do dirty work.

They are satisfactory at filing regular taxes. DO NOT go to them for audits or other services. I was charged for an audit handled incorrectly and left to fix it myself with the state.
