Ive been living in south gate for the past 26 yes. I want out city to grote and be profitable, but business like this one, makes you take your business elsewhere. 4 months ago my transmission went out on my car, I called to get into on repairing it, the man who answered said would call me back, 3 days later I called because hadnt heard from them, they told me same thing and never called back. Today I called because my starter went out, I thought of giving them another shot, guess what, same thing happened again, a lady answered, got all my info and the 5 minutes turned into never... So yes, I went somewhere else, not sure how this business had a 4 star.....

I called here today. They told me that they can not service my car for 2 weeks. What kind of shop closes for 2 weeks? Makes no sense. Thanks for taking away our holiday.

Over the past almost 20 years I and several of my friends and family have had a number of BMWs and Mercedes maintained here : a 1994 420S, 2000 500S, 2010 450 GL and a 2004 X5 just to name a few.
