I went about 3 weeks ago to get a quote on my transmission repair and saw his helper washing a transmission filter with detergent and a water hose, he also was arguing with someone in the phone dont know if it was personal or client. I returned today and asked him to put on writing I was going to get a working transmission and to please put a new transmission filter. I told him what I saw and got offended he showed me the person he is. Im glad I was able to walk away.

This repair shop is good and offers very competitive pricing.

Please please listen to me do not even consider this place.. if you do you will be wishing you took my advise.. Nito was recommended through a family so of course I felt comfortable, even though he’s about 50 miles from my home.. it started off great he was communicating with us often I did find it strange that he asked for $8000 cash upfront but again he was recommended by a family who had done a lot of business with him so we got a receipt and we felt comfortable with that.. my husband and I both have very busy work schedules in addition to children and people in that situation can understand how busy life is. After a month we were asking for updates he started not answering the phone then would send just text messages with the updated work.. then the excuses started the truck was too new a lot of the parts were simply not available a lot of the parts were on back order I have literally heard every single excuse in the book believe me.. then as we started demanding the work being done after we went down there with no phone call returns for a week and the truck was in the same state that we last saw it about three weeks prior.. my family member acted as an advocate between the two of us and assured us that he was working on it he does good work although they had never actually been out there to check on the progress. After six months of the truck being there my husband and I decided at this point it was just no longer worth it for us we were still making the payment on the truck and we needed our second mode of transportation back.. When we arrive to pick up the truck not only did he leave prior to us announcing that we were going to be there he stopped answering our text messages and calls and left his receptionist Amber to deal with us we opened up the hood to make sure that the truck was drivable because it’s struggled to start I noted that he had removed the airbox and another reservoir from the engine it was supposed .. the truck was there for front end work nothing to do with the motor.. Long story short we ended up having to pay $250 to get the Truck towed back (yes we have AAA). There also seems to be some mechanical issues with our headlights.. This man is a con artist in the truest form he may present to you a price that will seem out of this world but believe me you get what you pay for and this will always be a lesson learned for my husband and I .I should’ve Listened to the previous yelp reviews and Google reviews and not trusted them even though the reference of a family member . I should’ve taken more time to do research and believe me we completely regret it because now we have to start over with an alternate company and hopefully they don’t rip us off..

Nitos is a grate place to take your car for any minor or major repairs they go the extra mile to make sure your car is fixed. I have taken my car there any time I have needed a repair done and he has always taken good care of it. Very reasonable prices and fast service. So if youre looking for an honest, reliable and detailed mechanic for your European or Japanese import this is the place.Just FYI keep in mind that because this is a really good shop they get a lot of cars so you might want to give them a call from time to time to keep track of the ETA of your repair.

Two weeks service paint became two months😡🤬 but of course they require half payment first I definitely don’t recommend 👎🏻

Warning Dont even think about going to this place. The first time I took my car Nito promised to have it ready in a week and he took 3 months.When he finally called me that my carr was ready my carr had all kind of problems still he never fixed it. He gave me warranty but when I went back to get my carr fix under warranty he would ignore me and kept telling me to go back another day. When he finally told me to leave the carr he told me it was my fault that the carr was mess up cause I didnt take it on time and he denied in my face that I never told him of the problems that my car had since the day I picked it up. This guy is a liar. Heads up just report him to the city and BAR of California if you have problems with him. He has history of reports already I hope this is helpful..

Nito performed a a complicated repair on my porsche cayenne. He charged me very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone. I read some of the criticism of his shop AND disagree with them.

********WARNING******WARNING*******This auto repair shop is a frud. They dont have a state or city license to do bodyshop work but yet they do. Nito, is a scam artist!!!!! He tells you to pay him some money up front and never dose the job. We had 5 vehicles at his shop that sat for 5 MONTHS NOTHING DONE TO THEM!!!!!! BUT YET HE CHARGES FOR THE WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLES AFTER WAITING 5 MONTHS. When asking for my vehicles back he got irrational pulled out a large metal crow bar to fight scary cat lol then he went to his office and pulled out a FAKE AIRSOFT GUN LOL HA HA HA HA.....trying to scare people to think he is a gangster. This guy pays all his employees cash, dose not report all income and cheats people out of money..... BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND NITO!!!!!!!! We have met with several people outside of his business that have gone through the same thing......he holds peoples cars for months until you tired of waiting and then charges you......****beware**** he is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL....WE GAVE HIM 1 STAR BECAUSE THATS THE LOWEST I CAN GIVE HIM.

Be careful with this places they charge for new part but they actually give you used ones will never again visit this shop

I dont recommend this place.My x5 was smoking and i took it there after almost 2 months they didnt fix it but they added a oil leak (thanks for that). 1year later, my alternator stopped working they changed it in 2weeks for 800 dlls. 1year garantee after 8-9 mo alternator got broken again. I took it there AGAIN. After 1mo they fixed it but they did not respect the garantee so i paid 800dlls again in this time alarm stopped working (thanks for that nito). Now, after 10mo alternator broken again. In this time, i called my friend and he removed it and i noticed the alternator was from autozone (duralast) but nito charged it for an EOM alternator lol amazing. Also, in this last new year, nito sent me a txt saying HAPPY NEW YEAR BRO lol after i was fooled.Note: OEM alternator cost $650 and one from autozone cost $230 . And the alarm still not working (thanks again)Please guys dont get fooled for this kind of people and places.

Took one year to fix my car ! Terrible service and my car was left worse with more problems. The owner is a liar. My cars battery which was new was replaced with another one and who knows what else they took out of my car!!

These mechanics are scammers, I do not recommend it at all if you take your car there they will end up stealing and breaking down your car and changing parts

Nito is a pickpocket and swindler my car had an oil leak and it turned out that when I gave it to him he was already decomposed of other things apart that it took 5 months to fix it

The worst place is some thieves dont go there I had just changed the spark plugs and they gave me used ones that were not even the same style
