A welcoming family-friendly atmosphere! I have attended other martial arts schools, but this particular one is what I have always looked for. Amazing energy and Sensei Angie is very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Any person can “instruct” but only a teacher can “motivate!” And Sensei Angie motivates everyone I see her come in contact with. I love attending lessons every week and am very excited for the future. I would recommend NEW LIFE Martial Arts to anyone!

I have been going to sensei Angie for 1 month and she has helped me tremendously. She is extremely patient. She takes the time out for each student and gears her lessons for their needs. She is very kind as well. You can definitely tell it is family owned and not a chain because of the atmosphere. we can go at our own pace. I did do one martial arts class prior to enrolling here. They did not help me and made me feel like an outsider. like I wasnt cut out for this. But Sensei Angie deeply cares for her students as well as the martial arts itself.
