They only fix Apple and Samsung phones, claim they cant make money working on the others.I brought in my Huawei Honor 8 for batter replacement. After they told me they only worked on Apple and Samsung phones, meaning my brother was out of luck with his equally expensive LG phone, he gave me the advice I needed to replace my battery myself.It was surprisingly easy and I did it in about an hour, going very slowly to avoid the consequences of ignorance. My brother also replaced the battery in his LG without incident and we both spent under $40. However, had we messed up the job, then the cost to replace the phones would have been high. Working on your own cell phone is very possible, but you are completely without a safety net. And if your phone is under warranty, you void the warranty.

Second time I’ve been to the store & second time I’ve been blown away by their service. 1st time, I ran my work truck over my phone & smashed the screen to powder. They fixed it in 1 hour & I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. This time, my new phone was glitching & it froze on one of my games. I tried everything I could think of to no avail. In literally 15 seconds he fixed & even told me how to do it if it ever happens again! I’ll never go anywhere else as long as they remain open.

I love this place! They got me in and out super fast! They were very polite and helped me fogure out what I needed to fix my phone. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive they are. For the customer service and the convenience of getting into the store of the location was the most easiest I needed. Andre was awesome. This is what $45 repair gets you. I had a crack on my iPhone that I wanted fixed, the phone was fully functional before I brought it to “Smart” cell repair. After I brought it in, the glass was of course fixed, however the touch screen didn’t work properly. If you tried to type it would press other letters when you type. After 2 weeks, the screen completely went to what is pictured. I called and they said come in and we’ll take care of it. No refund. No repair. Well deserved one star review!

We live in the era in which customer service has become nonexistent. I first contacted ubreakifix port orange,and they did nothing but make excuses. Yet kept my phone for 24 hours. I looked up another company and saw Smart cell repair. When I called they were closed. Minutes later the owner called me from his personal cell, we spoke. He rest assured that my issue would be fixed.The owner Andre and his colleague Alex supersede the notion of deficient customer service. My phone the S5 of 5 years, had a simple charge port repair. I needed it so I could transfer data to my new Copper metallic Note 9. They did the charge port, and data transfer without any extra charge. I highly recommend Smart cell repair for customer satisfaction on cell phone repairs.

I took my IPhone and my sisters here about 2 weeks apart. After I brought my sisters. Her phone turned off once and never back on. When I called for my warranty one of the guys stated he would call back within an hour to see if it was covered under warranty. The part that was broken was not before I brought it to the shop. So after hassling this gentleman I had to come up to the store hours later to find out there was nothing he stated they did wrong or could do. My sister took her phone to apple who knew right away that when we got the screens fixed it was because of the job that was done. My sis ended up paying apple 100 for a new phone in addition to the 80 bucks I just paid days before to smart cell repair. Now my phone same model will not allow me to make phone calls. I had no issues before my screen was fixed and now I can’t. I’ve called my phone carrier and have done everything possible with tech support to be able to hear on my phone. I still cannot!! So I now have to wait until I have 100 to visit the apple store to get a brand new phone when I paid 85 dollars about a month ago to have my phone fixed!!! Beyond unsatisfying I just recommend to anyone to actually make sure they can fix your device. Once it’s out of the store if it’s something that occurred because of the way the device was fixed do not waste your time. They will not help you and you will end up losing money just as I have.

About a week ago, she placed her phone on the counter for the night to charge, still in the OtterBox defender case. No one used or touched it. The next morning we noticed a hairline crack in the screen. Due to busy schedules and all of the panic happening lately, she was unable to immediately take it back and the crack seemed to worsen. When she took it back today, she was told by the owners brother, that she did not meet the conditions of the warranty because there were no pieces or chunks of glass missing yet the conditions of the warranty were never specified, as to what was and was not included. How convenient that she did not meet these unstated conditions. In addition, the receipt states that the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of Smart Cell Repair, LLC Manufacturer Warranty of which were also never provided.I guess this is the loophole they utilize in order to appear to be an ethical business and warranty their repairs and materials. When that is not the case.In actuality, they are more than happy to correct the problem, as long as you are willing to hand over more cash.

The guys were MOST helpful to my husband. We went in there to get his phone screen replaced and come to find out it was the SCREEN PROTECTOR that was cracked and not his screen! They could have taken us for the cost of a new screen and we wouldnt have known the difference but they were honest and fair and showed us that we didnt have to purchase the new screen. My iPhone 5S would not charge so I took it to Smart Cell Repair after reading reviews. I highly recommend this shop. $50 and 30 minutes and my phone was repaired and working fine. Very nice people, great service, and reasonable prices.

Im so grateful for this place the service was awesome my son bought a phone from Ebay that was supposed to be unlocked took it here but not sure if the issue was with the phone itself but after several attempts my son picked up the phone and he was given a full refund! I have gone here for the same issue to be fixed twice, I am going to have to go back for the third time this week. I keep getting defective screens and the employees are doing an awesome job at replacing them with my warranty but I don’t feel as if the same issue should be happening this often? It’s not a terrible place however, this is ridiculous. 1 star for quality, and 2 for the customer service. If this issue wouldn’t be reoccurring, I would be happy but this is an inconvenience.

This place is a complete joke. It’s ran by kids who lack the value of a customer. They call me trying to get more business. We agreed to a price. So I make an appointment so they can fix my screen. I drive 30 mins to them. Then they want to charge me $50 more then what we agreed on. No wonder why they’re calling old customers to get more business. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

My phone wouldnt charge, it had become increasingly difficult to charge in the past month requiring the cord to be just so in a particular position to charge and finally just wouldnt do it at all. Took it to the AT&T store and though they were helpful and tried, they said it was probably a problem with the charging port on the phone itself and I could pay $100 since I had insurance and they would send me another one. Instead I brought it here to Smart Cell Repair and for $45 and in 30 minutes they replaced the charging port, guaranteed it for 90 days, were super friendly and now I get to keep my phone and not go thru the hassle of replacing an otherwise fully functional phone because of a minor issue. They saved the day! Thank you!

Phone was not properly fixed. Called to ask how to go about it and all I got was not going fix your phone or we would be out of business if we did. Very rude and not trying to help with a solution just no we will not fix it. Tried to speak to manager to explain what was wrong with phone and he was just as rude as the sales rep was. Not helpful, bad customer service and honestly the first time I went they were great. Now that I have an issue with the phone all I got was smart attitudes from the manager and sales rep. Not a good way to go about helping your customers.

I was advised by Ibreak U fix that the reason this place is so cheap is because they use cheap parts. I came here got my phone “repaired” was not able to type or press any features on the phone. Came back the next day, a 50 minute drive because of their mistake. And they offered me a $5 credit for a future purchase. For a mistake I did not make. Do not go here. Pay the extra $10-$15 at IBreak U Fix. Lowest customer service I’ve had in a while.

I got my Lg Tribute HD repaired there like last year and it was fine until the screen popped out in the corner like they didn’t glue it down correctly or something for some reason and the phone bent really easily. I was putting a case on and it literally cracked for no reason what so ever and soon after the lcd would glitch and show a bunch of line sand colors and go away after a while and come back. Wtaf. And they don’t repair Apple watches so useless!

My experience with Smart Cell Repair was not a very good one. The only reason I elected to do a repair here is because of the price to repair my phone, and the reviews Smart Cell repair received. I am surprised that no one says that when you bring your phone to Smart Cell repair, you will not receive any material outlining the repair and agreement. There is nothing showing any kind of warranty on the repairs done there.Everything is verbal and nothing is written. When I asked Andre about the warranty, he told me that I can come to him with any issues I may have. He said I am not SHYSTER so I should not worry. I let Andre repair my phone.The LCD screen on my phone needed a repair, and Andre used an LCD screen from a phone almost like mine. When I got the phone back, I asked Does everything work? He said yes. I then wanted to test the phone, and so I made a test call to the phone with Andre answering that he could HEAR ME, so I paid, thanked Andre and left.When I brought the phone home, I tried to make a call and I found the speaker was not working as I could not hear anything. I returned the next day which takes nearly an hour to get there. Andre realized that he had forgotten to install the speaker in the phone. I made no big deal because he is human. I do take issue with the fact that we did test the phone in the store and he said he heard me. I did give Andre the benefit of the doubt and assumed he said this because we were in the same room when I did the test. Andre did install the speaker, and I left. I would have tested the phone there, but I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and left right away. Then I once again tried to make a test phone call and every party I tried to call could not hear me, but I could hear them.I once again traveled almost an hour to get to Smart Cell Repair, and this time Andre believed the issue was with the LCD he used and he wanted to order the correct one. I left my phone with him again and he did get the LCD. Finally when I did get the phone everything was working, and I was happy.Now the LCD had started to black out about a month or two later, but then it would work. Now it does not work at all. It had been under 90 days since the repair which means any other repair should be under warranty.I contacted Andre by text as his voicemail suggests, and I let him know what was going on. We had been discussing the issue. I explained to Andre that I have spent enough money on my phone, and I needed to know if since this happened in less then six months, would the repair be a warranty repair? Just one simple question, and now I get no response.I have tried calling and have sent text after text. I thought well maybe Andre is on vacation, but someone I know texted him, and did get a response right away. I would just go there, but I dont want to go there just to find out Andre wont cover a repair he did less then 6 months ago. I have spent money, time, and lots of fuel. I overlooked all the trips I have had to make back and forth 1 hr on something that should have been done in one trip. Now I am being ignored on top of that. So there are no receipts, no paperwork, and no communication when you need help afterwards. This is very unprofessional.Later I come to find out after taking my phone to another shop, the repair on my phone was done incorrectly as there were screws missing from the phone. I still have not heard from Smart Cell.

I cracked my phone screen really bad. I went here and they gave me the best price. I have an Iphone 6plus. All of the other places that I treid wanted to charge me 160 or more. I walked out of this shop with a brand new screen and new protective phone case for a little over 150. I was so happy. They were so cool and quick. Every since I got my phone fixed from them I have been telling everyone I know to come to their shop. Trust me it is worth it !
