This old feller is daft! First, he stated that he would diagnose it for free, and then wasting my time to drive there, he plugged the TV set in and said, I would probably need a new one. That is ALL he did.What kind of diagnostic test is this? The TV is only 5 years old.Do not waste your time. Take your stuff elsewhere!

Price at Andeson Electronics was so patient and kind when I called 2 times to ask about my 5 1/2 yr. old -51 plasma samsung tv that kept turning off. We brought it down to his shop and he was willing to give us a free estimate, as he had fixed it 3 years prior from a lightning strike. I really didnt want to go to a smart tv just yet. Again he was able to fix the power supply circuit board for under 200. we are very happy and would highly recommend him. Its hard to find a small business to do those repairs. I could not get my tv to work for about two weeks I took my tv to this shop and without any cost he figured out the problem so fast told me to go home and what I should try and boom the volume on my tv is completely working I think if I would have went anywhere else they would’ve just taken my money but this shop is very true and honest thank you for your service 😍

Dishonest and lazy! Didnt even bother to open the back of my tv though they both came in with drills. They still asked for their 70$ though I got no information out of them about my tv ...since they never looked at it !!!!!!!!I feel robbed, I was intimidated because both of them had drills in their hands and handed them over the check with my hard earned money. I just dont understand the point of coming out to location to give me a lecture about what could be wrong without looking at my actual tv. I am very hurt, honestly. I didnt expect to be taken for a ride when all I wanted is to have someone come and help me figure why my tv is not working.
