Unprofessional, when called for a few sample questions a day ago, the lady at office was being a smart alley, and when she gone done i just said okay thanks and hung up the phone right after with no good bye or anything I wasn’t done talking to her either.

Everybody that works in this facility is rude as hell . I’ve gotten hung up on on multiple occasions.

Specialized staffing is, in my opinion, The WORST staffing place. I went through them to get a job at Qualitor Automotive (in South Bend, IN) with my boyfriend. About 5 months prior to getting a job there, my boyfriend had a brain aneurysm burst. So whenever he got a bad headache I would have to watch him so he wouldn’t have a seizure. Well we were at work one day and he tried to pick something up that was to heavy, he got a migraine so we had to leave. Not even 5 minutes after we left, I got a call from specialized staffing, telling me I need to go back to work. I told them I could not and I would bring in all the paper work tomorrow. I brought in all the paper work showing that I am his care giver if anything was to happen. The specialized staffing lady told me she didn’t WANT to look at the paper because we are boyfriend and girlfriend, not husband and wife. LIKE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. She then wrote me up for insubordination. Then a couple months later, I have to get a COVID test done so I was out of work for 3-4 days (nothing crazy) and I went back to work. The same lady then called me into her office and told me that I am being fired for “pointing out” when I know for a fact that the only time I missed work was when my boyfriend and I had to leave. I asked her to see the paper work and she said she couldn’t pull it up and was giving me every excuse to not show me how I pointed out. So I leave and start looking for another job, a couple weeks go by and I get a call from her saying that my old supervisor wanted me back. I went back because we were getting paid $1,000 a week. After about a month of being back, I write a sexual harassment paper on a coworker (he decided it would be okay to smack my butt and walk away, ignoring the fact that I was asking him if he meant to) he started laughing so I wrote the paper. I come into work the next day and get fired yet again because me writing a sexual harassment paper on the guy was a policy violation.. excuse me?!?!?! How does that even make since?!?! I’ve been trying to get in touch with her boss but have yet to get any phone calls returned. DO NOT.. PLEASE.. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They are highly disrespectful and don’t care about the well being of their employees.

Got a phone call from Specialized Staffing in South Bend, Indiana. While talking to the rep on the phone she mentions they drug screen. I had no problem with that until she mentioned Marijuana, which is LEGAL in my home state of Michigan. The woman goes on a rant about how they WILL drug test for Marijuana, even though my state allows me to smoke to manage my anxiety. The audacity of a company to discriminate people who have anxiety disorders. She tells me if I quit and get clean shed be happy to help me and if if I fail a drug screen for my anxiety medication, they will charge me $50 for a drug class. Because according to Specialized Staffing, me taking medication for my anxiety makes me a drug lord or something. Beyond unprofessional.

I shouldn’t have to write a bad review. But I seen that there’s already negative reviews on here so I’ll just add this in with the rest! Ha! This place sucks!

The staff looks down there noses at you like they are better . The dont do as I do do as I say philosophy is outlandish and a total display on how ignorant people can make a simple job be to damn difficult. I or anybody I know will never use this service again .

I told this agency I wasnt interested in working with them, so they followed up with people calling from multiple area codes. Then asked for parts of my SSN. Definitely not working with them now.

Always gave me a great job. Its hard to understand how anyone can speak bad on this agency ive never had a negative vibe with specialized staffing maybe some of the assignments but not the agency i think most negative reviews are from people who were negative to the agency i treat them with respect and always get it in return.

I have worked with a lot of staffing agencies and this is by far one of the best I have ever worked for. Kim is very thorough at her job. I could not ask for anything more from a staffing agency. FYI! I Temped for the 3 months and was immediately hired on to a job that is just wonderful. But remember I showed up every day and was on time. Want to Thank Kim again for everything. Thx Again!!!

My interview more resembled an interigation than anything. I could have sworn I was a defendant sitting in a courtroom with the prosecution hammering me with charges ! I would not recommend anyone apply there unless you have a spotless record !

If i could give -100 stars I would! They are just plain rude when you call there like they are so above you, yet your only a secretary for a staffing agency. My sisters daughter was hospitalized for RSV and had to miss work. The lady wrote her the coldest email Ive ever seen and not one time offered sympathy!! If in need of an agency, dont choose this one!

This place is terrible. The front desk person was rude and would not walk over to help me when asked. She did NOT want to help the people that came in the Specialized Staffing Solutions. She was messing around with my personal information and I didnt think its funny. She should be fired! I do NOT recommend specialized staffing solutions if you are looking for job/career. FYI I am not the only one here who thinks this place is terrible, according to 39 other reviewers who gave Specialized staffing solutions 3 stars and under.

Wish I could give negative stars.If you have to work with NATASHA JONES then I am so sorry!!!She is the rudest woman I have come across in life!Long story short, I am 9 months pregnant now and I had a doctors note stating that I could not stand for my shift (at the job I was at this was easily accommodatable). She literally tore it in front of my face and told me that it was not specific enough to her likings and she would not accept it until I had one specific enough. I was able to bring in a new one a few days later (with as much specifics as possible, because the word S.I.T wasn’t enough) and she did the same thing. I sat anyway Because luckily my supervisor accepted the note. Also, one day I had to leave early to go to the hospital (on doctors orders) and came back the next day with a doctors note for my absence! She would not accept it and would not tell me a reason why, therefore I was pointed. Another incident I had is when I tried reporting this man (a few occasions) or harassing me dailyand she would not let me fill out an actual report. This man would push me down, call me names, push my stomach into the tables, spit on my feet and just be so disrespectful! And mind you I was 8/9 months pregnant! One day I stood up and defended myself and SHE LET HIM FILE A HARASSMENT REPORT AGAINST ME!!!!! As long as she works for this company I would NEVER in a million years recommend anyone to go through specialized. It really concerns me that you let your employees treat people like this!! Not to mention that she is having me run around in circles for my last check!! SHE WILL NOT GIVE IT TO ME! How petty can you be?? Again her name is NATASHA JONES!

A person would want to work for Specialized Staffing Solutions internally because of the family environment. Everyone has your best interest in mine and there is no competition. Training is non stop and they make sure you are equipped. There are opportunities for advancement and they will push you to aim higher.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. this place is terrible the moment u walk threw the door. Rude and unprofessional. It would be great with better staff. I’m not the person to rate or comment on anything but people need to know that you should just look for a job somewhere else. I always had to call them to see if any jobs was going on and the staff was very rude and lied saying “ I denied all there offers” which wasn’t true so that you can get fired.

Specialized Staffing has great values in which we live by on a daily basis. The experience for all applicants is top notch. We make sure that our Clients and Associates feel valued and have confidence in us.

This place was great and one person in particular was amazing to work with and understanding but they seem very very harsh when you happen to mess up and call them about an hour into your shift because you had a rough night (not partying) and that you wont be able to make it. Ive been with them for months now and this is the first time messing up and they treat me like Im fresh out of prison and I dont know how to live in society.

Gave a common courtesy call to let them know I needed to reschedule an interview during to me having a job interview today. Lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and no phone etiquette. I will be letting everyone I know not to come here for a job!!!

This place is terrible. They will find u a job work you for 2 months 2 weeks. 2 weeks before getting hired in. After that they will fire u from the job. Its a never ending cycle. Worst temp service in the South bend area.. they use u till that cant use you anymore

Got my wife and I a job fast but they let her go for calling off sick and made her $11 an hour job into $7.25 an hour and my job they put me in was shutting down and they said they couldnt help me find another job till the place was shutting down fully even though temps had to leave sooner then anyone else. All of them are rude.

Very rude staff. Unprofessional demeanor during interview. Poor preparation for scheduled interview. Left waiting for 28 minutes past the scheduled time in spite of arriving 20 minutes early as instructed. My ID and SS card had to be copied a second time during the visit as it was apparently misplaced within a 15 minute period and some how that was my fault! Kim was condescending when I declined to reduce my minimum hourly rate and although I had uploaded a current resume, twice, prior to the meeting, it wasnt on file! Wow! Not the company I worked for several years ago. Lost my respect

This place is a joke! Not only is the staff rude (i cant stand a smart-mouthed receptionist) and incompetent, theyre also cheats! My husband worked 60 hrs and only got pd for 40 hrs! No corrections for his pay.

As I dealt with a death in my family I began to slip behind on my appointments I received inappropriate emails from this company it’s always a issue everytime I try to get a job with them they sent me an email saying that I could work with them only to tell me I couldn’t my frustration is at a all time high with this company!

That sent me to an unsafe job,when I let them know,they expected me to return. I put in my 3 day notice,then broke my finger the same day. Took them my Dr.notice,now they cant help me!!!!! Go to Express,or Forge. Stay away from these scammers!!!!!!!!

Location 1001 Jefferson st are very unprofessional I got sent on a job with no proper training I told another employee that the job was bored and got fired from home over the phone after I completely my shift you will think they will place you or find you another job no They have the authority to do and say as they feel the so call supervisor want intervened teach it own to chance with them .

This place is extremely unprofessional and does not live up to expectations I have tried with them over a year ago and they never got back to me though I have multiple qualifications and when they did finally reach out to me to inquire whether or not I was still seeking employment I told him that I had a temporary job that was a one-day for the following day and she then became hostile towards me and hung up the phone very very highly not recommended do not waste your time with us agency
