They need to get the people back to their jobs they had before covid, Or removed from collecting money. There are too many places hiring because there not made to return to the jobs they had. Thank you

Ive found everyone to be extremely helpful - Dean Davis has great classes and information. Im sorry I dont remember everyones names, the networking groups are also very good.

Useless for getting a job, good luck getting past the front door to even ask if there are job postings. Cannot decide if the want to just talk to each other or be on personal cell calls during hours they are “helping” people. If you can get past the front door, it’s to get on the phone to the real customer service in Indianapolis. Just call from home, this place should be shut down for being not worth a damn

Basically the office isnt there any more, no one there could help me and Im doing everything on my own from home any ways so making an appointment and going into that building was a waste of time

The miscommunication between the staff is unreal, u gotta fight for ur unemployment, then appeal it, an then get denied. They don’t help the people they confuse an lead u on. Shame on work one.

Lazy workers. No help. Lied to about where someone I was supposed to be meeting was going to be at. Asked an employee for help, she looked at a paper, then complained her hands got dirty from looking at the paper and not finding what I asked. Very disrespectful. They can sit and talk all day to each other, but cant do their job helping people.

First time visiting the office, everyone was so polite and helpful. Was nice to have someone care about us and treat us with respect.

Horrible ..I had to pay for my debit card to be expedited bc as they told me they dont update your information with us unfortunately...therefore they mailed my card to an old address that I hadnt lived at for several years...and I had been waiting for a long while and couldnt afford yo wait ANOTHER 5-10 days for a NEW card so u had to spend $50 of MY money to get MY money!!!!! What DWD owes me $50 and Im gonna file a grievance!!!!

The WorkOne office is fine and the staff is helpful and polite.

Horrible experience! Its been close to a month and I still havent received the debit card. They told me that it was mailed out already and that it takes 10 days to get here. Problem is its been 15 days. It clearly does not take 15 days for a peace of mail to go from Indianapolis to South Bend. And the number they keep giving me to fix the problem you have to have your PIN to your card how do you have a pen if you have no card!
