Found a great car at a great place. I have been shopping around the area for the same car and settled with AMG as they gave me the best deal and had the best (imo) color available out of all the other dealers. Got the car to 100% in terms of paperwork and plates in less than 2 weeks.Great staff, building and inventory. Will do business again if I visit NJ and need another car!

I would like to start off saying from the beginning, my experience was great. I was in communication with there representative that called about scheduling a test drive for the 2 vehicles I found from CarGuru. When I called the representative back, they state 1 or the 2 was sold. I made my appointment and was linked with Eddy. He was awesome; gave me a deal I couldnt refuse and a better vehicle then what I came there for originally. The manager, Michael, even gave me awesome service as well as the whole team. Everyone was great but make sure you check out Eddy. He knows his stuff and will not waste your time. I will be coming back for another vehicle in 2021!

They are not professional at all they charged me $10,000 extra for a vehicle that I had brought from them. they sent my plates to another dealership, took me a month and a half to get my plates from them, I had brought a750 2016 from them thats comes with an ipad that comes with the car. they called me on the phone to tell me that . They are going to mail it to me. I told them that I was going to come pick it up. Gets there. Nobody have a recollection of my spare key or the iPad totally unprofessional and unorganized they are crooks dont deal with them. All they do is get your money and run and dont care nothing else about you

Bait and switch!! Called, emailed and texted regarding a Macan they advertised on Autotrader. Spoke and confirmed via email with “Tommy”…when we arrived we were told there was no one there named Tommy and the car was sold. Keep in mind we hadn’t been asked what car we were interested in!!!The place is filthy, the restroom dirty and there was music BLASTING in the “showroom”.We were immediately told they had a Supercharged Range Rover we should look at. NOPE, we left as quickly as we could.Keep in mind we drove 2 hrs to this “appointment”.Stay far away from this place!!! We did!!!Follow up 9/28/21: this place keeps emailing me the same pics of the same car asking when I’m coming!!

Very bad experience!! They posted a vehicle for sale over 3 weeks ago, I called and was told the vehicle was not there, I called again after I noticed they lowered the price. Once again I was told the vehicle wasn’t there but they would contact me when it was. I finally get a call and was asked to schedule an appointment I scheduled the appointment and explained to them that I was very far away. While I was on my way approximately 30 minutes ( on time for my appointment) away I get a call from them confirming that I was coming, I told them I would be there in about 30 minutes. 20 minutes later I get another call saying that there was a miscommunication and they apologize. Obviously I was very upset I was told they have other cars I can look at but of course not the one I drove an hour and a half to see. Very disappointing that I drove all that way for nothing. Definitely be aware as I have heard other dealerships use this tactic to get you in the door.

I was a first time car buyer and Eddy made the process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely attentive to detail explaining the entire buying/financing process to me. Eddy also went out of his way to make sure I drove off the lot the same day, helping me secure the payment needed from the bank etc. Im pretty young, therefore I was expecting that whomever I was going to speak with at A.M.G was not going to take me seriously. I was extremely relieved to be treated with immense respect by Eddy. He made sure to connect with me on a personal level as well meaning, I was not treated as just any other customer, but like a friend. I walked out as a very very happy customer and owner of a new car by the end of the day!

Today I want to tell you about this dealership that sells cars. I came here today to buy this car, chose it, started the engine, drove on the road, everything is fine, the price was $ 31.995, I told the seller that he would start preparing the car for sale, I will buy this car. they gave me 43.995 $ I asked why? he said that there was a mistake and they would find out, then the manager came and said that an error had occurred and the price was $ 39.995 and not $ 31.995. I am definitely sure that not 1 car in this dealership, but all cars are like that, they show you one price, when you like it and you decide to buy it, then the price will be increased by 9-10,000, I do not advise you to come to this salon, because, you will waste a lot of time here and remain deceived, they work by deceiving customers. better think than come here! each review if there is 1 written, they put themselves a review and wrote comments!

Tried to make a deal on the vehicle. They called me and said it was sold. The old bait and switch. And then try to sell me another vehicle that is not what I wanted. Salesman called me and started yelling at me. Because I didn’t wanna hear about the second vehicle but I did not want. So glad I did not purchase from these people. Very unprofessional.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. We called about a car we found on their website AND a few other websites talked to the lady twice to verify the vehicle was still there since we were driving 2 hours from PA. We were reassured the vehicle was on the lot and available we get to the lot and magically this car isn’t there and was auctioned off for a bad transmission. They found me a similar car on the lot that is $10,000 more then the original one I wanted so they take my car keys to check my vehicle that I was going to trade in and were getting the keys to this other vehicle to let me see it and test drive it. Well not only did they beat my car because I could hear it but they cannot find the keys to the one I wanted to look at. They run around like headless chickens and have no clue what they’re doing. They then tried to offer me other over priced vehicles that aren’t even what I wanted. All of these vehicles are scratched up and aren’t worth what they’re asking. They’re sold as is which is sketchy itself for a car you’re investing in. Especially for a used car that they’re asking $40,000-$50,000. Not only did the whole experience suck but when we were standing outside looking around the guys they had cleaning up the parking lot had his broom and bucket leaning up against my vehicle so when we said something to him he was ignorant. He began laughing, and speaking another language thinking we couldn’t understand him. This is no way to run a business and that was down right rude. You do not place your belongings on someone’s vehicle and then be ignorant when asked to remove it. Then upon leaving the same guy was leaning on, putting his foot on and pretty much hugging the vehicle i was looking at laughing thinking I couldn’t afford it but I wasn’t paying for a vehicle that didn’t even keys so they could probably swap out parts and then magically find the keys for me to purchase. The only reason I say this is because when we walked around the lot and passed the shop we saw a lot of random motors, and other parts laying around randomly. This place probably hides vehicles and switches parts out to make a profit on the good parts and sells you a vehicle with major issues. 10/10 do not recommend.

Worst place to buy a vehicle, especially high end ones. Sold me a car with bald tires, said they would help me replace them but never heard back from them. Tom the manager went ghost on me. Complained to BBB in which Tom said he would take care of it but as I figured, never heard from him again. Do yourself a favor and read the BBB reviews before you buy a car from this place. Would give zero stars but you have to put at least one.

Purchased my land rover and had Ginos as my sales rep. Found my car at the right price and assured me that any issues bring it in for warranty repairs. I brought it in for a minor issue and taken care of immediately. Great car, great price and great sales people/customer service all around. ASK FOR GINO!

When I went to buy a car for my daughter, they behaved nicely. At the time of selling the car, we were told that they fix break issue and clean the seats. My daughter left the car at their place one week back. Till date they did not complete the work. They are not responding to emails and phone calls. Need to see when they will respond to email, phone call and return the car after fixing the issue. Not a good experience to share.

Made an appointment to look at a car with them. Drove 2 hours to come buy the car only to find out it had been sold. No one bothered calling me but rather let me drive 100 miles there and 100 miles back. I Didnt even get an apology. Not the type of people I would do business with

Horrible car buying experience. They’re a typical used car dealership that lacks professionalism and will rip you off if they have the chance. Their follow-up service is horrendous. I paid a documentation fee and they failed to provide my title, registration, and plates in time. This caused me not to be able to drive my car legally for an extended time. The best way I can describe it: You order and paid for a pizza. They say they will be there in 30 minutes. Well, an hour and half later there’s no pizza. You call to see what’s up and they didn’t even start your order. So if you want to be disappointed this is the place for you.FYI, they won’t install the front license plate for you even after you purchase a car. Another expense to consider.To sum it up...a picture is worth a thousand words.

I called twice to check if they had the car I am interested in. They made me drive 2 hours from a different state paying tolls and everything only to find they did not have the car. I drove like a fool back wasting 5 hours or my day. They fake car features so that it shows up on online listings.

This dealership is a straight racket bought a 2018 CLA250 in Dec 29 2020 only to find out in February 2021 that the car had been in an accident and the manufacturer warranty was void. Here we are June 2021 I catch a flat tire only to find out the car has NO spare NO doughnut. I traveled from Pa to purchase a vehicle I found on the website. The price was in my range and spoke to a sale person and schedule an appointment for the next day. I arrived and the salesman never showed up. I was pleased to have a very professional sales person who came over and helped me. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explain everything. However I was blindsided by fees that are not included i the price of the vehicle. I went back and forth and we finally made a deal.Be careful and look carefully before you agree. Certain fees are presented as necessary but are bogus!

Make sure when you call dealers you ask what the “ disclaimer prices “ are because they literally add thousands of dollars in extra fees . I went to buy a car cash for $23k and after “ their “ fees the car was almost $32k I laughed and walked out. Ended up driving 2 hours back home and found a car ok Delaware that literally charged the tax and tags nothing more . Be careful guys .

It was a decent experience buying from AMG. I drove from upstate Rochester, New York to purchase a 2015 Dodge Challenger. Upon arrival I noticed things about the car that I wasn’t satisfied about. I thought I drove miles for no reason and was very unhappy. The salesman I worked with named Anthony, took me for another test drive and assured me that what ever issue I had would be worked out. Asked very specifically if price was negotiable. Ya price is negotiable meaning you can opt out of an Allstate package. expect to pay at least 3 grand over what it’s listed and to top it off I waited over an hour after being on time to an “appointment” while I went one after another to associates literally asking “can you sell me a car” all of this not worth anyone’s time or money get ready to sit in an empty dealership while employees walk around and vape on the show room floor.

I needed to build credit because I lived a cash life for the past ten years. I was pre-approved for 35,000 subprime auto loan. I went through the navigator to find a car and was excited to see the car for $21,600 we went over the fees. I asked the sales rep for a copy of the contract with subtotals he said they do not do that prior to signing.After waiting hours he approached with a rush tactic and changed the numbers on the contract. I immediately said no that’s not what I agreed to so they changed the down payment amount but I noticed my car price didn’t say 21,600 it said 24,750 with additional fees being $695.00 documentary fee, 363.00 registration and title fee, 13.00 online processing fee and 2035.00 for state sales tax. I was told they would bring the vehicle to me and that it would be cleaned. Once they pulled my credit and the papers was signed everything was on me.I didn’t feel like starting the process over with another company because I have other important things to deal with. I said I would take the loss of this sales transaction, write a review and move on.So after I did what was required of me I was told they didn’t have anyone to deliver the vehicle? At this point the contract is sealed the insurance is on the vehicle. The onus was on me to retrieve the vehicle. As I said I was so over this company I just wanted to be done with the transaction. I went to pick up the vehicle. They gave me a ride to return the vehicle I used to come pick up the purchased vehicle. The car they gave me the exterior was dirty, the maintenance light was on, the gas tank opener was broke and the back passenger tire had a slow leak. Of the issues mention two of them was noticed after driving the vehicle home and over a couple weeks.The navigation feature wasn’t set up, which happen to be one of the main features for choosing that vehicle. The sales rep tried to set it up with the memory card he got impatient after about a minute and just set the memory card in the arm rest and told me to set it up or I can just use my apple device.So after all of this I wait for one month to contact them after speaking to the DMV weekly about vehicle registration status. I explained to company that I travel to different states for work and my temporary tag had expired. I was told that they are back logged by three months and they would not be submitting my paperwork to the state until about November or December. I have no confidence in the company having my best interest so I filed a BBB and FTC complaint in regards to this transaction.They are using the pandemic excuse as to why they haven’t forwarded the funds to clear my transaction with the state. My question is if they were aware of their own back log why collect on the state behalf and inconvenience all parties involved but themselves.Based on my experience with this company I would not recommend them to anyone. I was so displeased with the switch and bait tactic and lack of transparency .This Company operate business like vultures with customers being their prey. Subprime means desperate to this company.TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON & SALESMAN SAID HE WOULD PUT AIR IN IT .... I HAVE ATTACHED DIGITAL REPORT AFTER GETTING THE VEHICLE CHECKED OUT AFTER PUTTING AIR IN THE TIRE EVERY OTHER DAY ... VEHICLE NEED TIRES LESS THAN A MONTH OF DRIVING

BUYER BEWARE!!!Found what I thought was a good deal on their website. When I called about the car they wanted me to come in to discuss any further discounts. I explained that I live a bit far to just come in, and to give me their best price. The sales guy proceed to explain that the price on the web doesnt include all of the fees. I asked about the fees, and there is a prep fee, a delivery fee, a lojack fee, and a bank fee if I want to finance.The only reason why I give 2 stars was that the sales person was nice, and almost embarrassed to have to explain these extra fees.

Great selection of top branded vehicles and the one I got was really good (low mileage and perfect condition) also for a good price. Friendly service (both during and more importantly after the purchase, which means a lot). The only thing I found a bit annoying is that negotiations are actually going upwards from the website posted price referring to some services that were presumably performed, which sounds a bit shady. But I guess its somewhat an industry standard. Wish the pricing were more transparent. But in the end I got a really good car for a good price so fully satisfied. Also got a reasonable financing option. Overall would definitely recommend this dealership, just be prepared for the price negotiation.

People make sure to check all the paperwork before you sign. I checked carfax for a car and was told it’s 13800. I get to the dealership and and signed. I was charged 5k for a finance charge. It’s my fault I didn’t read the paperwork. But please be careful.

I have recently tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The response frame is terrible. One day I deal with one sales person and am told one thing, and the next day I speak to someone and it’s a completely different story. Twice. One time they told me they will take my trade in and my money for their car and the next their telling me the bank didn’t approve my trade in or nothing. I looked at the bbb page for this dealer and they is nothing but bad things on their that make me wonder. Maybe they don’t want my business, which is fine. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to save my life, first off I will be fair with this review and say that the sales people are nice and I wish our experience was much better than how it went. First of all, about 80% of their cars has some sort of minor to moderate damage inside and out. They are parked super close to the point that it they touch each other and perhaps thats the source of the damage that most of these cars suffer from. They are willing to get any of these imperfections fixed which is a good thing however there is a catch which will be discussed in a bit. Once you sit down to negotiate, there is no negotiating!! you pay what is listed AND on top of that they add like $3K in additional fees. So if your looking at any of their cars add between $3,000-$4,000 on top of their almost $1K in doc fees and of course reg and taxes. So if your looking at a $20K car, expect it to actually be $25K. That additional amount broken down is for Lowjack, recon, UV Scan, and delivery fees, YOU DO NOT GET AN OPTION with Lowjack or any of those things. God forbid you get to pay for something youll actually use like the car itself. They try to sell you on Lowjack and go on about the benefits and how it can save you money on insurance, its all B.S cause insurances dont care if you have Lowjack. The savings if any on your auto insurance is minimal to none (this coming from an insurance agent who I spoke to), Its more of a savings to the dealership but then passed on to their customers, if you dont finance with them your SOL, they claim they dont make anything from a sale if you bring your own financing. These cars are bought in auction for way less than what theyre trying to sell and on top off that adding additional things you dont need. My advice if you found a car here is to look elsewhere for it cause the additional stuff they add will put you upside down on the car and 9/10 you will find the car for way cheaper if you do some digging around. Not all dealerships are the same this one just happened to be the worst of the worst.

Had a very positive experience and left with a great car. All staff were super helpful and kind - Eddy especially. Would buy from here again. Five stars.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I was interested in 2 separate vehicles and confirmed with the girl who answers the Internet inquiries that they were both still at the dealership and available when I got out of work at 3:30 p.m. We drove an hour to get there and mysteriously both vehicles were unavailable when we arrived at 4:30. Flat out lied to us from the get go. Very shady business practices.

HORRIBLE service! Great receptionist.Salesman saw couple outside and walked past 2 of us waiting in line to speak with them. He said they wouldnt have to wait he would get them right in as they spoke in Spanish. I was told whomever I was assigned to wasnt ready and he tried to backtrack when I said I speak spanish...RUN

I recently inquired about a car and had the pleasure of speaking to Mike S. He was very helpful in terms of letting me know if the car was at the dealership and in what condition it was in. He didn’t beat around the bush about fees or anything. He made everything very understandable to the point where I didn’t have to question much.
