Hole in the wall convenience store Did not have the rental I requested and provided a different sized truck. No moving blankets or securing straps provided.

Great place to rent a U-Haul. The equipment is in good shape. The owners are very attentive and helpful. The store also carries any additional equipment you might need for your move.

We have used them two times - Great service!

It was a pretty smooth except that they failed to close my account and I kept on getting toll charges from whoever was now driving the vehicle. I was told that they said I kept the key after returning it and was checking it out everyday. I had to call repeatedly to this location, the area manager, and corporate to get any type of answer. Eventually after two months I was able to get my account closed, get the charges refunded and received a generic email from corporate but still no explanation of what had actually happened. I dont know if it was malicious or if it was just an honest mistake but I dont know because they never followed up properly. All in all I give it one star because I dont trust U-Haul or this location anymore and they never followed up properly but Ill give them an extra star for refunding me eventually.

Great experience. This guy is super nice and helpful. Hooked up the trailer, gave us directions, and gave us tips on loading. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dropped of a 10 feet truck while moving to the area and was surprised about the convenience of this place. Owner is fast and helpful.

Agent is very accomadating and a pleasure to interact with. After a very poor uhaul customer service experience, he was willing to do provide a rental at a discounted rate. While uhaul them selves failed to honor their credit for equipment not being available.
