They are my go-to for jewelry consultation of any kind; especially bespoke/customization or repairs/restorations. They provided same day turnaround when I needed modifications for my sons custom christening jewelry set . And just this week again I needed a quick restoration of my wifes Mom necklace, Jason was quick to do the restoration without me even leaving the store. Ive been to Venus Jewelers a few times and I must say always polite and excellent service from everyone. There was a time that I wanted work to be done and hope to get it back same day. The closest they had was 2 weeks, but seeking how badly I wanted the stuff back. They did the best they could just so I did not have to wait 2 weeks. With courteous and pleasant service by Jason S., I not only got the battery, but my watch (old, beat up, but loved) got a surface cleaning and a needed attractive new band selected, installed and custom fit; and my 2 rings sets that I rarely remove got a complementary prong check (and fix) and cleaning!!! After purchasing an engagement ring from Venus Jewelers I had an issue that kept reoccurring with a stone falling out. After a few stones had been replaced on the ring it was apparent that the ring had a defect. My father in law passed away and we went here looking for a gift for my mother in law’s birthday. We wanted to give my mother in law a necklace with his memory.. with the help of the wonderful Shannon, we picked a locket and necklace to put a picture in. Had a most wonderful experience with Venus Jewelers! I had five watches that needed batteries replaced as well as two that needed repair. I had not worn these watches at all since I retired over 3-1/2 years ago. After all this time I decided I wanted to wear them again. But where could I go to get them serviced? I went in to get two necklaces repaired. One was a pearl necklace that needed a new chain and cleaning of the pearls and it was a whole process that needed to be done and I expected them to take their time with it. The other was a gold necklace that just needed a clasp and I was kind of in a hurry to get it back for a wedding the next day. Shannon worked on my pearls and she said shed try to get it done that day so I wouldnt have to make two trips and she actually got it done!! And the pearls look so clean and pretty again.Shannon and Dean were both absolute sweethearts. They made the repair process easy to understand and Shannon helped me pick out a new strand for my pearls. This was my first time going and Im so impressed with the service. Not to mention how beautiful my necklaces look now theyve been cleaned and repaired.I 100% will be coming back to them for any future repairs.

I can never do business anywhere else. I have since moved away from NJ and now live in FL, but I still have all my jewelry needs taken care of at Venus and shipped to my new address. You just cannot find Jewelers like this today, they are very rare indeed.

I had been searching for a Rolex watch for some time and finally found something online. I took it to Venus Jewelers to have it sized, and thank goodness Jason was there to help me. I discovered that the watch I had bought had many flaws, and with Jason’s help, I was able to convince the seller to refund my money. Then Jason went to work and found me the most beautiful Rolex in perfect condition! Jason made it so easy, and everyone at Venus was there to share my joy!
