I spent a large amount of money on a large diamond ring. It broke. Returned the ring I got another ring. Same thing it fell apart.. I go back over there they said in order to get a different ring I had to spend DOUBLE what I originally paid, nothing less to be able to swap/trade rings. I said that’s a bit extreme don’t you think? They said that is store policy... I’m not spending 10k on a diamond ring from KAY... Or I continue to come in every two months and get the same ring. Zero pride.. don’t forget your “extended warranty” does not actually warranty the ring... keep that in mind. I do NOT recommend this company for large diamond jewelry.

I checked here to see if store had opened yet. I needed a ring inspected for warranty. Sure said opened until 9:00 est. I made a trip fromRussell Springs, Tuesday, for this purpose only to find store closed with a sign on door, stating new closing time was 6:00. I got there around 6:45.IF you had the new closing time on your post, I would not have wasted my time nor money. Now I have to plan another trip.
