We went to the Robbinsville- Hamilton office on Wednesday 6/23/2021 and got our results extremely fast. The staff was professional and assured us that we would get the result on time before traveling. I highly recommend Clarity Lab.Thank you so much!

I set up an appointment on Tuesday to get tested on Wednesday. Appointment time set for 10:10. I show up 10 minutes before as instructed at the address they provided me. Nobody is at the testing location. I call clarity labs and they say check inside the building. I do. Nobody there. I call back and explain exactly that. Oh someone is on their way, theyll be there in 15 minutes. I am at least one of ten other people all in this same predicament and its safe to say no one here is impressed with this lack of organization and communication. I was taken 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time after they sent the necessary parties to administer the test. That part was smooth, easy and professional. I received the results via email the very next day.

Marly at Cedar Knolls center was great! It’s not fun to have the test, but she got me through it as gently as it can be. My results were back the next day.

Marley at the Cedar Knolls lab was wonderful with my 14 year old nephew that is on the spectrum. She was very patient and kind with him. She went out of her way to make him feel as comfortable as possible. We are very grateful.

I recently got tested at Clarity labs in cedar knolls and the service was terrible, the employee there was rude to me. They don’t specify to wait outside no clear indications what to do only signs at the door states that is one person at the time, I enter the office as was no body there no patient nor front desk and the employee came to me and started to telling me to wait outside and to read the signs. Horrible 😤

Went to this laboratory to get a COVID test. Because of my job, I have done a couple of them and this time was the easiest appointment I’ve had so far. Marly, the technician that performed the test at tri-county orthopedics was very professional and very gentle. It was by far the best experience I’ve had.

I had a great experience with Clarity Labs with receiving a COVID-19 test with their technician, Marly. I was always scared to take the nasal swab since I heard they go very deep but Marly was very gentle and explained everything in detail during the entire process.
