9/16/2021 at 5pm. Got a cut, she rushed through it and asked if it felt good. I showed her a couple places that need fixed. I felt she wanted to get me out of her chair.. Went to my car and put my glasses on, saw that it was uneven and lop-sided went back to have the girl fix it. She had another customer before me, and I said slow down and do a good job (joking). I sat down in her chair and she said hatefully, whats the problem.. She said I was angry when I told her it was uneven and that in order to check she needed to spray it to see that it was. While I was trying to tell her what I saw she wouldnt let me talk, said I was angry sounding and was going to cause her to have a panic attack. I said I was not angry sounding but I was getting angry because of the way she was talking to me. She quickly trimmed it again all over my head and used the clippers to even it up, she didnt hold the hair up to see it was even. She took her finger and did a circle around my head.. Now that I am home I see it is still uneven and my husband will have to fix it now that I am home. It is still uneven with long spots all over my head. The girl does NOT need to be a hairdresser. I paid $22 dollars for this.

I purchased 2 of the Texture Tossel sprays. When I went to use one the, it came out in a “stream” instead of a mist like it should. So I had an appointment today to get low lights. Brought the product with me to exchange. Told girls what happened. Now this appointment would have probably cost around 80 dollars or more, plus tip. So they say since they have new owners, they can’t return stuff! I tell them it’s DEFECTIVE!! I just want to exchange it. They called the manager. She said once it leaves the store, they won’t take it. So I politely tell them to cancel my appointment and walked out. I will never go back. I don’t care if I pay double, I won’t give them a penny!!!

It great they are open weekends. Got me right in. Stylist did what she was asked but it was just ok. Im not blown away...hair doesnt look fabulous. It was just a basic haircut.

Took my 3 year old son to get a hair cut, we usually take him there for a 10$ cut, and have been for about 2 years. Today they charged 16$ for a Childs Haircut. When I called back, I ask how much they were and they told me 10.49$ which is what I expected to pay. My wife called back after and they told her no one would ever quote that price there, and that 10$ has never been the price. You can get a better cut for half as much at Brians barbershop, avoid this place unless you like burning money.

Ive had a bad experience here before with one stylist in particular. However today, they were extremely short staffed with just one working but yet, the stylist was super nice, apologetic, and did a great job.

Not impressed with this place. It was a little too expensive and wasnt satisfied with my hair. It was uneven and also got my hair colored, and the stylist had left hair dye all around my face and the back of my shirt. Wont be going back.

Julie is the best!! I love her dearly. She always makes me look and feel beautiful when shes done with my hair. She does a fantastic job every time!!

Margaret was very rude and disrespectful the website says they are open until eight but doesn’t take the last haircut until 730 I was there at 7:25 drove over 35 minutes to get there just to be turned away and disrespected I will never go back I will take my money elsewhere

Stacy cut my hair this time, and she did a fantastic job. She is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. I will for sure be back again.

I got my hair cut and donated it after I grew it out long enough. They did a fantastic job once my hair was cut with fixing me up and making me look like a different person. I really like it there.10/10.

Had base color and highlights. Hair turned out purple. Had to redo and still looks terrible . Paid 160. Will have to go tomorrow get it fixed somewhere else. Girl pink hair did not know what she was doing. Spent 6 hours there. Do not recommend

Laura is my stylist and does a terrific job shop is always clean and a good atmosphere. My issue is during this quarantine it would be nice to know if and when you will be open for business. I am sure I am not the only one that has been waiting. I could go elsewhere but doesn’t seem right to go to someone else for one time just because we don’t know what your company plans on doing.

Got in fast, they cut both of my kids hair & were extremely nice. U think theyll be a value cut like you get what you pay for but thats not true. They faded my sons hair to perfection & cut 6 off my daughters hair and thinned it. Both left feeling great

I like this beauty salon because it seems to have more experienced stylists than the newer G clips in town with less turnover. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other shops. They have a card to get a free haircut with so many appointments. Call or walk ins available.

Friendly service. Thought it was a little high and didnt like that they didnt wash your hair before they cut it. You could get it washed but they charged more to do it.

I have had a good experience here off and on over the past year with Tamila and Stacy as my stylists. I had to get my hair dyed and had to go with whomever was available. I was scheduled with Bethany. I work reta and watch her and the other girl frantically try to serve all the customers they could. Some walked out after waiting 30 minutes or more for a haircut. My hair wasnt done well. My whole face area still grey when done, the highlights barely visible. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to recolor the grey in front and was left by bethany so she could do a cut. My experience was not even close to what Ive experienced in the past and I wont be back. Leaving two inexperienced stylists by themselves during back to school is ridiculous. I paid my bill still with a 15% tip because thats who I am but I suggest you rethink your schedule and your new hires

Great people work there I go any stylist. Prices are fantastic they listen to you and make you feel really good when you leave there store.

I use the monticello and somerset location. Monticello can be hit or miss but they dont do a bad job. I use several different styalists in Somerset but one in particular does very well with my hair. Very good people.

Took my son to get his hair cut. The girl with the pink hair cut him with the clippers 3 times. Im not happy with the hair cut and still had to pay for it. Will NOT be going back.
