I will not be returning here and will be telling nobody to return here all they can do are simple easy haircuts. I originally had a little bit of a bullet going I wanted to keep it just get it cleaned up a little bit I gave the lady a picture to reference she looked at it for about 3 seconds and said okay I got it...... I came out with a normal generic haircut and the left side of my head does not look the same as my right side whatsoever the lady that I had had no idea what she was doing and would definitely definitely tell people to stay away I dont understand how you can butcher someones head up that its two different haircuts on each side of the head I deal with customers everyday and three of them the next day told me oh my did you recently get a haircut...... You need to immediately go get it fixed..... If I could put zero Stars I would in 30 years this is by far the worst haircut Ive ever gotten

Went here for the first time very clean. Took one of my clients for hair cut. I love it and decided to get mine cut too. Very nice place go and tell them Debbie sent ya😀

Ive never had an issue with this place before. Went today and they were as friendly as pre-covid time. Made my appointment with no issue. Haircut was quick, stylist was friendly, and even though prices were raised slightly it wasnt anything to break the bank. Id recommend making an appointment prior to just walking in. Saw a few try to walk in and they didnt have any slots left for cuts today.

One of the worst salon experiences of my life. I was belittled and humiliated by a stylist named Eliza while the “manager” Jackie, co-signed and allowed the unprofessional behavior to occur without a reprimand. This incident was caught on camera as I was recording my toddler son’s first haircut. I am not a person who relishes in negativity, so I tried my best to ignore the toxicity while keeping my two year old calm during his first haircut. To the owner of this establishment, please re-educate or rehire. Just look at your reviews, clearly I’m not the only customer who has had negative interactions with your staff.I would like to add, the stylist who did my son’s haircut was extremely professional.

7/25/2021. I went back to Supercuts in Somerset and got my hair colored. Jaque did an amazing job! She is fantastic! Jaque nailed my hair color and cut, and Im extremely happy. Do yourself a favor and go get pampered at Supercuts in Somerset. Everyone who works there is amazing, professional, and does an incredible job.6/21/2021The Supercuts on Cedar Grove Lane in Somerset really helped me out when I needed a new Salon. Jaque went above and beyond to schedule me for a same day appointment when I was in panic mode. The Stylist I used, Deliza was patient, listened to what I wanted, and gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. I can’t wait to have Jackie color my hair. They are both knowledgeable, professional and absolutely cate about the customer.

Jacque is the only person that is allowed to touch my hair... Deliza does a great job on my eye brows... All the girls are sweet.

Nice place quick and done right

Hair cut was decent neither Good nor poor. But thing I did not like was the behavior which I felt was rude. 60% of the time hair stylist was talking to her colleague and felt irritated during the entire hair cut due to their ongoing personal discussion and not focusing on hair cut.

Jaque was amazing. The tea tree treatment is something everyone should do on a regular basis lol.

Awesome! They were very clean and professional. Because of COVID issues, they want you to call before hand to make an appt or tell them your a walk-in.Brenda cut my hair and was great from the start. It’s also very close by so after driving to 3 other hair salons that ended up being closed—I finally went here and it worked out. So guess what? You now have my business on a monthly basis. Nice job.Brenda took her time, made friendly conversation, had a good eye for detail, even gave me a hot towel facial after my haircut. Nice touch!What I like about Super Cuts is they were respectful, didn’t demand a lot of money. Didn’t up-sell you on products, nothing crazy at all. It was simple. Thanks again!

Love coming here. Everybody is so friendly and does a great job. I use to drive to Princeton to get my hair done but I was pleasantly surprised to find they do an even better job here.

Went here to get an inch trimmed off my ends 4 years ago. The cut was uneven.

I recommend 100%.

They were fine. Quick and good haircut. More expensive than another Supercuts not far away would be my only issue. But they are all independently owned, which I didnt know until asking.

Yesterday, I visited the somerset branch. First of all, the lady was so rude to me. No friendly hello or nothing. Her direct question was how much? I used my hand to my shoulder and told her exactly at this length. She made me bow down and started to cut.... finally, when she was done she said i think i cut shorter then you told me. Now, my hair is so short and does not even suite my face.During my hair cutting, i hear her and an other employee gossiping too much. How unprofessional!! You should not talk while you especially taking care of someones hair.When i aware them that i am writing review of this, they both got panicked and did not charge money from me. I wanted to pay.They did not even apologized to me for their careless service.I used to like this super cut, but its done for me.

Very bad experience, the lady who took appointment on call was very rude. After reaching they kept us waiting for 20 minutes even though we had appointment and no other customer was there. The staff occasionally removed masks to see themselves in mirror. Very unprofessional and not at all safe place to come in this Covid time.

Surprised there wasn’t a temp check due to COVID, didn’t screen me, I had to ask them about a screening sheet. I only needed the back of my neck/nape area shaved to a 0. There were spots missing so I had to pull my hair tight so she could go back over, but even then the whole thing took 5 minutes. They proceeded to charge me $23 for an entire “supercut” but failed to mention that when I was in the chair. Even the stylist checking me out was blown away by the price she was given. I’ve gotten the same service at another supercuts for the price of a neck trim. At least the woman cutting my hair was sweet!

This place is usually easy to get in and out from but during lunch hours, wait times jump to 45 minutes. I work nearby and headed there twice and both times there was about an hour wait, a line of people waiting and only one hairdresser working. Not sure what is going on there but some days, it seems they are completely understaffed. Feel bad for the people working there sometimes. Good luck.

Hi,When I originally came for a haircut my stylist hadn’t properly cut my hair leaving it uneven. I had sent an email to just give my experience, and Lily who is the manager had contacted me. She had asked for me to come back and fix it for me. I have to say she was such a delight and very sweet. Part of the reason I’m writing this review is let others know about the exceptional customer service that was given. They made a right choice in having her as a manager. A main reason a customer will return is if the service is great,and I have to say I will for sure come back to this establishment.

Excellent service. Staff was able to take my 3 boys pretty much within 10 mins of calling. The stylist worked really hard to cut both of my stepsons hair. They are wiggle worms.Good job

This place sucks!!! Stylists keep changing and in the past there were some very nice people working there. Now it is terrible. If you see hair stylist Amelia on the list of available stylists, be ready for rude behaviour and whatever is the opposite of awesome customer service that one is used to at most other super cuts. Avoid if you dont want to be treated horribly!!!!

Absolutely the worst and rudest I have ever experienced. I walked in at around 11 am on 6/15/19. And was ordered by the blonde woman to go back and sit down when she took my info. Again ordered around to the chair. I walked out. I DO Not recommend this place to any one. Rude and unprofessional

I wasnt sure what to expect when I came here... but Jen is amazing! She transforms my hair and gives it life every time I come in and I dont think Ill ever be going anywhere else now. Great and friendly service!

Hello I’m really disappointed in my visit to Supercuts there was a blonde women that was doing my haircut she started annoying me and I did not like it and she also hurt my hair I’m definitely not coming back and she also kept saying let your body straight it was already straight and I did not get the haircut I wanted I suggest going to another place I’m definitely not coming back after that the first visits was good and second too but this was my third one and I’m definitely not coming back and this also happened Today about 20 minutes ago.

Quick haircuts. The barbers are designed to cut your hair as fast as possible. If you have a fairly straight forward haircut then go here, otherwise if you are looking for something a little different, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Don’t come to this place they treat customers bad. Specially some lady with a russian accent. She kept pulling my son’s hair and being rude to him. When I asked her what is she doing she started to flipped on me and began to threaten me. Worst place hair cutting place ever. would never go there again even if it’s free. Stay away from this super cuts.

I told the stylist I wanted a trim for my son, showed her a pic, and then she picked the large razor and chopped off the top of his hair. The stylist also cut his ear while trimming the sides of his hair. Never going there again.

I went in once for an ear and neck trim. I believe the stylists name is Brenda. She screwed up my hair. The next day I went into another Supercuts and they told me the trim looked bad. Even though they are close to my house I will never go back there again.

Asked for a pixie, got pressured into a Bob and eventually gave up. Will get it fixed at my usual hair dresser

There are always different hairdressers there. I did not like my haircut.

Absolute worst service I have ever seen. Walked out before those butchers had a chance to get to me. Also how do you let a long line form and completely ignore everyone? Literally the whole line walked out.

They give an appointment for you and then when you show up for your appointment they say there are 3 people ahead of youthen why bother giving an appointmentvery bad service
