The technician replaced the control board on the washer in less than 30 min. He was courteous and efficient. He was able to get out here quickly after a few days shipment delay. Just a heads up, they charge you for the parts before the work is done as well as a minimum fee of $60(varies) to come out and look at the problem (to be applied to your service cost). Another thing to know is the labor cost. Its very expensive. Be sure to ask the # of hrs and their labor rate before they finalize their quote. Just to make sure that the labor cost appears to be reasonable. Otherwise, they did the work just fine and were responsive to your phone calls.
