I had a very positive experience with Apex and Sergey. My LG flooded my laundry room and LG sent me to this company. He fixed the problem, but it continued to leak. He didnt give up until the leak was found (something different than the what caused the flood) and didnt charge me for the repeat visits. In addition, he was always polite and on time. Very rare with appliance repairs!

Worst customer service ever. They are horrible at calling you back, and if they are at fault they will ague that its your problem not there.
