The technician was very informative. He took the time to truly explain everything to me along with pricing so there were no surprises. He answered all questions related to my present plumbing job as well as my future needs. After replacing my garbage disposal and fixing another plumbing issue, he cleaned up everything. I have been a Marks Heating & Cooling customer for many years and they always do superb service. I will definitely request them again.

We had a 5 star experience. The salesman was polite, friendly and thorough and listened to our requirements and came up with an excellent plan. The technicians who came to do the installation were polite, hard working and exceeded our expectations. Even though the job took much longer than expected they saw it through till late at night and wouldn’t leave until the system was up and running. Marks Heating & Cooling Co continues to over deliver in product and service. Purchased a complete heating and cooling replacement and they scheduled the installation within one week. Fred addressed my questions up front and then again as I had second thoughts on one of decisions. The installation crew was incredible and as they identified an additional need and a challenge on the installation they doubled down to get it complete in one day! Drop cloths everywhere, cleaned up after themselves leaving the space cleaner than it was when they started. Courteous, professional and they seemed like they were having fun. It was a great. experience.
