Horrible customer service. I don’t know who that manager was but she was even worst. I went in there to get my money back for a $300 Walmart to Walmart wire transfer that wasn’t able to be picked up by the other party. Instead of trying to be helpful to rectify the situation I felt as if they treated me like a scammer. Meanwhile, MY MONEY in limbo while I try to find how to get it back.
Undereducated, unprofessional, stereotyping, unethical. This Walmart has issues literally in every department. Can’t blame the demographics of the customers when the staff is just as worse as they stereotype their customers to be.
