This is one of the BEST Post Offices Around.They always scan my packages when dropped off and the line moves pretty fast.Excellent Customer Service by ALL the Reps!Future Leaders In This Building.

The workers were fine but the customers inside did not listen to the 6 feet apert stickers. It made me very uncomfortable.

Awful. I sell on eBay, so postage is printed at home and packages are taken to be shipped. They have said to place these packages on the counter. There are usually packages there already. Then they never scan the packages. I mailed a priority package to NC that took 5 days to scan at this post office. It was delivered 10 days after it was taken. I could have ridden a bike and gotten it there quicker. Customer service said If you wait in line and hand it to a clerk, they will give you a receipt. Really!!!!???? Why bother printing it at home at all? Custoner service also said to schedule a home pickup. No wonder there are money troubles with USPS. Send someone to get one package? Ridiculous.

Only 2 workers, should be more during the holiday season.The line inside was very long as expected. I like the new bldg theyre in.Very spacious and clean.Please hire more staff!

How thats possible? I send Christmas card to Manassas, Va all this time went today to ask why on priority and the manager there very rude tell me is on Miami, Florida and there are very busy?.. worse ever

The letter carrier named Skye went over and beyond the call of duty today (8Jul20) by finding then coming back on her route to return to me my wallet with all my personal belongings. But, at first I thot all was well I discovered my D.L. was missing. Skye of her own volition went and recovered this item as well. I was completely overwhelmed!!! She in my humble opinion epitomizes a great employee and even one better a great person!!! Thank You !!

Horrible service. Employees not in a hurry. The post office is not what it used to be. A “we don’t care how long you have to wait in line” attitude.

I has some packages to drop off. In the middle of putting my packages in the drop-off, one of my packages would not come out of the drop off drawer and the drawer would not reopen. At the service door in the middle of normal business hours. I I asked the USPS employee to aid in cleaning the package drop off drawer so that drop off could be used. The response The drop-off is full and Im not doing that right now was given. Large groan from the line of people needing to use the package drop off.

Had 35 Cards to send, 22 of which were International and all cards needed weighing and postage. Abraham took his time to help me and carried out conversation for the 2 hours that it took to fulfill the postage. He was kind, patient and overall a joy to work with. For something that could have been a headache, he made it a nice visit. I only hope that next time I visit, he will be able to help me again. He is a fine example of the type of person that should work in this business. Thank you so much Abraham!

Gentlemen was nice but he was the only one working at the front. The line went all around to the p.o boxes.

They may have a new building but their equipment is already broke. Long lines.

What is the ACTUAL time for our mail to be delivered to Parkside Way 30078– there are different drivers and most don’t deliver until After 5pm!! That’s ridiculous.. please get it together we should have our mail by at least 2pm.. Sheese!!

They don’t help you nicely . Bring always enough tape with you because even though I was taped, they told me it wasn’t enough and make me buy tape .

They seriously need more workers or more of the machines since theres always a crowd. However, my visits are very short even when shipping international because the few people i see there are very kind and fast. If you dont know something they will be more than happy to help with no scoffs or complaints.

Usually only have one to two clerks working behind the counter during the busiest hours of the day. Its the holiday season you think they would have at least three to four behind the counter.

Not very friendly counter service. Gentleman was trying to get me to pay over $7.00 to mail a letter, just for tracking. Absolutely insane :( Definitely will drive out of my way to go to a different post office that I know how friendlier customer service!!

Long Lines, Under Staffed!! 30 People in line while only 1 behind the counter... I just need to buy a couple stamps and taking an hour for that.

Id been going there for almost three years and so far everybody is been really nice, but I must admit that my packages are always prepaid and labeled so I just go get a receipt. Never seen anyone acting rude.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I tracked my package which was supposed to arrive yesterday. It said the postman was unable to deliver due to not having access to the front door. I LIVE IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD, NO GATE, NOTHING BLOCKING FRONT DOOR. Thats absolutely BS. You know what I think it was about? it was RAINING and they probably didnt want to get wet. My tracking update says to call USPS to handle this. Ive now called 11x with no answer. It rings through every time and then cuts me off. GET SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION, PLEASE. I dont know what sucks more, your customer service or your ability to deliver packages correctly.

I sent out two keychains to my friend and his brother and he just told me that the package was opened and that there was only one keychain, with this said, they stole one of the keychains. Never sending anything again from this post office. I wish I knew who did it.

This is an older post office in Gwinnett county. It has been around since 1983 and will soon be moved to the old SunTrust Bank branch on Wisteria drive in Snellville. The new location will be much easier to get in and out of when there is heavy traffic. The old location, as I understand, is to be turned into a Towne Center with a green space and walking trails.

Went there two times in the past two days and nothing but wonderful things to say. Well managed especially around the holidays. One employee in particular, Shakira, is an absolute doll

Always bad service! Plus they lost a piece of my mail after I gave it to the clerk in this photo (It was not that package they lost. It was a letter). I even had tracking. After I complained to their online contact, they refunded the $3.50 postage cost -- a month later! They never told me what happened to the mail.

This phone rings endlessly. You cannot reach anyone at this location.

This facility is horrendous. Ive dropped mail inside the facility using the mail collection slots and they have not delivered the mail in a timely fashion. I mailed a birthday card Tuesday 10/9/18 and it hasnt been delivered yet. I learned not to drop my Netflix dvds in the collection slot because they took more than a week to deliver them to Netflix.

Ive never had any problems with the service here, although I know that at times it can be very busy and crowded.there are way too many people in Snellville now for the same post office we had many years ago,but that could be said about alot of things around here.most of their employees seem to do the best they can with what they have though.if its too busy,I come back later or go to grayson.their post office is much bigger.

I live in off Parkwood Road in Snellville, Ga. I have asked the mail person to close my mailbox door when he delivers my mail, but for some reason he will not comply. Many of us in our subdivision (Preserve at Parkwood) are having this problem. Please address this issue. It is hard to read your mail when it is soaking wet.

This post office service is the worst i ever experienced. My package was ship out from atlanta to maryland 3 different times and its still not there yet. I paid 20 bucks to pick up my package here i ATL where i stay. Most of all i dont even know if the same package is in the box

Their refusal to answer the phone is ridiculous. It even said on their website that was not too busy at that time. Do not buy USP money orders. AFTER THEY ARE LOST OR STOLEN AND YOU PAY $5.95 FOR A TRACER, YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. ALSO, THE WAY THEY TREAT HANDICAPPED PERSON, THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. 3 PEOPLE CANNOT RUN A POST OFFICE THIS LARGE WITH ONE WINDOW OPEN.

Best Custmer serivce ever, there a white lady with long hair she catch since you get inside with her smile and she asks you if u need any help and she is super nice, and ladys behind the counter they so nice, I used to go to the Usps down the street then I found out I waist too much time over there cuz no one comes to ask me if I need help, keep walking around to find the right box or right sticker to use then after I tried this location with these nice ladys I started to go there everytime I go to ship items to my customers .

There’s no way a cardboard box costs $6

The mail lady that runs the routes in snellville is the worse ever she called me all types of names I called the manger they didnt do anything about it, we should feel safe with our mail people but I feel like the lady is going to do more damage Snellville Post Office is the worse ever !!!!

Horrible customer service from employee Valerie. Rude tone, seemed annoyed by me asking a question about pricing for envelopes the encounter was very uncomfortable.

Left an unmarked key. Then once I figured out which it belonged to; i found out the key couldnt turn to lock. The key stayed in but couldnt turn to lock. Very lazy half a**! Probably just thinking about going on home.

I wanted them to hold my package for me so I could pick it up instead of waiting on the new mail lady who takes forever, so I call them, over, and over, and over, and over, and over, nothing else can explain it besides that they are purposefully ignoring calls out of laziness. Ive called 20 times, and each time been ignored.

Always a line out the door and only two people working. Always. Even before Christmas, 2 people. I don’t get it. It’s a main PO!
