I really hate the experience w/ Gwinnett Mower Repair. I will only will state the facts as to give voice to my disappointment.On July 28th I went to this establishment to repair my mower. After a quick diagnosis we ruled out that it was a simple spark plug change. It was suggested by the young man who was looking at it that it would be more likely a carburetor repair, which would be a lot more costly than I expected. The young guy assisting me suggested that I consider a trade inthats when we took a look at the other lawnmowers that had already been repaired and were you sitting in the front of the building. After discussing that it would probably be as much as the repair too actually do the trade in, I decided I would upgrade the lawn mower . As per the discussion the deposit that I left for the repair would now be put towards the purchase of the used mower. Because I had not brought the lawn bag w / me I tried to drive back home w intention to return but I had previous appt that ran late . Unfortunately because I could not make it back before closing I called and left a voice message stating that I know it was 1st come 1st serve but I would be willing to pay over the phone an increased deposit to better secure the lawn mower of my choice. That call never came nor any other call at all throughout this process.I flew out of town the next day and came back. It was the weekend and they were not open. Monday when they opened I called. I was told the voice messages rarely are checked and they did not receive the message that I would be returning therefore they deemed it so to sell the lawn mower that I had chosen.. But the gentleman I spoke to said that he would correct the mistake on their behalf by selling me a used and repaired Honda lawn mower. But that it would take some time to repair it. I am a very easy going person so I agreed . No harm no foul I can understand humans do make mistakes.I called back a week later and was told that they needed another 6 or 7 days but I would receive a phone call.Fast forward another 2 weeks and I call today to check on the status of the repair. I was told that noone could remember ever speaking to me or stating that I was to be expecting a Honda lawn mower. In fact they only could offer to repair my lawn mower and had no other remorse for the mistake that was made.I return and picked up my lawn mower today and have to start the search all over again for a reliable lawn mower repairman.I treat everyone I come across with kindness and recognize that we are all humans and I teach my children that if you make a mistake,apologize and offer a correction for that mistake. That was all I expected. But instead I was made to feel my business nor moneymattered at this establishment.

I was so glad to find that Gwinnett Mower repair made it thru this year. I packed up our mower & 1/2 way there, I felt I should have called! Great personal service, trustworthy and in all the yrs we’ve used them, only once did a mower not start (spark plug was disconnected) but they showed me how to check on different things when I came back.✅

It must be a family-owned establishment because they have young children working there they logged and my product wrong then couldnt find it it took over a week left me hot and frustrated. Little companies like this need to open the doors to other nationalities stop being selfish

Got my chain saw repaired. Excellent service and great price. Its like new now, and repair was $40. Very reasonable!

I brought my mower here for a tune up. First mistake. They claimed they tuned it up and changed the belt. I picked it up and went to cut a lawn. The belt broke 15 minutes into cutting my lawn. I spoke to the owner and brought it back immediately. Long story short, After the a few days they called and basically blamed me for bending the blade which caused the belt to break and charged again for everything. I just had to take his word and made some other unprofessional comments. He is obviously getting enough work that he not concerned about future or new business. I didnt even check the work. If it still needs to be fixed I will pay double elsewhere.

These guys are simply amazing and they wont hurt your wallet! They are very knowledgeable and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. A few reviews say tha they are little slow but thats not my experience with them and personally i dont want a rush job. Theyre nice guys and no attitudes.

Fairly expensive for tune ups 217.00 for 2 lawn mowers one old one new. they take awhile (over three weeks) to get fixed. I had to get lawn service 100.00, in the mean time so I spent the price of for a new mower. But the work seems to be good. I went to see them because of their ratings.

Dont take your equipment to this establishment. Dont let the reviews fool you. They will take your money and tell you they cant fix it after taking the deposit. If I could give them no stars I would. They are a total RIP off. Being in business a long time doesnt mean they know what they are doing. If you want your equipment fixed right I suggest you take it somewhere else. If you dont believe me you will find out for yourself IF you get your equipment back repaired.

When the owner tells me that they will pick up my mower to have serviced, and when time comes for pick up . The driver goes to wrong location and admits he went to wrong house, then calls me and says to take my mower some place else, and that they dont do pick ups . I call next day asking to speak with owner, for which the other person basically tells me again to take my business elsewhere. Thats just plain wrong .

Fixed the problem no one else could. Great service, long wait but worth it. Will be the only mower repair services Ill use in the future.
