Ive rented a brush hog here twice: first time it broke after 2 hrs, second one broke after 20 minutes. The employee, Bob, who helped me the first time told me that if I was going to insult their equipment, then I they dont need my business. Thats some advice Ill take.

Went to the Rental Department on 11/19/2019 around 6:55 pm the young white need to be retrained when it come to the customer service so most likely she got job from the Home Depot basid on the favoritism!! Store Manager need to pay the more attention dont there a Lows Hardware right across the Home Depot

They would have got 0 stars if possible. Called ahead and said to come in to rent equipment that they didnt have. Had to drive out another 30 minutes to a different location to get the tool wanted. They claimed their rental tools were locked and wouldnt be unlocked for a few more hours, at 1pm? How is that even possible, most people want to do their jobs early before it gets blistering hot outside.

Do not go and rent any tools from this store they are extremely rude and the managers there or has help full as a three-year-old and I am not exaggerating!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to rent any other store trust me if you do, you will regret it!!

Had the rental truck. Had the plywood but not the quality I was hoping for. Friendly help makes up for minor shortcomings.
