Very nice store. Especially the folks at the Pro desk. Great parking area for Pros and plenty of customer service. I highly recommend the Lowes app from Google Play Store. Its your personal assistant in the store. Find anything!
I have been extremely disappointed in my last few experiences with Lowe’s. Not only do they have no sense of wait time management in the store and on the phone… my sales person was on his persona phone the entire time I was being assisted. They do not follow through with their promises on delivery, there is no way to follow up on delivery times. I am currently on a 30 minute hold time… and still waiting. Seriously I don’t know if it’s just this location or Lowe’s in general. Just horrible.
Todays excursion consisted of catching this month’s deal on the mulch and the dirt. I found a large push card in the parking lot which was great because there were none inside. This enabled me to put 10 bags of mulch and 12 bags of dirt, and one bag of Black Cow manuer, the 0.5-0.5-0.5 fertilizer.Upon self loading, I was able to proceed to the checkout process and used my discount. I then gathered my goods and proceeded to my car to load my bounty for a upcoming outdoor gardening project.
First time I had a problem. Ordered something online, went 6 hours after ordering, not ready because it was locked up. Lady went and got my thermostat, great went home. Next day went to install my item, empty box and it was missing the plastic cover. Luckily I went back and another lady replaced it for me.Never take an item that has been opened without checking the contents first. Better yet, get things that are sealed.
They deserve minus stars. The lady in the washer section sold me a so called marked down appliance she stated wasnt used. They damaged it twice in process. Im disabled and when we got it home and plugged it up it loads water then does nothing. The lady lied about everything shes a crook. Water came out of the hose and you could here water in the machine when we got it off the truck. This item was used and returned and never fixed. The manager was in on being a crook also. Do not purchase used items or floor discounted appliances from this store.
Went and got exactly what I needed and checked right out. Very efficient and pleasant cashier.
This has to be the worst Lowes I have ever visited. The employees are rude, that is if you manage to find one. I waited in the lumber cutting area for 20 minutes until someone finally walked by. Asked him if he was the guy who used the saw and his was response was I dont know nothing about that before continuing to walk down the aisle. Never stopped. Do yourself a favor and drive across the street to Home Depot. Im sorry I didnt. The second star was just for the store being clean, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review.
My husband and I are customers frequent Lowes all the time. Growing up my father was a frequent customer at Lowes and the customer service was very good still till this day the customer service is wonderful. However I dont appreciate the lady and self-checkout eyeballing me hovering over my shoulder as if I wanted to not pay for something. Far from that my experience at Lowes has always been good

Staff person walked away without acknowledge of my presence in line. Only myself and 2 cashiers taking forever with one client. I had to ask can she help me while he went to his car. Other employees walk by me as if I was invisible. Customer (good) service was not priority today. Times have changed. But prices continue to rise and not better service.
The garden crew Linda, Christopher and another very nice lady but I didnt catch her name are so resourceful and always ready and willing to help all customers.
As always its almost impossible to find someone that is actually willing to help you. Waited 30 minutes for someone to respond to cut a piece of carpet. However the guy who finally showed up to help was very nice and pleasant fellow.
Snellville Lowes: Bob at the business counter was fantastic in meeting my needs. A few days later I went back and he provided more help and knowledge in the materials chosen to do the job.
Bought a lawnmower last week from this Lowe’s! Was kindly assisted by many employees and was even offered help out to my car because I had my baby with me and was struggling to lift it. When I got home I managed to break it in less than a minute (didn’t put oil in it). The engine locked. This was my first time ever trying to mow the lawn in my life, and I was trying to surprise my husband before he got home. I felt quite defeated. Thinking I just made an expensive first time home owner mistake, I decided to take it back to Lowe’s to see if they could fix it. We spoke with a manager named Ricky, he kindly told me it wasn’t fixable, and offered to replace it for me. I was shocked! And so happy. I took the broken mower to a cashier named Chavonne, and she processed my return quickly!I just moved to Snellville and I’m so happy my new Lowe’s has such a helpful staff.Also, Thanks to Ricky my knowledge of lawn mowers has increased quite a bit.
This was by far the WORST trip to a Home Depot I have ever experienced. I actually walked out with nothing and went to Lowes.Went to buy Gutters. Tried vinyl but they didnt have the end caps. Asked an associate for assistance, when she came over she looked at the area and said, this is a disaster over here. She then proceeds to walk away. Decided to try aluminum as no one else was available for help. Low and behold they had hundreds of right side end caps but no left side. Finally had a guy with a scan gun and he scans both the vinyl, computer said they had 19, and the left hand aluminum which had over 20 on hand. The associate tells me that he told a customer over a week ago that they were out of the left hand caps for aluminum gutters!!! Why not FIX THE COUNT?!?!?! Lowes had everything I needed to get the job done.
Dont ask for help, you will never get it.We waited an hour to get something of the shelf and they never came.Frustrated customer
I used to be a HD guy but Lowes is making me question my loyalty. Some products are better quality than HD.
I like that Lowes store because I am sure that Im going to find what I need on a scale of 75%. My only problem, when I am at the store the chance to have a floor employee to offer his or help is only 30%, without exaggeration. Otherwise, I will give a five star rating.
Went to Lowes in Snellville on an extremely hot day. I called beforehand. Spoke with who I believe is one of the chief managers, Stephanie. She is all that customer service exemplifies. She had my item ready as a kindness and courtesy.Definitely would recommend Snellville location above other local sites. If they dont know, they will find an answer for you, find another Lowes staff who they know has specific expertise in that field. They actually answer their phones also.Simone in customer service verified they had what I needed.
If you are shopping for a new appliance do not shop at this location. I ordered an appliance and was told that I would get a phone call and that it would be delivered within 3 days. I got confirmation from the delivery company but the store never called me. The day of delivery arrived and I never receive my appliance, which was a refrigerator. I called the delivery company and they stated that the refrigerator was never loaded on the truck and that I needed to contact the store. It took 3 days worth of phone calls to get in contact with someone in the store. They do not answer the phone at all in the appliance department. Once I got someone on the phone, they said that it was delayed another week. The second delivery date comes and they arrive with a damaged fridge. I then refused the delivery and stated that I will need a refund as none of the fridges in the store were in stock. Like I said, I ordered a refrigerator and could not wait weeks for a new one. Once again, no one from the store called me about the refund process so yet again, I had to call them several times. After several calls and going up to the store in person, I finally got my refund. If you are looking for a better shopping experience, I recommend you go to the Loganville location.
Loews is the BEST! Even though the items I want are back-ordered, Dan assured me, that if they come in sooner, he would definitely let me know. Very professional and knowledgeable about the products I needed.Since I just moved here from out of state, that level of customer service is very important to me, so I look forward to doing more business with Loews in the future.
Tammy the delivery manager has the best customer service! she really went beyond her duty to assist me with my Fridge order and also with the 15% discount had a slight ding on the side all fixed over the phone very wonderful employee if i ever order anything from Lowes shes my go to person and i will never forget her service Im telling everyone i know and thats alot of people AAA+ she also helped me on a previous order that wasnt available anymore fridge was sold out gave me great advice then on how to cancel that order and get this one setup all in the same day please take notice of her hard work for the Lowes company.
Ive been here 3 times in the past year and every time the giant saw is broken. Considering most people have cars, I would think its important. There are SOME sheets of wood already cut, but never the one I need. They also have the merchandise out front all the way to the street so you cant safely walk from 1 door to the other. And if you have a cart, you basically take up the driving lane to get to your car. Not sure how the fire department doesnt fine them since thats where its all at...in the fire lane.
JAY MATTHEWS THE STORE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole store needs better customer service, but Go figure with a manager like Jay who just brushes off customers instead of helping solve an issue he rather go home Because his work day has ended. There is never anyone to help us with products even when we call customer service on the phone.
The customer service that you receive at Lowe’s is pitiful. I have tried to call the store three times this morning please hold wait 20 minutes no one comes back. I call back as to speak with a Manager can’t reach anyone and the call was just dropped.I have not had better experience in the store as well.I dropped off my lawn mower for repair under warranty almost 8 weeks ago I want to know the status of my lawnmower.I have tried several times to find out who does the repairs and I am exasperated.

I always love Lowes. I think you might need more help in the gardening department. More people are doing their own gardens, lines get a little long and when calls for help is made, no one shows up. I still come.😁
Dealing with Lowes installation team was like securing a handyman from the parking lot of a Walmart! I was repeatedly surprised by their lack of professionalism, and their blatant disregard for customer service. I will not so much as purchase a nail tack from this or any other Lowes store. Tell a friend to tell a friend...NEVER!
I won’t recommend anyone to come to this location, because they have many issues. I wish I can talk to the CEO or the owner. The first issue will be the phone. You can’t reach by phone the appliance department . The worker of Lowe’s joke about not answering the phone when someone call. The second issue will be no showing up when the give you an appointment. I don’t recommend anyone to this appliance. I bought a Frigidaire at this location on the 11 of May they have been lying to me that someone will call me to bring bring my refrigerator lie lie and lie. Today is 23 of May I haven’t received my order yet. I really do know what to do. I went there more that 5 times . I am really dessapoited..

It was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I spent 15 mins trying to find moving boxes, and even though there were too many customer service reps on the floor, no one sought to assist me in my search. Thats terrible. Terrible!!

This is the worst ever Lowes store when it comes to service. I have had to come back 4 times to get refunded for a big purchase I made and returned because it was defective and it is still pending. No one would not apologize either.
I’m literally standing in Lowe’s in Scenic Hwy waiting on someone to help in the lighting. I’ve been here for 30 mins in the same spot. 3 employees have passed me and said they will get someone but no one ever showed.
Its a Lowes, just like every other Lowes. Its clean, stuff is in stock, and employees are nice enough. I switched from Home Depot because they always made me jump through hoops to get the 5% CC discount instead of applying it automatically.

Pretty well organized and easy to find what I need without much help. But when I need help there is always someone available without much hassle. They actively ask if there is anything they can help with. Which is really nice when compared to other stores. I think the only rival of their customer service is Publix. Which is NUMBER 1!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Trying to purchase a riding lawn mower from lowes was an absolute nightmare. Will never shop here again and dont recommend it. Delivered me a broken lawn mower twice. Told them just refund my money. They said they would pick up the lawn mower and refund my money as soon as they got back to the store with it. 2 days later after they picked up the lawnmower and I still dont have my money. Went in to the store to ask where my refund is and they still havent done it and Ive been sitting here 45 minutes trying to get someone to take care of this.Edit: 3 days later still no refund and not getting anywhere. Have sent emails to lowes corporate, CEO, vice president, and president. Next step is calling the media and filing a lawsuit.

If you go there be prepared to wait a long time to be helped. And just because you can see a floor model doesnt mean they have that in stock. Pack your patience.
I chose to shop at the Snellville location after I was told by an employee at the Loganville location that the items I was looking for were in stock . I was searching for 4 additional cans of a specific spray paint. Of course I became ecstatic once the Loganville employee informed me that there were 16 cans of spray paint at the Snellville location. To my surprise, I only seen 3 cans. I went to the paint counter to ask the employee, Keith, if he could look up the item barcode. Keith was rude. He didn’t even attempt to use a computer to search for the item. It seemed that he was more so irritated that I politely asked him for his assistance. To my luck, I found a pleasant employee, Charles, who didn’t mind helping me. Mr. Charles swiftly helped me with a smile on his face. I’m so thankful for Mr. Charles & people like him for showing compassion in a world full of madness.
Good selections and prices, helpful people. The order pickup people amaze me by being out to the car sometimes even before I call to tell them Im there.

If you would like to enjoy some terrible customer service just take a trip to the Lowe’s in Snellville Georgia. I ordered an item online that showed up damaged, I was told I needed to return it to the store. So I did that they give me a merchant card which they do not tell you cannot be used online and can only be used in store.
We looked at the ring doorbells offered. You have to get assistance. The guy told is Lowes doesnt sell them when we were clearly looking at them. He scanned it and claims he looked on the website. So did I and found them. Went home and ordered on line and picked up next day.

I walked into the Lowes at 1615 Scenic hwy expecting to walk out with three lighting fixtures. The last section of one end of the lighting section was lit. The test were dark. I went looking for someone to help and eventually found two guys chatting and looking at one of their phones.Eventually they looked up and responded to my request to turn the lights on so that I could evaluate how they shine with, No, we cant do that. Really? I ask with a baffled look. The other guy says, Thats right we cant. As they go back to their conversation about the phone, I ask, So I cant see the lights on before I buy them? Glancing up they say, Nope before going back to ignoring me.
I want to brag bbn on the aervice that I received from the scenic highway store. The sales rep Jill was so helpful in many ways. She knowledgeable about merchandise. I can go on and on how pleased I was with her service. So sad we dont have a Jill at Panola and Edgwwood. Thank Jill for restoring my faith.
I wish they had more service reps, on the floor who understands your needs according to what you are looking for. I like to shop there also.

Store is always clean. Ive never been at the register without a pleasant conversation or someone energetic and funny. Most of the time I dont have to look very long for help finding something. Lately Ive run into customers and have a conversation, I love that. People are realizing we can come together when life becomes difficult for all of us. Maybe because we know at any moment 1 of us could get sick so we want to take advantage of every chance we get to meet others and either help by talking about our own home problems and what I did to solve it and usually have a good laugh about a pet or things our kids do. Why all of a sudden my trips to Lowes dont seem like a chore anymore? I dont know but I hope it keeps on going.

This Lowe’s has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. No one there is helpful at all. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do, they hang up. They don’t make sure they get your custom orders done and if they do, they’re all wrong and messed up. This is the most disappointing service I’ve had. No one in the store cares about doing their job and making the customers happy.
