I have only went two times due to the second time the light skin trainer made me in my daughters feel very in comfortable it was only us in the gym we never went back and they can check they records them on top of that we haven’t no been in two month in they charge my credit card over $200 oit the blue very poor communication as well in too tight of a space with no room to work out please refund my card ASAP thanks

Im a big gym time weight lifter and this gym is perfect. I go to LA fitness as well, but this place is 24hr so I can go at 5am before work. Clean most of the time. They have free bottled water since they took out the water fountain because of covid, but the machine is empty most of the time so bring water or drink from the sink. Hey for $20 a month I cant complain.

It’s so sad. So this gym has “new” management but same old problems. You would think after a takeover from the previous owners they would do better but still the same. All the treadmills are layered with dirt and dust it’s disgusting. How are you going to take over ownership and not do a entire location wipe down during a pandemic mind you. I came here 3 days ago and the bathroom counters still have the same dirt on it from 3 days ago. Which means they clean NOTHING. Does it really cost that much to get a cleaning crew to clean your “new” location under new management?? Black owned business need to be better. It’s this exact reason our black owned businesses get bad names. LAZINESS to its core. This will be my last day here. Do better!!!

The General called a couple weeks ago, to inquire about membership options. Earl was highly knowledgeable, well spoken, and pleasant to converse with. The General would welcome Earl to represent any of The Generals fine and well respected companies. The General also salutes Earls father.

Was great until new management came in. Earl I think his name was called my husband crazy for trying to help friends by adding them on to my gym membership and then canceling their membership when they fell on hard times. Will not be going back

Clean and comfortable environment.Opened 24 hours. There is a variety of equipment.. weights.. to choose from that helps make a workout engaging.I would prefer a wider range of listening music though.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym. You are limited to mon-Friday and can’t workout intil 10 am..You will receive a better value for paying $10 per month elsewhere.. also the female owner is very rude

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYMDue to the pandemic, the gym shut down in April. They paused payments in April. They reopened in May. I received a partial charge for the month of May in the amount of 15.38 on 5/19/20 automatically drafted from my WF checking. I came into the club and made the decision the cancel my membership to be precautionary. I was told by the employee onsite that I would have to call at their payment services company, ABC Financial Services, and given their business card. I obliged and took the card. When I called and spoke with the representative, I was told that the club’s policy was to accept online cancellations through an ABC Financial account tied to your membership ID. I said no problem. I went online and filled out the form on my account. It informed me that I would need to pay a final 30 day monthly fee of 19.00, and gave me the option to pay immediately or let it auto draft on the usual day. I chose to pay it online immediately, through the ABC Financial portal, on 5/24/20.On 7/17/20, almost two months later, I saw a charge of 19.00 posted from ABC WORKOUT ANYTIME. I called ABC Financial again. Their representative instructed me to go to the gym directly. I went into the gym today at 1pm, and their employee said his records indicate my cancellation was only effective July 3rd, and therefore I needed to pay ANOTHER monthly fee.When I pulled up my ABC Financial account to show the two payments in May, indicating my cancellation had already been paid, he shrugged and appeared to not care.This has to be the most predatory form of automatic account drafting I have ever seen. DO NOT give this business your hard earned money OR account information under any circumstances.I am highly disappointed in the difficulty they impose to prevent cancellations, the poor customer service and overall shady business practices they choose to allow.I have already contacted my banking institution, and I will be filing a complaint with the state as well as looking into legal action against this establishment.

We actually attempted to cancel our membership due to the change in hours after covid 19 closing. The new manager Earl Turner is the most disgusting,unprofessional,and rudest person I have ever met. He is just absolutely nasty with his words and attitude and I would 100% no recommend even looking at this gym. Any other gym would be better. Trust me

It is also competitive with regard to cost, and even accepts Silver Sneakers customers. I am very satisfied with my new gym-- and you will be, too.

Clean, safe, modern equipment. Staff frienfly courteous and responsive Not overly huge gym but with sufficient equipment and space to get fit and ripped or slim and trim.

They have all the type of equipment that I use when at the gym. I love the music playlist they have while working out. They have TVS for you to look at. I knew what I signed up for. Kind of small, but thats obvious. No complaints.

This gym was ok till they stop charging my card due to the virus then all of a sudden charging me every month but they wasnt Receiving the money its the same card that was on file the whole time and it was working then.i didnt get no email, call or etc Stating the matter they just put my account to Collections only then when I got a call from Collections saying I owe this its sad because this could have gotten handle early on if they would have contacted me I cant trust or do Business with a shady place so I just payed the money and Cancel I will take the L for now and just move on to a better gym.But who ever reads this hopefully you never got to go through what I went through

Systems locks doors from time to time. Make u feel like u didnt pay ur bill. Other than that, pretty convenient.

I must state I really had no issue with the facility. It is in a great location and was very clean with new machines in working order. My issue is the bait and switch I experienced. I went to their web site to look at the plans and saw a coupon offering 14 days free to work out. The manager Lewis would not honor the coupon and would only give three visits in 7 days. I was not given a tour and no offer to demonstrate how the machines work. He did not even show me where the locker room was to put my things down. The lack of customer service was a turn off alone with the bait and switch. Going back to Planet Fitness.

This location for a workout was excellent, it was clean not overcrowded. I prefer this location far better then the one on Cascade Road, which was also okay

This is a newly built gym. All the equipment is new and top notch. It is very clean and not crowded at all the few times Ive been there so far. Its open 24 hrs a day everyday even holidays. I was skeptical at first because Planet fitness is bigger and cheaper but they are not open 24 hrs. everyday, holidays, etc. and their equipment doesnt compare. They have free weights here, squat racks, ab equipment, TRX system and newer equipment Ive never seen in a gym. Im a fan!

Great facility. Plenty of treadmills and other machines = no waiting. Great weight room and a great atmosphere to do my workouts. I highly recommend this place.

This is located on the side of Kroger. Its not so big but its nice and clean.

Best gym chain ever, good mix of equipment for cardio and strength training, cannot beat the hours and my favorite is the HydroMassage.
