This is absolutely the best UPS store ever! The service given by Chrissy was professional, exceptional, and personable! Ive lived in a few places and gone to many UPS stores, and I can say without hestitation, this is the best service my partner, James, and I have ever experienced, and I must say again, it was due to Chrissys wonderful customer service! I sent a VERY last minute print job at 5pm on a Friday night, that I needed to pick up before they closed at 7pm. The manager had already left for the evening and the staff in the store did not have access to the system to pull the order. They called the manager and she actually came back to ensure they could print my order in time. I would not advise trying this and I willnever wait this late again but I truly appreciate their efforts. I will be going to them for all of my future printing needs.

Ive been going to this UPS Store for the last 2 years and I wish I had been going there sooner. Lorraine and Wanda are always helpful when I drop by and go out of their way to tend to my shipping needs. They are timely, professional, and courteous! Id recommend them to anyone. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

A few years ago I vowed to never return to this store due to the rude owners. However, I had to pick up a package here a few months ago and the new owners are a friendly and wonderful group. A MUCH better team than the old owners for sure. I will be a customer from now on. Lorraine is very nice and helpful.

This is not my closest UPS store but I dont mind going a little out of the way for such personalized service. I have had business cards created, mailed packages and purchased supplies at this store and always receive professional, courteous,and quick service. Dont waste your time here. I stopped in here and the man was rude to me b/c he wanted me to pay for something when I already had a prepaid label for. Since he couldnt sell me anything, he decided to charge me $1.00 to use his tape. Go on down further to the UPS store in the Kroger plaza on 78. Much friendlier environment.

Been there twice looking for notary, first time Friday at 3 already left before banks or post office closed, would be back Monday morning. Monday 10 am. lady at counter said I was called and told no one was going to be here, so her i am and dont know what to tell you Come on man.

Why does your sign on the window say you accept USPS packages if you dont accept them? Every UPS store accepts USPS outgoing.

There is really no reason to go here. They nickel and dime you for every service, the lady is condescending and unhelpful. FedEx Office is so much more modern and helpful. If you must use UPS go to the PakMail in Lawrenceville or the UPS Store in Loganville.

On June 5, 2017, I experienced extremelypoor as well as rude customer service by Ms. Wanda. In my opinion, Ms. Wanda shouldnt take customer calls, if she cant tolerate the audience she is addressing.

Rude counter person - older lady. Charges what she wants for boxes, no posted rates and when overcharged for 3 small boxes, she never apologized for the mistake, just issued a credit back to my card very matter-of-factly. Ive purchased numerous small boxes from this location because it is closest to my home and each time I never know what to expect. This time after being charged $3.95 per box for 3 small boxes, I disputed the charge but she was adamant that it was the correct price. After I left the store and checked the receipt, I noticed the box size was incorrect, thinking thats why I was overcharged, I returned to show her the error on the receipt but her response was, we dont inventory them that way. I asked to see the price list for the boxes and it showed I should have been charged $3.25 per box. She never apologized just processed the credit. I will go out of my way to a different location from this point on. Terrible service and not ethical at all!

Very disappointed. I was treated VERY poorly by an older white lady. I walked in with a pair of headphones in a box to be sent out for warranty to Samsung. I had a shipping label that Samsung provided to me to cover shipping costs. The headphones were in a small box I brought with me. She looked at me and said in a very rude tone We dont normally allow you to use your own box but ill allow it this time. I was shocked by her statement and I already knew where this was going. I did not have the box taped up. She grabbed a roll of tape and pulled out a few inches of tape and said she would charge me 27 cents for the tape. My response was Reeally?? Youre going to charge me for a little bit of tape??? She said Well youre not spending any money with me to send your package I said That doesnt matter, my shipping costs are paid for already. Then she pointed to me and said Next time youre paying. I said never mind, dont worry about using your precious tape on my box, ill go to another UPS store. She laughed as I walked out. I went to another UPS off 5 Forks Trickum and Oak rd by the Kroger. They were VERY NICE!! I walked in and grabbed a padded envelope and walked to the counter. I said I needed to send this. The woman saw my label and said No sir you dont need that envelope, youre label is two day air. She then grabbed a different padded envelope from behind the counter for the headphones and placed them inside. Then she grabbed a clear sticky envelope for the label and attached the label to the envelope. Then she printed me a receipt and handed it to me. It all happened so easily and so fast. I asked how much did I owe? She said nothing. Its all taken care of and to have a nice day. SO EASY, SO NICE!! Excellent service at that location. But stay away from the 2483 Heritage village store and that old lady... Or at least until UPS fires her. If you walk in and see a old white lady with dirty blonde hair... Walk out!!
