I brought in my Alienware laptop and Brian did quality work! He swapped the battery and replaced the USB port, which was very well needed. Very affordable as well and staff were generous enough to NOT charge for the battery since the USB port was being installed. Brian also guaranteed the repair warranty for the laptop, replacing the USB entirely during my return visit, after he initially re-soldered the (loose) original USB port, and let me know if the problem was persisting that it was covered. Really appreciate bringing my laptop to full working order again! Thanks!

I thought I would add my 2-cents. Ive used Atlanta Computer Solutions over the years on several occasions. I always appreciated the quick and competent handling of my service needs at fair prices. Brian is good people, and always seems to hire good techs. Ive sent several friends their way, including our friend Linda....a senior who cant resist clicking on things that get her in trouble. When it reached a point where I could no longer help her in certainty that I had made her system safe again, I sent her to ACS because I knew they would not only get her straightened out, but are far more knowledgeable than me about putting better safeguards into place. Linda has been very complimentary about how effectively and patiently theyve helped her out.

On at least three occasions over the past few years, both my wife and I have had our various computers (PCs and Macs) repaired at Atlanta Computer Solutions. In all instances, Brian and his staff have correctly diagnosed the problems the FIRST time and performed repairs promptly at fair rates for the top-notch work theyve done.At least twice, they got machines on the bench immediately and fixed them in a matter of hours. Theyve been very friendly, customer-oriented, never tried to upsell us on anything and have been great about answering questions without using excessive jargon.Theyve earned our trust (and our repeat business) by being competent, personable and charging reasonable prices for quality work.

Brian took on several computer projects for me as I had multiple laptops with issues of varying degrees. One of which was a box full of parts handed back to me by the previous Computer repair Specialists so needless to say I was skeptical if it would ever work again......Shazzam!!!!! They fixed each and every one and even reassembled the aforementioned one to make it operate like new. I cant recommend their services nearly enough and I do not plan on using another vendor while I am in this area. Highly recommend!!!!

I was very satisfied with their professional and attentive service. My laptop needed and keyboard replaced, unfortunately I took it to a place in Loganville(I won’t mention their name)that held my computer hostage for 2 weeks and still didn’t have the keyboard replaced. I took my laptop to Atlanta Computer Solutions and they immediately started to work on it. They did not have a replacement keyboard on hand for my model computer, so they had to order a new one which would take about 2 days to deliver. They gave me a loaner keyboard to take home with my laptop so I continue to use my laptop for work.Great people and great service!!! I Highly recommend Atlanta Computer Solutions.

My Dell Inspiron stopped recognizing the plug and stopped charging the battery. I thought I needed a new laptop for sure. Nothing on the net gave me any info but new laptop. I used ACS before after taking a laptop somewhere else and they fixed it right away. So within an hour they had it ready to go! They also gave me more hope when they could have just tried to sell me a new laptop or add on features but they were a honest broker. I will ALWAYS use ACS for our computer services.

Computers not sending signal to my monitors. They made me replace my ram so I did and that didnt work. Then apparently it was my graphics card. Spent a couple hundred on a updated graphics card. Still didnt work. These guys have no idea what theyre doing and are just money hungry. Do not suggest.

Ive gone to them every time my computer stopped working and I couldnt fix it. Even if it was incidental or random issues. Theyre knowledgeable, upfront, and fair. They have a great turnaround time too. And theyve let me know if they wouldnt be done in a week.

I needed to upgrade my HDD to a SSD. I called ACS and got a very professional and personable response. I followed up with a few questions via email and received a prompt and courteous reply. I took my computer in for the data transfer and hard drive switch and encountered the same personal and professional spirit that I had experienced via phone and email. The service was swift and the price was reasonable. I had to make a follow-up call (due to my lack of knowledge only, not due to any fault of theirs) and again I was received with warmth and professionalism. I am very happy with the experience and the results. I would highly recommend ACS.

Took my computer in they said they wouldnt be able to get to look at it till next afternoon went home and in an hour they called me said it would be ready that day. Well at COB they called said come get it and they reloaded windows because my files were all jacked up and returned it just like new again these guys rock same day service and i checked walmart windows ten is over hundred bucks they charged me $125 to reload and fix all the problem and checked my hardrives to make sure they were ok. SO pleased with always use them and recommend for sure :)

I bought a used laptop for $125, I returned it to the Atlanta Computer Solution for repair four times, then I keep this laptop in my room for almost a month, when I took it out and turned it on, nothing happen, totally dead. I took it back to the Atlanta Computer Solution, it was five months ago, I still dont have a laptop. I will not suggest anyone use this computer store.

My laptop was in this facility for a while but it was worth the wait, Its almost like I have a brand new computer. If I ever have any issues I will be coming back to this place.

My wifes MacBook Pro stopped booting up one day. Seemed to me like the harddrive crashed and all of her data would be lost. I took it into Atlanta Computer Solutions and the team there was able to recover the contents of the harddrive, install a new SSD to make her computer run faster, install an upgraded OS and put all her files back onto the new harddrive. Needless to say my wife and I were very pleased!

Ive used the Snellville location of Atlanta Computer Solutions for several years and will continue using them. Although, at times, Ive had to return to them for corrections to their service they always stick with me to make sure my system works the way I expect it to. They deal well with some very complicated problems.
