According to the WM website your hours are 24/7, but per Google you are not open on Sundays and you close 5pm on weekdays and earlier on a Saturday. Which hours are correct? 8 months ago you responded to a reviewer who said your business hours are not posted correctly that you will have it fixed and it still appears to be wrong. It is difficult to decide to drive 20miles + to drop a large amount of yard waste when the hours are inconsistently posted. I gave you 3 stars as I haven’t used the facility and to give you the benefit of the doubt, but actually feel like it should be 1 star for the confusion caused.

I arranged an extra item pick up for which I was charged but the item was never picked up. I called each week for three weeks, and each time and I was told the service would be completed with my regular garbage pick up and for three weeks, I left the item at the curb only to have it left there time and time again. It is also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone as the wait time is 20 - 30 minutes.

Great facility to have close to the city! Easy to bring stuff and dump, not too bad on cost either. You dont need to be a commercial hauler or anything.

Please be careful. A white truck working at this building ran off a car on Plant Atkinson this morning at 7AM just so they could get there a little faster. Reckless, terrible driving. They ran the vehicle off and just kept going. Got license plates, but if this is indicative of the type of people they hire, they have no regard for the safety of this neighborhood.

This place smells so bad, it is stinking up our whole neighborhood and has become a health hazard! They need to clean it up and fix it. This is in an area which is becoming more and more residential with higher traffic too and its just unbearable to go out for a walk around the neighborhood :(
