We had an emergency where we had one bathroom, and it wasn’t working. Toilet wasn’t flushing, sink wasn’t draining, and it smelled awful. I called maybe 50 different companies and they either were booked for weeks, wouldn’t answer their phones, or didn’t think I knew what I was talking about because I am a female. When I called this company, they were very kind and came the next morning as their first appointment. They came and pumped our septic and fixed our toilet. They were very knowledgeable and helped me fully understand what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. They were very kind and honest, and did a fabulous job in a timely manner. This is the only company I will go to from now on for my plumbing problems.

We called several companies when looking to service our septic system for the first time. I was immediately drawn to RPJ Waste Services due to the professionalism on the first phone call - I had questions about cost, frequency of maintenance & what to expect and both Erica and Bill took the time to answer all my questions.When the workers showed up, they were professional, efficient and left our property very clean.I have since contacted RPJ Waste Services with follow-up questions regarding potential changes to our property. The answers I have received have been helpful and INFORMATIVE! I truly can never thank Bill enough for taking the time to call me personally and give me a quick septic tank lesson that enables me to be a more educated consumer moving forward.Weve already calendared to call these guys for our next service and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them.

After neglecting our septic system for 15 (or so) years, our 3 toilets would not flush. Called 3 places but Stephanie at RPJ impressed with her attitude and desire to help. The workers were respectful, efficient, and helpful. The cost, including the digging, was very reasonable. I dont write reviews often, but these people deserve recognition. Highly Recommend!

THE BEST SERVICE AROUND ... We have used RPJ Waste going on 3 years, and our driver is AMAZING! I have items in our driveway including our daughters bicycles, and such ... We have chickens at our house, too! We had something blocking our dumpster a couple of times. Our driver IS THE BEST AROUND! He waves, always comes on time, moves items if theyre in his way. We are truly blessed to have this Companys services. I have sent emails regarding trash pickup (to skip a week here and there, or to add an additional pickup to our schedule). I always receive a response from the Owner regarding our requests :) Im currently paying our bill, and notice their updated site and wanted to comment .. and say thank youuuu!

Very professional and friendly and did an excellent job pumping our septic tank. Great focus on customer service and happy to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I was highly impressed with the customer service I received - all the way from scheduling the service to them actually doing the job, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous and willing to go the extra mile. After pumping the septic tanks, they even replaced some screws on our tank lids since some of them were stripped and missing. I HIGHLY recommend RPJ Waste Services.

I have a commercial dumpster that they keep emptied. Which they do come and pick up our garbage every week. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 Star is that they never place the dumpster back on the pad that I had installed. It is continually left on my grass. Very frustrating.
