This company will steal from you. They have taken an extra $40 out of my account with no reasoning at all. I tried to call but wait times are 30 minutes and there is no way they are that busy as no one even goes to this uhaul. Stay away from this location they are thieves

Maria and Melinda at this location are very nice and thorough. They explained everything and made checking in/out very easy. This was the easiest rental experience and Id highly recommend coming to see either one of them.

A couple of weeks ago I was told a total amount due via phone the day after my rental, which I paid in full. But I was charged a late fee last night for a different total I knew nothing about. The lady there was very polite and helpful, but the billing situation has left much to be desired.

This is the WORST U-Haul location Ive ever been to. I dont recommend ANYONE go there. For starters, when we rented the truck, the sales staff didnt even take the time to walk us out and demonstrate how the truck was ran. This caused MAJOR issues on the road and led to a VERY dangerous 4 hour drive from Atlanta to Charlotte. When we called and spoke with Sheldon (the District Manager) he was just as negligent as his staff. He in fact, hung up on me and went off. Claiming there was nothing that could be done about the lack of detail and attention given to us, as customers. I have no idea how he has been with U-Haul for 26 years because his customer-service is that of a 2 year old.

Easy to get a truck and they were fast! Most Uhaul owned centers are terribly slow. Will do business with them again!

Horrible experience. Agent Maria Alexander was not helpful what so ever, and was incredibly rude. I have used U-Haul rentals for years, but I never will again.

I was charged a $14 insurance fee that I was never told about and would not have agreed to (auto ins. already covers). Long story short, getting a refund is far more hassle than its worth and left a sour taste in my mouth.
