The staff is rude and the wait time is ridiculous. They have a nonchalant attitude in regards to you issue and they still rather not help you. You have to pry information out of them just to get a simple answer. Zero starts!

Had an appointment with geek squad this morning and was helped by Eddie. He worked with me for over an hour to make sure all of my phone issues were resolved. He was polite, professional and diligent. I left with a fully functional device after trying to work with apple support for weeks over the phone. Thank you Eddie!

Purchased a geek squad 1 yr contract when we bought appliances. Tried to use membership to get a computer looked at for enhancement. It was so obvious that the person we made appt with wanted nothing to do with this job. Essentially said so. We walked out.

Worst experience ever the guy with glasses lied straight to my face when I asked for a diagnostic print-out and they said my phone broke when they already did a diagnostic 15 minutes before such a terrible experience

**PLEASE READ BEWARE!!! ***2017 I buy a surface pro touch screen $999.00 it never work correctly. I have not use windows since windows xp Im a Mac user I thought the surface was just cheep come to find out this Best Buy sold me a defective surface YES I do have a 2 year warranty so I took it back to best buy to get it fix why Best telling me they replacing it with a refurbished computer what???? my warranty expires in 2 months so Best Buy given me a used computer that has already been broken then after 3 months Ill be looking goofy because my warranty will over.I did not know I was paying for a refurbish warranty Best Buy full of ..... I was going in to buy a new surface that work correctly but Microsoft at Best Buy told be to go get my surface they will replace it with a new one thats was a lie meaning a use one my wife said you getting the Sony 75 inch today ha yea right so my warranty can be refurbish Im good after that I walk my azz out the store they warranty sucks I will never buy out of Best Buy again. 2 sneaky 4 me I dont think the sell was supposed to tell me I was getting a refurbish computer they thought I did not know what it was because when I said what it was sell rep froze up people please be careful company will run all over you. Lucky Im not having money problems so Im going to get a new Mac at the APPLE STORE and sell the new refurbish surface on eBay play smart and moving on

Wanna have a very bad experience? Visit these guys with a hard drive problem. Most (not all) of them think it is their job to make you feel worse.Data recovery service is located far...far...far away and the price they will try to charge you?...clearly bloated. The turn around? ...whenever... 4-6 weeks.Anti-customer, in-store geek squad from hell at this location...the remote phone geek squad is better. I only have huge problems when i go into the store for help from geek squad....i took my hard drive to Blizzard Recovery and now i am relaxed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The chat for this place assured me they would be able to burn an mp4 file onto a DVD and it would be playable. I get they and they tell me they can’t do that. They can burn the file, but it wouldn’t be playable and would be $100. This is after they made me make an appointment and everything. The kid working there told me I could go to Fedex and they’d do it for me. I went to fedex immediately after. They don’t do anything like that.Beyond frustrated. Useless.

I will never recommend purchasing anything from best buy in smyrna, ga or buying or purchasing any service warranty for devices from geek squad. I purchased an accidental protection plan for a laptop, that laptop was involved in accidental damage which was non repairable and geek squad told me its not covered. (i was sold lies from there group, and from this store) I will never again purchase from this store.

Been going here for 15 years now, have bought all sort of computers, TVs, DVD, etc. Always has a great experience, always great deals and very friendly staff.
