While not all of my experiences with AT&T throughout the years have been positive, my recent switch to their mobile network, as well as my forced switch to AT&T Internet have been surprisingly positive.That being said, it could have been better. While I enjoyed the great service I received in the store, it was a bit longer than I would have preferred, and could have been avoided altogether had AT&Ts website worked at the time.
Left Verizon for ATT today. As I advanced into said department I was welcomed by Emma and Jay. The service and knowledge of the pair was consummate. Emma, swiftly and with no hesitation, consumed any question I catapulted in her sector. She responded so quickly and with such confidence I couldnt even make sense how tranquil this process could be. Jays navigation through my mobile was pristine and with his cosmic expertise displayed he made it look uncomplicated. Thank you both!
What I wanted was not in stock on two out of the three items I went in there for. The rep said she would be right back and once I paid she went on to another customer. She never returned with my receipt or acknowledged me afterwards. Another rep after asking me if I needed help brought my receipt to me. I won’t return. The Mt. Juliet store is worth the drive after the visit to this location.
Emma is phenomenal. She is one of the reasons and examples of why I have been with AT&T for 15 years. I came in the store to trade in my phone and she immediately greeted me. She helped me greatly and made me feel very informed and comfortable. She was also very friendly and made the time go by smoothly. She is truly a gem to the company and her store. Her customer service is wonderful. Thank you Emma for making me feel valued as a customer!
The treatment we got was rude. The representative didn’t work with us on solving the issue we had. I would recommend users to look forward to the store in Murfreesboro - 15 min from this location.
The sign says it is an A T & T store. We bought a watch from an A T & T store and this one was on the way home. When we went in, only 1 person was wearing a mask when the sign asks us to wear a mask. When we asked about the watch, the people had a blank look on their faces. They said that they do not know anything about the products that they sell, they just sell them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can NOT give them a zero, but would if I could.
Great experience I was greeted at the door as soon as I enter the store. Emma the sales person was very helpful she was knowledgeable concerning the products in the store.

I would like to commend the assistant manager Jameka for her poise under pressure. I had a difficult situation while upgrading my current phone and while I was not happy with what I was going through, in the end, she demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to do whatever needed to retain me as a two decade long customer. When a customer is unhappy it can be difficult to maintain your cool and not be judgmental, but she came through flawlessly. Also, the regional manager Keith went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you.
James Colon was out man, he helped 2 old folks sign up a new phone. He saved us, we had no clue how to transfer data from my husband’s work phone to his new phone. James was professional, kind, helpful. We so appreciate him and his help. We loved him. Thanks AT&T for having him He’s the best.
Wow. What a delightful customer service experience we received today. We had an issue with a product we purchased, the manufacturer sent us back to the store, and we were handled with the upmost level of care and respect. Shout out to the manager Jamaica and Emma for taking such good care of us.

I left the ATT store and went to T Mobile for assistance with transfer of my data from my old phone to my new phone with Att. Considering returning my service back to sprintpcs/T mobile
Customer service couldve been better.
I went in to Sams on Saturday to shop for groceries.. no plan to look at phones.. walked out as a At t customer. Me and my husband ordered to port over our numbers and phones were ordered and shipped seperate.. I recieved my phone and went to store to activate my phone. And the agent did something and my husband port process was complete and he hasnt recieved his phone. Now he CAN NOT use his old phone since its cancelled with sprint. Every upset of this process. No one has taken ownership of the mistake.. not a good way to start new service.

Ordered a new phone at the Smyrna, Tn ATT store. Josh was the ATT rep who assisted my husband and I. Josh helped us with selecting our new phone and he made every effort to explain every detail and even helped us both with our senior moments. Before I left the store David came and explained how to scan the bar code and thanked me for my patronage as well as Josh. Gave kudos to store manager on Josh’s behalf and she was very friendly as well. A great experience all around. Thank you all.

I usually try to be somewhat understanding of the mask policies stores have, but when the young man standing half way across the store wearing 2 masks and gloves demands that my 5 year old put one on, we had to leave.

He tried everything to get the only photos I have of my little brother who passed away this year off my broken phone. He was fun, outgoing, and made my stressful day so much better! Stay away from atnt altogether - wife had a terrible experience with the white girl at the sam Ridley location; needed some help on information for shipping labels and the white girl (did not get her name) said that she “couldn’t help you with that”... ”you give the sale to atnt SAMs location but you come here and expect me to fix your problem...”wife left in but returned to talk to manager, while waiting another 30+ mins girl just ignore my wife until the manager came back to see what we needed. Very bad experience, all in all, if you are with Verizon, don’t do the mistake of changing to atnt- atnt customer service sucks just as bad as the 5G. I’m telling you, after being with Verizon for 21 yrs, don’t do the mistake I did. I’m am definitely changing back.Rs

The next day they called me to ask me if i took the phone i traded in for my upgrade instead of asking the employee that took the phone. Then the store manager was very rude and never called back to let me know she found the phone. I had to call them to see. I would never go back to this locating. Clearly they cant keep up with inventory and accuse customers for their mistakes instead of asking the employees that was there yesterday very dissatisfied customer.

The extent of good service stopped at holding the door open for customers.One employee was particularly rude.Employees in this corporate store are useless when it comes to getting anything done.They cant help you transfer accounts. They cant help you when your bill has a bunch of hidden charges added to it. They cannot help with anything except collecting money. They tell you to go home and sit on hold all day.I have heard of employees in other states working hard to get problems solved, even calling in to AT&T tech support and billing lines to ensure a satisfied customer. Not here. They simply do not care.Anything you need done can be done over the phone after waiting on hold or on the website. Dont waste your time coming to this store. Ordering a new phone online is also a better choice because this store has low inventory.
Kwesi- helped me figure out all 6 accounts getting them together. He informed me that I had 2 TV accounts, made sure that my home address, contact was updated. Gave me due dates, account numbers and payment fee information. He took the time to explained to me about all my services and even assisted me with my Firstnet account. I also received a new iwatch 6 . He was awesome. I will be back to get the iPhone 12 with Mr. Kwesi. Thanks for letting me know 611.Thanks so much and God bless.

Went to get an upgrade. Didnt have the stock so they tell me it will be mailed. Should get it by Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Customer service then finds a phone at another store and were told we can pick it up. Get there and they refuse. Still without my phone. Wasting my time and not helping me.
I went to get my phone fixed and the guy i spoke to was giving me a lot of reasons for why he couldn’t fix My phone. I’ve taken 4 years of IT in hs and have replaced many screens myself. He was just lazy and didn’t want to do it. I went back the next day and I explained the situation and everyone handled it perfectly. The gentlemen who fixed my phone was amazing and couldn’t have done any better. I did not catch his name but he was an African American gentleman with a beard, almost golden eyes, and waves. To whoever reads this at that store give him a RAISE!!! He deserves it. His customer service was 100/10!

The short girl with the pointy eyebrows was unhelpful and rude. I apologise that I asked to check my address for service. It was available at my address, even though she said it wasnt. Also, it does save $10 a month to bundle, even though she said it wouldnt. Ill be driving the extra bit to the next closest store from now on. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the attitude was unnecessary.

We went Sunday to add a line and upgrade a line. My phone is currently non working. They informed us the phone we wanted was not in stock and could be shipped tuesday or Wednesday. I said you know we really need something today can you look at another store? I was told they could not do that. So I said ok Ill just go call some other stores. Inwas totally fine to do that. Immediately he went the manager and after a few minutes came back. He said good news we can totally have that at your door tomorrow. We said that was fine added our line got a new s20 and ordered the s10e. Today I go to see what time it will be here and see that it wont even ship until the 29th through the 1st. I tried this store several times today to make it right for me. I called customer care and on advice from the store manager here went to another store that had the phone in stock to try and cancel this order and get a phone. NO ONE can cancel the order. So now Im still with out a phone till when ever it gets here. I was LIED to by a greedy sales associate. I could have gone that day to another location and got my phone. They dont care about making it right and have not offered ANYTHING to try. Just keep saying sorry we cant do anything. I will NEVER do buisness with the Smyrna location again. I will always drive somewhere else. Heres to me still stilling waiting for a phone that was Promised to be here in my hands today and is still preparing to ship.

Pete, or Peter is a liar. Even had the manager Kate lie for him. I was told I wasnt able to purchase a phone right out right and it had to be under an installment plan. That was a lie. I went to another att store in Nashville and there I was able to purchase the phone outright. I was discriminated because of my appearance, perhaps my color, perhaps my clothes, but they believed I could not afford the phone. The Nashville store did not discriminate and a accepted my money.

Always have someone helpful and friendly to assist you and they have never let you down. They really take the time to make sure that you are 100% comfortable with your device before you leave and that is part of the reason why I have never even considered another carrier. This is the place to go when looking for a phone or accessories I bought the note 20 ultra from here but before that I went to the closes store to me which was Verizon and I told them I wanted to buy the phone all in cash but they said that they cant because there machine was down and wanted me to pay 54 for the phone and a extra 80 a month which is 126$ every month for 24 months that is about 3k and a scam at&t id all about the customers and not the money
This store is by far my favorite in the area! They are always kind and courteous. I rarely have to wait for any extended period of time. Very efficient and knowledgeable. They work as a team to help build those just starting out and it shows. They have always been able to solve any issues I may have.
Victoria was very helpful and patient. I brought in my disable friend. Thanks for Victoria and myself we were able to convince her to buy a new phone since she was traveling out of state. Her other phone was five years old and would not hold a charge.
I spent 2 hours in the ATT store in Smyrna,TN to settle for a phone I dont want. I was told I would have to go to another city and pay a re-stock fee to get the phone I wanted. I have to have a phone for my work, so I got stuck with an inferior product. Never again.
Customer service at this store is amazing. Everyone in the place was very nice. The gentleman that helped me trade in my phone for a newer version was so over the top nice. I definitely recommend them for any and everybody.
If you dont have hours to spend - just dont bother going here. You will fume while you watch 2 managers roam and watch the other associates helping customers. The wait is simply ridiculous. Once we were helped, I really like our rep. He was knowledgeable, but you could tell he was frustrated as well.

I changed from Verizon 5 years ago. Its been pretty good, but so many AT&T upgrades. This takes 1-2 hours and seems to happen monthly. My bills dont seem to fluctuate and the service is great.
