We have been going to Allison for years always was very reasonable but was shocked when I received her letter this year she had gone up on her cost 75 percent my cost last year was $185. thiis year $500. and my. sons which is just a W2 nothing else went from $100. to $450.. I took the time to call and never really got a good reason why the extreme price hike. In return I informed her we would not be coming back. She said new customers were calling and had no problem with the new cost? We went to H & R Block in Douglasville and they did our taxes for $20.00 more then what we psid Allison last year. It is sad that loyalty means nothing to some people. I wish her all the best. But, I will be returning to H&R Block again next year.

Called today looking for an accountant to handle my family finances. From the sound of my voice...I guess she could tell I was African American. She told me immediately she wasnt accepting any new clients. She was rude. She didnt want to quote me her rates and said she couldnt recommend me to anyone. If I was white....Im sure this call would have been different. Moving on.
