We just purchased our home and the previous owners had indoor pets with fleas. We called Terminix and they were very responsive and helpful. My tech reached out to me in advance and made sure we were prepared for the visit. Before and after the service he called and made sure I was aware of what he treated for and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and very helpful.
They go up on their price every 4 service calls and when I called them about it they said its in your contract. This company is going to cheat you out of your money. They didnt even try to keep me as a customer.
I requested a free inspection on Tuesday afternoon, was contacted about earlier availability the same day, had my inspection Wednesday, decided which option I wanted Thursday morning, and my barrier was completed Thursday before dinner. Everyone was friendly, I never felt pressured, and the price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend!
We used Terminix for our inspection when buying our new house and also have the quarterly visits. Our tech William is great! Hes very friendly, professional, knowledgable and punctual.
Last year they stopped by here going door to door. They made me what sounded like a good deal. I needed help with mice and spiders espically brown recluse. They came over over and used a duster like you would use in inside to reach high places. He dusted the out side of my windows. I found out later they claimed it had bug killer on it. He had 1 mouse catcher linked you get in a bag of mouse killer. Oh I also had ants I dont remember for sure but I dont remember them doing anything for that. After they left and I had time to really stop and think k about the 100.00 plus dollars I was going to pay every 3 months. I called and canceled. They still tried to get me to keep it for half the price. I said no. They are still trying to get me to sign up for somethi g I can take care of my self. Im a widow on disability I feel they tried to take advantage of me because of that. Make sure you can take care of the problem yourself before paying out a ton of money for 1 mouse trap and having your windows brushed off.
Called to get a wood bee problem fixed. They said they were booked that day so I made an app. In less than an hr. SARAH, my regular tech was at my door. She said she was passing by and did not want me to wait. Problem solved. She is the best.
Our service tech came and sprayed inside and out to take care of our spider issue.

Last year they came to get rid of a racoon in my attic. And they put a trap in my attic and on my roof however they put screws through my roof without using silicone or anything which made it leak into my attic and garage causing massive damage. Ive called 3 different times to get them to make this right!! And all they say is the manager is busy or out ill take message for the manager to call you back. Not a call at all. I definitely shouldnt pay for their mistakes!!. I DONT nd WOULDNT RECOMMEND USING THEM!!. They caused so much damage to my home and wont do anything to fix this...big thanks Terminix!!
I have a very large property with lots of wooded areas. My service tech Sarah comes amply prepared with enough treatment for mosquitoes, ants, spiders, etc. And if I ever need anything else, she is more than happy to accommodate. Im very pleased with her professionalism. She is an asset to the company!

Everyone has been extremely professional and great to work with, however, Jim Burnett has continued to go above and beyond. So far I have gotten fast and friendly service from them. I even got 50$ off my first service. Waiting to hear from them now to do a follow up treatment then every month service after that. Good service but they lie too much!They (people in the offices) keep pushing back the cancelation date further and further back. First they said to cancel in February now they want it april. My advice to anyone going with this company is jott down all names and worker ids.

If you’re looking for termite treatment, I suggest you look elsewhere! The inspector is basically a salesman. I had Terminix come out to do an inspection. Since it was the weekend, and all of the other companies were closed, I went ahead and signed a contract for treatment. After being unsatisfied with the response time for them to get back with me about setting up an appointment for treatment, I started to look elsewhere. I’m so glad I did! I ended up going with a local company that charged me over $1100 less than Terminix. After I called to cancel the contract, they told me that they would do the service for almost $600 less than what was originally quoted. Why couldn’t that have been the price from the start? Obviously they don’t have set prices, and rip off their customers when they can.
Technician was professional and very friendly. He was thorough with his work. He even educated me some on the sticky traps.He was on time and adjusted his route to help me.
Robert is our regular tech. he is outstanding. He knows what to do to rid us of whatever kind of pests we have. This last visit we had ants in our back yard. He said they would be gone on a few days. I havent seen one since. we have a lot of wasps and such nesting in our eaves. he knocks them down and keeps them from making nests everywhere. I guess they are nesting at the neighbors because I havent seen em back. thanks Robert !

I had just moved in and noticed I had a bug problem. I called Terminix in the afternoon and they came out the next day. The technician answered all of my questions and since the first treatment I have not seen any bugs. Terminix costs a little more but their service is worth it.
Quality workmanship, truth and honesty is the only way to describe Terminix.
They wont answer their phone. Ive been trying to cancel my service for over a month. No returning calls.
Gage, our service tech is the best! We would prefer he always be our go-to guy. He has been so hospitable when coming into the home and courteous to my mother with her disabilities. His respect for our home and our families dynamics has impressed me!
Two consecutive quarterly visits now - I have been home waiting for them to come treat my home. No show either time. Yet, I get an invoice stating that they removed spiders and webs (which are still there - lots of them, even a big writing spider) and treated the yard, and no house ant activity spotted (even though there are huge mounds in my front yard). 1st time, CEO called me and assured me they came so I gave the benefit of the doubt. Now, it happened again. And they cant reach the tech. This is what Im paying $100 a quarter for? This is good business? I think not. Time to look for another pest company.
Josh Maynor and Darren Kidd were at our house today and were so helpful in instructional information. They are very personable and I felt t home with talking to them. We decided to get the extra coverage because of them and know that they are available for any other questions we may have.

I Recently became a widow and I have moved into a new house. I quickly realized that I had a problem with ants. BIG PROBLEM!I was referred to Terminix by a friend so I gave them a call. They came the next day! I was very pleased with the service tech. He was super nice and helpful. I am glad to report I have not seen one ant since the guy left my house!! So happy!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. They came and installed termite traps at my house and cut through my irrigation system wires. At first they were very cooperative and said that they would gladly pay for the repairs but they did not have a company to do it so told me to have my service company repair the system and send them the invoice. This was May 18. Today is Oct 12 and the irrigation service company has still not been paid. I have officially lost my patience and I will be registering a complaint with the BBB.
We have been with Terminix for years, and we have always received excellent, friendly service...absolutely no complaints.
Called and started services that day just over a week ago. Didn’t stop the ants and now they’re in more places so I called to have them come out again to re spray. They can’t find my account by two numbers, address or email so I started getting annoyed when a five minute call turned into 13 and she wasn’t answering me when I asked a question so I would ask 2-3 times before she’d respond. I kept having today hello because I literally thought she hung up more than once. Then I said you know what transfer me to a supervisor and she said well they won’t be able to find your account either. So I said well unless you had a system malfunction or someone screwed up there is no reason you shouldn’t find my account. Then she says well I’ll transfer you to the local branch and of course she didn’t but put me on hold and came back to verify the address. Which I had already given her about 5 times and guess what she finally found my account, miraculous! After 27 minutes I hung up before I lost it with this woman. Still no appointment scheduled and told it would be free this time but extra services aren’t free. Then why do I pay you to treat my house for three months if you’re not going to come out when the stuff you did didn’t do anything...?? Looking for a local company and cancelling. Not to mention I was told one price and charged way more. Terrible.

I choose and recommend Terminix because of the effectiveness of their insect control and the quality of service. Some specifics include: I always get a call telling me when they will be here. They always arrive in the stated time frame. They actually observe insect activity and take specific steps to control it. I get an email or call telling me what they did when the service is complete. It is easy to pay by check, on line, or set up automatic withdrawal. The pest problems I had when I moved in (ants and spiders in the house) have not recurred since I have had regular Terminix service.
Their technisons are friendly do a great job they took a little to long getting rid of my bug problem partly due to the lack of preparation by the roomies but two years fighting with beef Bugs is too long
I have been a long term customer but recently decide to switch to a local company. I’ve made numerous calls and been told it was canceled, but they still charged my credit card. I made numerous calls again to resolve the issue, and someone is supposed to call me back. Frustrating to say the least!.
My current Terminix Technician, Josh Maynor, is very knowledgeable about pest control. He was very courteous and considerate. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He took pictures, which he shared with me, to document his findings. I am very pleased with the service that I have received thus far from him. The manager was absolutely unwilling to help me or stand behind the money back guarantee. I asked for corporates number to go above his head and low and behold he can suddenly honor the guarantee and issue me a refund. How about that? Although I was dissatisfied with the service itself, I would not have left a bad review if it wasnt for the terrible customer service I received.
Josh Maynor provided professional work, customer friendly service, did a double inspection (before and after). He explained all steps in the crawlspace encapsulation process thoroughly and showed before - and - after photos. Excellent job, very polite and conscientious.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their “notes” on the account are either non-existent, or else I can’t imagine why after talking to a total of about ten reps/supervisors over the course of a year, no one was ever able to see what I spoke about with anyone else even though I was politely assured that the account would be noted and any rep could see it. I was misled, lied to, and talked down to. When I was finally able to cancel the service and contract time was up, it took three follow up calls to finally actually get the service canceled and I still remained on their automated caller list for several months. Its always something. Today the jerk left my gate open (has happened several times) increasing the odds that my dog will escape. Once the tech let himself into my garage uninvited and sprayed all over the floor so we had to walk through the solution to get into our cars (was supposed to only treat the outside). There are many other stories I could share but you get the idea. Im a renter so I have no say over whom my landlord hires, but I guarantee you that I would never hire terminix!
Your service is terrible. They can never schedule you at the proper date/time. Theyshow up at your house when youre not even got it scheduled. came end of August. Only sprayed on the outside cuz I was not able to be at home. I told them I was not going to be there. They said thats okay well just spray on the outside. We will come back and spray on the inside. Guess what. I got two bills for one service. I paid the first Bill. Said I wasnt going to pay the second one and Im still not going to. Ive called twice and the first person acted like I just didnt want to pay my bill which is not correct. Ive always paid my bills but Im not going to pay two times for one service. The second time I called they promised me they would call me back within 24 hours which they did not. I have yet to hear from anyone. Im not paying twice 4 one service. The customer service stinks. all theyre worried about is getting their quarterly visits in. I dont even have a contract with them and the guy at customer service said I still had to pay the bill because they come four times a year. I said I dont have a contract with you. I have never signed one. Still shows on my account that I owe $97.20. And still no one has called me back. I told him to cancel my service with them and Im not paying the bill. Doesnt seem to bother them because according to all the reviews on here I can see they are having problems with a lot of people. They wont be in business at the rate theyre going. I do not recommend them at all. I would give them minus five stars if I could

Never called on phone to arrange service. Sent email and I was not available to get the emails. Found the service treatment on the outside of the door. Not acceptable. I was in the E/R at the time he arrive and the time he sent the email. Not acceptable!
I have had so many problems with Terminix that I would never recommend them. Unless Marijo is your tech, dont expect your bait stations to be serviced at all. I had to file a complain with the BBB to get them to finish sealing two vents in my encapsulated crawl space. That took over a year. They bill early for each contract. When I called to complain, they said they were giving me time to plan. If so, why did they give me a deadline of two weeks to pay it? What they are trying to do is shorten each year so you are paying a years worth of service for about 9-10 months time. Want a call back from the manager? Forget it, he never returns your calls and he never answers as he is always on the road and they arent allowed to answer while driving. I am so disappointed in this office. My late husband worked for them nearly 50 years ago and the customer came first. Now, the customer comes last. I am just deeply disappointed to say that I would never recommend this office of Terminix to anyone.

I had a wondeful expierence with our Terminix man. He was very knowledgeble. he knew alot about spiders and mice and he taught us how to prevent them from coming back. he also told us how to stop the mice from getting in. he worked very hard to spray and mice treat our huge farm house. he also did our 3 outside porches. He also did our attic and he worked very hard to make sure wevwere completely satisfied. we were blown away from this young man who worked extremely hard to make sure we wont have any more problems
My experiance with Terminix was outstanding. Josh Maynor gave my house a thorough inspection and made recommendations to correct problems with my crawl space and attic. Josh was even able to make the situation understandable to my wife. The crew that performed the work was very knowledgible, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs to upgrade their management of insects, critters, crawlspace moisture and attic insulation. 5 stars!

Very unsatisfied with the services. They signed me up for autopay without notifying me that money would be drawn out of my account every three months. To top it off the services never even helped, the technician asked about the problem areas and only treated that area making the bugs relocate to a difftent area in my home. I feel like they scam and dont stand by their 100% money back policy at all. Very unhappy with the services and the professionalism.

Was never told this is a AUTO Pay where they come out on unannounced and charge you for the service. I was told it was a 1 time payment and I have 2 additional services within a month of my first payment. They never mentioned that they will charge you each additional month. And what makes it totally ridiculous is I was suppose to get 2 more services under my first payment. They been here 1 time since and now I owe them another payment. Had to call HQ to get the situation taken care of but watch out... They tried to rob me. They wont mention to you its a recurring payment at all!!!!

While selling a home, the buyer had Terminex conduct a termite inspection. The buyer was present, but I was not. The inspector barely went into the crawl space but discovered termite tubes on the concrete block foundation. He then started a high pressure sales pitch with the buyer.The inspector called me with a high pressure sales pitch claiming that the house was infested and that we needed to meet immediately. I was at work an hour and a half away and was able to meet with him a few hours later at a restaurant.He stated that I needed to immediately sign a $1,700 contract with him. Numerous statements were made inferring that he would turn in a bad report that would cause the finance company to decline the loan if I did not sign. He also tried to impress upon me how time sensitive this was so that it didnt interfere with the closing date. Additionally, he also wanted to conduct several thousands of dollars worth of mold remediation. I told him that I would have to get back with him about the work he requested be done.I left our meeting and drove directly to the home to meet with a trusted local termite company. We inspected the crawl space together. It was obvious that the Terminex inspector barely went in because we became covering in dust and cob webs. This is a fair sized space with easy access and minimal obstructions.We found only two old termite tubes next to each other by the crawl space door. The tubes only went up 3 of the 4 foundation blocks and never came in contact with any of the wood structure. There was no evidence of a current or previous infestation and no damage to the home.My inspector completed the required inspection form within minutes on site. It has been almost a week and the buyer has yet to receive anything from Terminex.I am mold remediation certified. There was a minimal amount of mold which is common in most middle Tennessee homes. For less than $200 I completed the remediation to industry standards.At the end of the high pressure, exaggerations and lies, the Terminex inspector had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day as if to insinuate he was an honest, dependable person. Despicable.
