I have been to this Take 5 four times now. They are well staffed and handle their jobs professionally. They have a checklist and follow it making sure they dont miss a thing. This last time they were very busy but still hot me done in good time.

We got an oil change at this place two weeks ago.Unfortunately, we had to go back this past weekend, because my oil level was surprisingly low - turns out all the oil was leaking out. The leak was due to an oil pan plug that didnt fit. So a Take5 employee replaced a part on my car without telling me - that couldve resulted in major motor damage.Needless to say: We will never get an oil change at this place or any other Take 5 location ever again. Highly recommend, you dont go there either as they might just replace a part and dont tell you.

At the last minute, I decided to go visit a friend a little over an hour away and needed an oil change before I headed down. This place was extremely convenient and the guy who assisted me was really nice. It was pretty busy (I went on a Saturday early afternoon), but I only waited about 15-20 minutes for them to get me in. You stay in your car the whole time so I brought some food and ate while I waited. Ill definitely be going back.

They were quick and friendly.I come out to this location from Midtown for my oil changed because it’s much faster — no appointment needed. I’ve never waited more than 5-minutes to be serviced.

The manager was very friendly and briefly educated me on some things I didn’t know. I have a new car so I didn’t know how to properly work it, but the person who was currently giving me service didn’t have no problem with assisting me. Overall the team was kind, patient, and informative. And will be my forever place for car services.

I was hoping to fit in an oil change after work and got there about 45 minutes before they closed. There was a line, but they still got me through. Jack was super nice and professional. They got me in and out as quick as they could with the number of cars they were working on. I would definitely get my oil changed here again.

I was greeted by a friendly worker. Told him I’m HORRIBLE at driving. He was very kind and assured me I wouldn’t drive into the pit, he’s got me! Haha. Then, the manager spoke with me about all my car concerns and made suggestions and even helped me out with the price a bit as I bought an oil change, filter and windshield wipers. He also told me about the Take5 free top off, as well was just overall very friendly. The entire staff made an effort to either smile or speak to me. Such an amazing team. Very welcoming. Works well together. And as a result my service took less than 10 minutes! Never had my oil changed so fast! By far, this was the best oil change experience!

I came here because a friend referred me to them! All of the employees treated me so well. I’m giving them 5 stars because their customer service is top notch. They checked to see if I needed an oil change and it turned out that I didn’t. Any other place would of changed my oil just to take my money- but this place I feel is full of honest people who want to do an honest job. I will definitely be coming back.

I asked for the $42.95 oil change. When i got in the bay i told 2 more people to make sure i get the the 42.95 oil. They assured me i would. When i got the bill it was $62.95. I reminded them that i asked for the the 42.95 oil change. The person that i talked to admitted i told him. I wasnt charged the higher price but it could have been avoided with better communication

I’ve gone to this location multiple times because it’s usually pretty quick and super convenient. The workers are very friendly and accommodating but if you’re low on time, don’t ever go on a Saturday. I went 7/24 and literally was there for an hour and a half—an hour waiting for service and the other 30 mins for the oil change. There’s another place farther away that I’ve never waited that long for and I’ll be using them going forward. Again, nice workers but 90 mins?? That’s insane!

So I went in for a oil change, I thought my eyes was playing tricks on me so I asked the very nice young man. . Was that plan WATER 🤔 he just put in for windshield fluid? He responded YES .I said thats not acceptable, I uuugh. First and last time here. The dealership was booked.

These people are the best! Always timely getting cars in/out and never pressure for more services than what’s needed. I also came in earlier than I needed to for an oil change and they let me know I didn’t need one just yet but topped all my fluids off for free since I was there. Best service I’ve had around the area in years!

I have never had such an easy, worry-free oil changing experience like this in my life! The staff was so kind and patient, even offering my friend and I ice cold water bottles at the end of the oil change. Price wise, with my 50% off coupon I ended up only paying $34 (including tax) for $60+ quality grade oil. I will definitely make this my new regular spot for my oil changes and tell all my friends to do the same because the service was unmatched! Drove off with a smile on my face and everything. 10/10!!!

Quick service but the next day when I got on road to travel 3 hours, my car battery was smoking…..

BEWARE. I went for a standard oil change, and they did not reattach my skid plate. I heard the plate dragging the ground when I left and immediately returned. It was hanging in by 1 screw. A man tried to convince me to just throw it away - which I declined - as it was obviously put on my car for a reason. He finally reattached it, and the next day on a road trip my skid plate detached yet AGAIN while traveling 75 mph on the highway. It was extremely dangerous and stressful to travel 200+ miles with this dragging the ground. The underneath of my car is now damaged because of this. They don’t know how to properly screw something into a hole. They’re truly incompetent.

The staff is very courteous & friendly but too slow for a quick oil change. With a lot of staff working as well.

Friendly staff! I was in and out for an oil change in 20 minutes. There was an issue after the fact, but Take 5 truly made the situation right. One of the managers named Cody was really helpful and understanding. He solved the issue very fast and honestly. They have earned me as a long term customer. These people were so nice that my fiance and I brought them cupcakes for being so freakin pleasant. They were quick. They didnt over charge us. They were obviously tired and ready to go home, but they didnt rush us when we got there for an emissions check 15 minutes before closing (which we didnt realize the time they closed that day).Definitely would recommend :)

Dylan (hood/safety), tony (pit), Lakisha (svc writer) handled my visit. They were very professional. Lakisha noticed by wiper blade broke. They replaced it quickly and even gave my puppy a gravy bone!

Manager and associate didnt top oil off where I could drive safely had to come back 3 times in one day also did not put coolant in car at all service is awful like they dont want to do there job even assistant manager also did not check tires for me at all they never have my information saved in system and ive taken same car multiple times I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there

Quick service but sometimes they check things off that they didnt actually check on my vehicle.Also, almost every time I go to a Take 5 they steal a tire valve cap.

First time working with these guys and it was awesome. I didnt even have to get out of the car. I was in and out ASAP. Most places i would have to drop off the car and get it hours later. I was in and out in about 20 min.Update to my first review : i have a Fiat Abarth, and its hard to get to this oil filter. Any seasoned mechanic would take at least 45 minutes to get my oil filter replaced. After this oil change i learned that they never replaced my oil filter just changed the oil. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK to the location in Smyrna.

I would like to speak with someone about my service at the Smyrna, GA location. I was greeted by Jack, who happened to be great. My service was assisted by the “manager” Brandon, who was everything but professional. I called back to inquire about my mileage sticker and to speak with another manager, as I’d already encountered a poor experience with Brandon. While I specifically requested someone other than Brandon, he answered the phone and stated his name was “Johnny”. My very first visit to this establishment surpassed my expectations. I even wrote a review encouraging others to patronize. It’s disheartening that your employees in a leadership role, will not take the same approach to assure customer satisfaction. I expect to hear from someone soon.

Cones in the driveway and their next door company instructed me back to the street no one came out to move the cones or as me if I needed help. I just left Jiffy Lube because they stated it will be 40 minutes we are draining the oil tank. I said why on the weekend when everyone is off they said because its full? I guess no meter on the tank odd even cars have a way to measure oil. Needless to say this was my second attempt at an oil change a wase of time through traffic for no good outcome. The braves were playing traffic.

Stopped in here for an oil change for the first time. They are open on Sundays! Thought I was just getting an oil change but it’s better. First you stay in the car the whole time. They brought free COLD bottled water to us which was amazing. Great communication and service. The whole change took about 9 minutes. Amazing!!!

The service was good and I like that I got a 25% discount, but I asked them to put air in my tires, which they did but they didnt inform me that I had two nails in my tired that stuck out like a sore thumb.

I’ve always gone to a dealership to get my oil change and not only does it cost twice as much, but sometimes I’d be waiting hours JUST for an oil change. Take 5 also offered an air filter change and after seeing the difference between what was supposed to be a clean filter (supposedly changed by dealership a few months ago) I know now the dealerships don’t always get the whole job done that you paid for. Take 5 all the way!! I will never go anywhere else!

My first experience with the Take 5 in Smyrna was excellent! They had such genuine workers and they did a wonderful job. Didnt pressure me into getting any other work on my car and informed me what would need to be worked on in the near future. I was in and out in no time! The entire operation was well-run and courteous.They have a serious focus on safety, going through a checklist of items for my car as they are servicing it. This protects the workers who could be seriously injured if they didnt follow these protocols.I think this was just about the best experience I have ever had at an oil change service and I plan on returning.
