One would think after speaking to 6 different individuals that one of them could grasp the concept of integrity and be able to provide their clients an accurate delivery date or close to one. NO. I am super patient I dont care if it takes a year all I care about is a company that can provide accurate tracking, shipping and, delivery dates. I understand stuff happens. My original eta was August 7th, my package was in Smyrna, GA around the 9th, I call customer service since Smyrna is about 15 minutes from my home but only 8 minutes from work, I ask if I am able to pick it up or can they deliver today to my work which is closer, keep in mind I said I do not want to do anything that may further delay my eta so if it could cause issues please leave it be, she said definitely no problem that I can not pick it up but it will be to work address by 3pm tomorrow. I call at 1230 when I notice the tracking said that my box was on it way to Cincinnati! The guy that answered said ignore the message it will be there no later than 5pm, I was off work at 1pm but waited like a dummy until 5pm thinking he was honest, nothing at 530pm call in sure enough they flew my box from Smyrna GA to Ohio! Then after wasting hours of my time being lied to twice have still not delivered my box. I ordered 1 piece from numerous providers to see if I could find one that was reliable so that I could offer products to a larger market...Not this one! I paid extra for them and the free shipping option thru USPS was sent 4 days later and has arrived. Only use their services if being reliable, honest and timely are not important.

Every time I come to pick up a package it’s a 20+ minute wait even if there’s no one waiting. They have very poor customer service. They don’t even apologize for the wait. On both separate occasions the packages weren’t even attempted to be delivered. They came to the residence gate instead of the guest entrance and marked my package as undeliverable. Lowest paid delivery service and for good reason.

Shows incorrect info when tracked the package as ‘ Delivery attempted; recipient not home’. This is the third time i’m having the same issue. I’m always at home. If not me, someone else is always in the home.No attempt was made, but the status shows that a delivery attempt was made.All Parcels from India somehow are delivered via DHL which offers worst service!The package arrives to Smryna DHL location in 3 days from Indian to US, it takes a few days to deliver it to a local address which is 15 miles away.The worst part is, updating false information on the website everytime…

The most incompetent logistics I have ever experienced. Twice they have placed my shipment on hold, claiming that it is a wrong address. Allow me to enlighten you, it isn’t incorrect, at all. Your slack-jawed team is simply too stupid to realize when they shouldn’t follow incorrect GPS directions. Instead of constantly turning off of the address’ road onto an irrelevant street, maybe look five feet in front of you and see the clearly marked mailbox.

Worst service. I was supposed to receive a package with 1 day express delivery, but the delivery person couldn’t find the address and he didn’t care to call and verify, simply updated as incorrect address . None of the customer support team have a contact number of the facility or the driver. Inefficient drivers, customer representatives.

The associates were VERY helpful and I appreciated their efforts to process my transaction. It did take much longer than anticipated, due to a glitch of some sort in your computer system. The billing a/c # that Ive used on several occasions at this location was now not going through, and the tech support were unable to fix the problem. I was there for 1hr and 40 mins when eventually the tech support processed it on their end, and did say that the ac# was not set up to be used as It was used in the past (which didnt make sense to me). It just took a big chunk out of my day. Thankfully I had the day off!

DHL is an internationally reputable company. But unfortunately I have a very bad experience with this particular branch ... They have delivered my packages to the wrong address (twice!!!) There is no way to call this branch. This is the only way I can talk with you. Please dont deliver my package this time because Im sure that you deliver it to the wrong address again. I personally come and pick it up... I know you guys are hard worker and I really respect you all... But please please keep my package in office so I safely pick it up... So much love and respect ... Lets work through this harsh time together my dear fellas

This place is horrible! My “expedited” package was held at the facility for days and when they finally sent notification that my package was delivered, it actually was not. I really hate that I had to deal with this company and if I could give zero stars I would. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend using this carrier for any shipping needs.

Had a Very bad experience service from this location. delivery person sent package to wrong location and updated the package as delivered, ignored the signature and uploaded a picture of random apartment as proof of delivery in the tracking portal. When filed the complaint on missing package, they were unsure if they delivered to correct location. I was in my place whole time, delivery person never knocked the door and no notification sent even though had signed up for notification alert. Customer care were not helpful, they prolonged for days for investigation without any update.A woman named SARAH called from this station, number displayed as (private number) talked like irresponsible as does she does not care for the missing package, providing no updates and hang up without completing the conversation.Package was not recovered due to their irresponsibility. Filing a claim may not know how far it will helpful as my Package had many customized items which took lot of manual effort. never suggest their service at all.

I ordered item from Venice Italy that is supposed to be delivered on Friday May 7th 2021 by end of the day. DHL in Smyrna Georgia received my package on Thursday May 6th 2021 and placed in on hold. They never attempted to deliver it on Friday. After waiting all day on Friday I called the customer service number and I was told my package may be delivered the following Monday May 10th since DHL does not deliver packages on the weekends. I am very disappointed with DHL.

So. I am mixed feelings about this, I had a package supposed to be delivered 7/24/20, however it says “package hold”. So this item is for a customer of mine, so I wanted to see what the hold up was I called and spoke with 6 different employees, 4 of which said my package was coming today!! I said really? It says it’s on hold, they said yea it missed the truck yesterday. But it’ll be delivered by 8pm tonight I promise.I noticed no updates or anything by 1:45pm, so I called again, the employee I spoke with promised me, that a driver was finishing his route early, and my package would be put on his truck and he was delivering it to me today, no exceptions.I said great I’ll wait here then, I offered to each employee including this one, that I could come pick up my package if needed as I believe in standing by what I had promised my customer, even if it is an hour each way out of the way for me, I am ready and willing.They all assured me that’s not necessary, that it’s coming today.So I wait until 4pm, still nothing, I call back, but this time to the Smyrna office, I speak with one guy who combative and kind of rude, so I got kind of mad and rude back, which I admit is very unprofessional, I was very irritated and upset by this point and lost my composure, and I apologize for that.So I called again and left a message for mark the manager, a very rude message, out of character for me, and I feel terrible about it now.I called again as I was going to just keep calling until I got the manager, on the phone, lo and behold, he answered, and I must say, he was very nice, understanding, and 100% professional regardless of the things I said, he let me vent, and understood and at the end of the conversation, he said he was coming to work Saturday, and he would make sure the package got delivered to me Saturday (not Monday as the new delivery schedule stated)Now I know it’s not Saturday yet, but his professionalism, his reserve to allow me to vent and go off the way I did, and still offer to do everything he can to make it right, that almost negates all of the other stuff that happened. I can honestly say, if every experience I had with dhl was like the one I just had with mark the manager, I would come back after all of this, he definitely earned my respect.I’m not excusing what happened previously, just stating facts, and that the manager himself is a man of principal and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are treated fairly.

I had very bad experience with DHL. First the driver disregarded the signature required option and dropped the package at wrong address and attached an image of the package at the WRONG front door. When i called to check the status of the complaint i have raised, each time i was transferred to different departments and each person was giving different information. I was told my package will be delivered the next day morning and when i called the afternoon next day to check, i was told delivery is between 12 to 4 pm and ultimately after continuously calling by 7 pm i was told the package cannot be recovered and the sender has to raise a claim. No idea what will happen to the claim. I was following up continuously as the package was a custom made order meant for a function and no refund can ever replace it.

Worst service. They give estimated delivery as arriving today and I was waiting all day but evening suddenly there is a hold on my shippment with no clue. Customer services are meant to help customers in such unexpected situations but here the customer services will not operate on satruday/sundays. A nightmare experience. My package arrived to Smyrna Ga facility, which is 5 miles away from my home, on Tuesday for delivery and it has been 4 dats and is not delivered to me yet. Everyday they keep saying it will be delivered next day but it never happens. I wish I just put a h9ld on it and go there and pick it up myself. I will never use DHL again. Worst experience ever!!!

Awful customer service. Driver decided since he didnt have gate code he would mark me as not avalibile at time of delivery which was false. All he had to do was type my apartment number into the gate for it to give him my code to enter. I then had someone tell me if I came back after 7pm the driver would be back and I could pick up the package so I went there after 7 only to be told the driver still had 12 stops to make. The supervisor claimed he would call me to come pick it up as soon as the driver arrived back even if it was after closing time. It is almost 930 at night and I still have not received a call. Horrendous customer service I do not reccomend using DHL

Excessive holds and delays in delivery with no apparent reasons ever given. This is my 3rd shipment with DHL that has sat at this servicepoint for days on hold with no explantions given when calls placed. No option to pickup at the service point where it is sitting and phone number provided is NOT for the servicepoint but the main phone number that has excessive wait times only to be transferred to a customer service rep that has horrible reception/connection with no explanations given for the excessive delays in deliveries. You are told that someone will call you with an update within 1.5 hours or call back if you dont get this update. You guessed it - I NEVER receive an update and get to call the 800 number to start the round robin process of getting nowhere all over again. Packages clear customs fine, but then get placed on hold at this last servicepoint before delivery every time. Zero issues with other international carriers. Beyond frustrating.

Horrible! They marked my package as delivered and signed my name as well! I was told they would investigate it but still not a word from them! My package was stolen and is probably sitting at that drivers house! I don’t know if it’s just the Smyrna office who has employed thieves or if this is DHL everywhere. I like to appreciate the customer service provided by Adrinn of Smyrna,GA in delivering my shipment today. I had ordered package from India and it was supposed to be delivered after couple of days only. I called in and Adrinn and explained to him, that the date of delivery being a holiday and like to pick up my shipment today. The local office woman was fantastic and more informative than the 3 people(and one was a manager😂) that I talked to at the call center. At least one employee knows how to do her job and fond some answers. Thank you! Computer system says I can pick up my package by end of day, I call for a rough time estimate and guy told me I can go pick it up now. The woman whos name I did not catch gave me a weird look when I told her all this because its coming from Hong Kong. We call the 1800 number again for the lady to tell me I I cant give you an estimated time but I can give you an estimated time, does this help? *wow. this is what Im trying to get help from🤕* I should have my package between 1 and 5 today and then suddenly oh wait... It hasnt left Hong Kong yet so obviously it wont be today and she couldnt give me any idea of when it could be. Neither could the manager. Best answer I got was at the earliest, tomorrow but keep watching your account Oh. thanks. 🙃 she asked if I had any other tracking she could help me with I sure hope not because you didnt even help me with that one And just hung up. I pray I dont have to deal with these people again. Not for something I actually want to receive. I sure hope its here within my expedited shipping time frame ☺

The customer service is good but the rating is from my last experience. I order quite a bit and they missed delivery to my P.O. box so I scheduled it to go here. I was told with confidence it had been delivered to the P.O. Box. In actuality it was still there. I called their customer service hotline and received horrible service. The young man was combative and tried to blame me...the person who had wasted her time burning gas. I will never send it here again.

Paid extra for expedited delivery no later than the 17th. Its now the end of the day on the 20th and still no package. Tracking shows its been in town for 2 days, but they cant seem to make it to my house. Customer service is very nice and apologetic but worthless - cant do anything but say sorry. Heck, I would go to the ServicePoint and pick it up, but they said I cant. Never ever EVER use DHL. So disappointed.

I have been checking the tracking on my package all day and it was supposed to be here by now but it’s not. I got an update saying that I need to reschedule my delivery date because they attempted to deliver the package today but no one was home. There was no sign that they had attempted delivery and I didn’t have to sign for the package so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just left it at the door. I called the company and they said that the carrier couldn’t get to my front door because something was in the way like a dog, fence, or gate. I do not have any pets, there is no fence, and I do not live in a gated community. We received two other packages today from UPS so I have no reason to believe that there was something in the way of my door. I can’t believe I payed extra for express shipping and it is a week late.

The process of using their computer is a time taker but its pretty easy to do so. I would of like for them to have at least 1 attendant present at all times to be able to help. You use the computer by yourself and then they come to help finish the process once youre done

I was told my delivery was going to be delivered in between 8 am and 8 pm. I waited all day and nothing came. I finally left my house at 9 pm I get a text saying I missed the delivery. That was strike number 1. I rescheduled my delivery for a couple of days later when I knew I could afford to not leave the house all day . I waited around and I finally see the dhl truck, but at the wrong house . I try to wave the driver down but he just drives past me! Strike number 2. I called and they said he would redeliver . He never came . Now they are saying I have to pick it up but they are closed and I won’t even be able to get in ! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. INCOMPETENT TO THE CORE. Had an urgent package that needed to get to me on a specific day so i was tracking the package online throughout the day from 8am in the morning. At 10pm at night the package still hadnt been delivered. I called the station and they LIED that they came by to deliver it but no one was home. I checked my door and no notice of an attempt to deliver was left. I called them back and obviously caught them in a lie so they shamelessly made the trip to my place and delivered my package at 11 PM AT NIGHT. This is not my first horrible experience with them. I ordered a package and needed it delivered on the 1st which would have happened if these people (wanted to use a different word) had not delivered it Cincinnati Ohio and then had to reroute it to the Atlanta hub. This was a corporate event and the was ruined because of there horrible customer service and poor technology. I have NEVER used DHL and will NEVER use them again. I keep filling out alternate address forms and they keep ignoring them. Ive changed my address on their site, Ive notified the driver prior to moving, Ive contacted DHL on Twitter. I keep wasting time on forms and they keep giving my things to the new tenant. The new tenant keeps the stuff and refuses to give it back, DHL refuses to contact the police. I do reviews for a living, this is my income and I dont get paid until a package is delivered correctly. Ive lost a lot of money due to DHL being a complete disorganized disaster.Update 3/21/20 DHL has corrected the issue and Im getting all of my packages without issue. I cant give more stars due to the monetary damages caused by DHL, it was a few grand.

Tell me whats wrong with this picture. Someone goofed pretty bad and sent my packaged to my door then back to the sorting place. After that, all the way back to Ohio. It took a week longer than it should have to get this package here. Not to mention, the delivery person called me 4 times in a row with no message. I was away from my phone. Overall, this experience was an unfunny joke.Update: the unfunny joke continues. Another package lost and claimed delivered by DHL. Lets see where this goes. Package arrived 4 days late. My package was on a truck IN MY CITY for three days after it IN MY CITY. At the 3rd day of being late I asked them to hold my package at the facility and ill pick it up. Which they said they could do. Get there the next day and im told my package was put on a truck by accident. Finally received that evening!

To begin with, I received a message that my package will arrive on Monday which never came then on Tuesday I received another message stating that I shall receive my package today and I should be at home to sign for it. Again it did not arrive... Later when I check online it said delivered.....but there was a surprise....I checked everywhere my leasing office, mail box... But no clue.... Then I called customer service... As always we will track it and then call u blah blah blah.... Waited and waited no return call... I am very disappointed! I had one package showing delivered on Feb. 3 to my apartment #3223 but could not be found at my door/mailbox or the leasing office. I called DHL office and they said they would have an investigator look into it. The local Smyrna DHL called me a couple days later asking me if my package went missing, but not politely at all. Several days later, the investigator called me saying they contacted the local driver and he/she indeed delivered it to my apartment #3223, but since I released signature, they would not be responsible for the lost package. But guess what? A guy at #3232 (my apartment is #3223) received my package and gave it back to me yesterday! Releasing the signature does NOT mean they can deliver it to a wrong apartment without responsibility! I am really mad at the Smyrna DHL.

Their dumb driver couldnt find my address, so I requested to pick up my package here. They had it and thats all that matters.

I’ve been waiting on this package because I needed it ASAP so I take off and wait for my delivery ALL DAY. I put my apartment number on my address info and what does the delivery driver do? Delivery it to the leasing office at 5:53 PM and they close at 6 which did not leave me enough time to get it before they locked up (they lock up a few minutes early). Now I can’t even get my package until the weekend because unfortunately I work until 7PM so I took of FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I just had a bad experience /With one of their delivery drivers/They claimed that person came to my house which was a big lie I took today off to get a surprise package for my wife and I checked the tracking because it was getting late and it said that the driver attempted to deliver my package and could not leave a slip /I did not stay in a gated community or have a fence around my house I have landscapers working at my house since 2 oclock today and theyre just now leaving at five Ive been at home with my door wide open with 5 to 7 other guests at house no one came or attempted to deliver this package

The packages didn’t get in time and when I call to find out what happened they didn’t answer the phone!!! Come on DHL I am paying for a service!! I will never use this company again!!!
