Great service and craftsmanship. He fixed my vintage diamond engagent ring and sealed it with my wedding ring as I requested. When I saw the ring, it looked brand new and brought to life! The price was so reasonable I couldn’t believe it since we spent 7 times the price on cleaning and maintaining it when I first got the ring upon our engagement. I am very happy with my experience! I dropped off my wedding ring set to be sized (down), cleaned, and to have 3 diamonds replaced. My total cost was $280 and much more reasonable than anywhere else. He finished the job in 4 days and it’s absolutely beautiful!

I went to this place to get my battery replaced on my watch. The guy was closing up but when I asked him about replacing the battery, he glanced at it and told me my watch was fake. If he was professional, he wouldnt have even said that.

This shop does excellent work with a variety of jewelry repairs. The only issue that I’ve experienced is the posted store hours mean absolutely nothing. They will close for the day or close early without notice.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and had a watch battery replaced, a watch band re-sized, and had the clasp on another band fixed so it wouldnt pop open as easily. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Ill definitely be returning when we have a need.

Resized Ring ( went up from a size 6 to a 7): Awesome and Fast Service!I received a ring from Zales that was the wrong size ( my error). Unfortunately, Zales return policy and process time, in general ( let alone a return/exchange) is near a month process. I dropped my ring off at 10am and before 3pm it was done. It was shiny and fit perfectly.

Went in today to get my Victorinox watch sized to fit my wrist. The guy took to watch and sized it on my wrist and literally within 10 minutes i had a professional fitting watch. Dont risk taking your nice watch anywhere else. This guy is fast, polite, and reasonable priced.

My engagement ring is missing a stone, so I took it to replace it. He fixed it beautifully while i was having lunch next door. My ring looks so much better than first time I got it.

Not too thrilled. I got a battery replaced here on my watch. Not even a week later the watch quit working. I called, and he argued with me that it was the watch itself, not the battery. I didnt agree. I was so upset after getting off the phone that I didnt bother going back., and never will again.

I went in to have a few links removed from my watch and asked if Kevin resizes rings too. The place we bought my engagement ring didnt size it properly, but also bent the ring. Kevin resized my ring the same day and after I got in the car noticed he had also fixed the bend. I dropped my ring off with one of the gentlemen working there last week. Let me just say that my ring was in terrible condition. The silver was tarnished almost black, had scratches and dents all over it, the stones were scratched and cloudy, (there are two topaz stones and two diamond accents), and the band was broken all the way through. When I went back to pick it up today, it looked like a brand new ring! Like almost exactly like when I first got it! Now, there are still a few tiny scratches on the band but lets be realistic, I didnt expect every imperfection to be fixed. But they are barely noticeable. Even to me. He only charged me $30. What a steal! I am just so pleased with the condition of my ring, I would recommend Jewelry Dr. to anyone needing a piece restored or repaired.Side note: I got the ring from kay jewelers. One of the stones fell out, they sent it to be fixed and it came back with the stone replaced, but the mounting, and overall condition of the ring was awful. If you purchase from kay, dont waste your money on the insurance. Just go to Jewelry Dr. It will save you time, money, and frustration when your piece comes back looking almost brand new.

I just left this place and I am VERY pleased with the service they provide. I felt like I was getting Buckhead service in Smyrna. Kevin is very professional and fast. I was scared to take a diamond ring to get downsized at any other place than the Jeweler I purchsed it from, but as soon as I walked I immediately felt comfortable. My jewelery warranty offers me free downsizing but the wait was three weeks and Kevin only had it for less than 30 minutes and it was back on my finger. Thank you so much for such professional service!
