Thankfully I met Monique in the store and I couldnt be happier with the result. She has a lot of knowledge and great taste in rings, and she was very patient with me as we worked together to get the perfect engagement ring. Monique will be my go-to for all future jewelry purchases, from wedding bands, anniversary gifts, and even the Im sorry for what I did jewelry purchases I will inevitably have to make throughout my marriage.

Absolutely the best experience picking out wedding bands and repairing family heirlooms here! I had a 150 yr old engagement ring that had been in my husbands family for 4 generations that had seen some wear and tear. Melissa was so sweet talking about how to turn the diamond and rebuild the basket to make it look like new without taking away from the original history. While helping someone out, my ring got caught on something. It bent completely out of shape, and a couple of the small stones fell out. I had a wonderful experience with Cumberland Diamond Exchange. I had visited a few other jewelers before my brother-in-law recommended CDE to me, and I was blown away by what they had to offer. I walked in and was greeted by Marcus, who answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect diamond for my fiance. He showed me multiple diamonds and was very knowledgeable about each diamond that was shown to me. He recommended a diamond in the first set that was perfect, but I had to be sure He was very patient with me and showed me as many diamonds as I wanted - without being pushy or annoyed, like many other jewelers. I left without the diamond that night, feeling that I needed more time to think about it; but I just couldnt move away from the first diamond Marcus showed me. I came in the next day to purchase the diamond and was introduced to John, as Marcus was busy. Marcus gave John all the details of the diamond, he showed me the day before, and John helped me pick out a band. Unfortunately, they did not have the specific band I was looking for, so John had one made and it looked better than I had imagined. I am thankful for John and Marcus, as they made the entire process so incredibly easy and made recommendations based on the descriptions I presented as a first-time diamond buyer. The ring was fashioned like her mothers ring, a solitaire diamond with a solid gold band.

Our experience was AWESOME because Marcus and Bill ARE awesome. We were in the market for a diamond solitaire. They didnt try to sell us on something out of our range. we inspected loose diamonds (and they even helped us decide if the less expensive option we had considered would be the way to go (not a diamond) by bringing that stone out too). Marcus listened intently and was able to pinpoint what we wanted relatively quickly. Amy is an absolute All-Star and deserves a big raise (put me down as a reference any day)!I shopped at several locations, and never visited another twice after coming to CDE. The competitors would’ve had to come in substantially lower for me to consider - that’s the kind of impression that Amy left after visiting for the first time. I felt like I was going through this process with a relative that had no incentive with a sale. No pressure, no shady sales tactics, no pushing. Just wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase regardless how long it would take, but would also provide honest pushback if I was going down the wrong path. Fortunately, Amy’s an expert and an incredible listener (somehow with my inconsistent answers) and guided us faster than I would’ve anticipated.It says a lot when competitors ask where you’ve been shopping and everyone’s curious about CDE. Never got asked about another location.They educate you through the process, not figure out easy ways to win business based on the customer potentially being uneducated.This isn’t an industry known for customers to feel safe and trusting given the magnitude of the purchases, so it’s a big leap to hurdle - I can assure you they’ve pulled it off. I can not see myself shopping anywhere else.

Well after visiting numerous jewelry stores in the Atlanta area, we visited Cumberland Diamond Exchange. Im so glad we did. We were pampered by Bill, cared for by Prentice, and loved on by Todd. The owner Mark was also directly involved to make sure we felt special. Everyone enthusiastically worked to stay within our budget and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. This is a legitimate business that is also supporting several community charities. They just do business right. Thank you CDE staff for helping us make our anniversary so special!!!
