Got a call from a friend, Amy, that this company had a last minute cancellation for a test house for a new employee and wanted to know if Id be willing to let them clean my house for free..... I agreed. Very pleased with the job that Janel did! If this was a test for a first-time cleaning for a new employee, she did an amazing job. May have won me as a new regular client moving forward! Used them twice. Totally pleased twice. Amy was amazing setting everything up Sarah did a great job communicating and performing an excellent cleaning of the house. She called to let me know she was 15 minutes away. She called me when she was done so she could lock up the house and I could set the alarm Very professional company. Recommended 100%.

We’ve used Gold Star Maids for several months now and have always been so happy with our service. Stacey does a great job. In addition, each time she visits she arranges my daughter’s stuffed animals to look like they’ve had a magical adventure. My 4 year old is so excited to have our house cleaned and runs to her room after each time to find out what new adventures her animals have had. Stacey’s great work and personal touch is so special for our family!

I was extremely pleased with the convenience and turnaround time of the service. I sent a quick message on Sunday about having my rugs cleaned and had someone out to my house on Tuesday. It truly made my life so much easier not having to pick up the phone or haul the rugs across town. They came to me and were extremely easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend!

I was blown away by the job the crew did the day before Thanksgiving at my house! Every surface was spotless.... the baseboards had all been wiped down.... the ceiling fans were clean.... they even went above and beyond by removing my bed linens from the dryer and putting my bed back together for me!! I could not believe it!! Definitely the best cleaning service I have received since I started using Gold Star Maids in August -- and I will continue using them, for sure!!

Gold Star Maids gets 5 Gold Stars from me! These ladies went above and beyond what I was expecting. I like to clean my own home and I can usually say no service cleans as good as me, but seriously, Gold Star Maids met my expectations and then some. They cleaned and then they put the shine on! I called for next day service. My daughter and her husband bought their first home and they have a very sick child. The sellers left the home without cleaning it and it was a dust bowl. Gold Star Maids got the job done. I hope to set up bi monthly if not weekly appointments with them.
