This was one of the best deep cleanings Ive ever had for my 5 bed/2.5 bath home. Ive used a few different cleaners over 16 years in Dover and this company cleaned things no other ever noticed. I really appreciate their responsiveness and communication before and during the service. I did wait a few months to get on their schedule, but it was well worth the wait. Im looking forward to my regular cleanings after the deep cleaning. There is nothing like the feeling of a really clean home. Really appreciate them ❤.

I hired cleanasaurus to do a deep clean. I never expected them to be able to get the soap scum off my shower doors. Well, jokes on me because my shower doors look brand new. From the time I reached out to Cleanasaurus until present day.. the communication has been clear, with quick response times, professional communication and very descriptive details of what they offer. We were scheduled for one of these crazy February snow days and even though my deep clean was rescheduled, I was contacted in plenty of time and offered the next day - same time. I appreciated that even in an unusual circumstance, the communication was on point. It also showed me that the owner cares about the employees! Love that! My cleaning crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, discussed our plan and got right to work. They cleaned my whole house in a reasonable anoint of time and paid attention to detail while cleaning. I went around looking for things that may have been missed and didn’t find anything. My house smelled fresh and everything was nice and neat. A couple days after my deep clean I was contacted and asked how my cleaning went and that was nice too! It’s great to know that they care about how the experience went and if there were any issues, they could have been easily addressed when I was given that opportunity. The ladies from Cleanasaurus were awesome. We have 3 dogs l, 4 cats, and 2 kids and you wouldn’t be able to tell after they left. While the dogs kept barking every time they moved, they handled it very professionally. As for the cleaning, it was OUTSTANDING!!!! There was stuff on my stove I didn’t think would come off. The bathrooms sparkle and my hardwood floors show my reflection. Highly recommended. This company expects high standards from their employees and that’s exactly what they came with. My house is like a dream!!! It smells amazing and I’ve never seen it this clean before. The DETAIL. In the past I’ve paid like that huge price tag for deep cleans of course expecting it to be worth the investment and then end up so upset because it wasn’t what I wanted and I had just spent so much on it. Other cleaners missed things and it turns out to be super frustrating. NOT with the Cleanasaurus. I actually feel like this is the first time a cleaning company has actually delivered on what they said they were going to do in a deep clean! Had an amazing experience with the ladies at Cleanasaurus! Just had my initial Deep Cleaning by them, and they will be coming by every 2 weeks going forward. When I got home, it was a wonderful surprise to see they cleaned literally EVERYTHING - even moved my couches (which are on moving sliders anyways) to vacuum under them. The bathrooms especially look amazing - and they got stains out of the bottom of the shower which I thought were permanent and I couldnt get clean myself. Im looking forward to their service every 2 weeks! Its well worth it, and I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a company to help you manage this aspect of your home. Cleanasaurus is fairly decent. While they have a big team, they don’t pay that much attention to detail. The four stars is due to the quick response of their management and the service being fairly decent.
