I contacted MRS Restoration for an estimate on mold removal. The receptionist was very courteous. I spoke with Joe who really was very honest and helpful. I am impressed with the integrity of this company, and it is clear they truly care about their customers. Finding a business that sincerely cares about their clients instead of just making money is very rare now and days. I appreciate all the help and gladly recommend them.

There is one thing missing from some companies in the world today, that is integrity. That cannot be said for MRS Restorations. They told me exactly what was needed, they put the equipment in and it did it’s job exactly as they stated. Fast, professional, and easy to deal with! After we discovered a mushroom sprouting in our bathroom shower, we started searching for a mold remediation company and came across MRS Restoration. Chris and Moses came out the same day to inspect the bathroom. They spent some quality time listening to me and then explained how they work and what to expect. On the day of the demolition, Alex and Moses arrived promptly and worked steadily. They did a great job! They carefully sealed off the job area to contain any mold spores, stripped the bathroom down to the studs, treated the whole area, and removed the demo waste. I give MRS Restoration top marks for being on time, keeping everything clean outside of the demo zone, having genuinely courteous employees, and most important of all, being honest and responsive! Christopher came out almost instantly when I was under distress after my water heater started leaking and damaged my floors. I didn’t know how to handle the insurance company and the amount of knowledge provided by Christopher and his team was exactly what I needed. Do not make the same mistake I did. I would not recommend. If you do happen to choose this company (again, not recommended), make sure you take a picture of every wall in your home, and make a detailed inventory list before you let them take any items from your house.

Hands down an incredible company. My aunts is an elder women and I live 4 hours away from Smyrna,GA where she lives. Knowing I couldnt be there for a week due to work l, Christopher said some very incredible things to me. I was stunned. Christopher had his guys leave drying equipment in the wet part of the house, they built a really interesting plastic wall to divide the area, Christopher told me and my aunt that he would wait until the adjuster was satisfied with the value before he would even have my aunt sign a contract for his work completed. Our adjuster with State Farm said he has heard some pretty nasty things about other companies not coming back and completing their work. I had a water leak in my apartment, and Chris and his team came over and evaluated what my apartment complex had done for the water damage in my apartment. My complex did a poor job in acknowledging to me the mold and mildew build up in my house. I was able to get my problems solved by him and had the complex pay for my water damage. This company is upfront and knows the risks and costs of the business. I’m glad I called him for a second opinion.

We called MRS late at night after discovering our ejector pit flooded our finished basement with sewer water. We were expecting a callback in the morning, but Christopher Cestero immediately called us back that night to assess the situation. He gave us upfront pricing on a reasonable quote.His crew (Alex & Moses) quickly arrived and managed to remove over 600 sqft of damaged flooring/baseboard as well as uninstalling all cabinetry, granite countertops and bathroom fixtures without damage to them. All flooring was treated and industrial fans & dehumidifiers installed. They did all this in less than 7 hours without a break.Chris checked in daily during the drying process to make sure things were satisfactory. I cant say enough on how pleased and satisfied we are with these guys. Made one of the most stressful homeowner nightmares a smooth process.

FMS CAT solved our mold problem!This company responded quickly to our need while some others were hard to get to answer our calls or come out and give us a quote. FMS gave us a plan to fix the mold problem that was reasonable and only targeted the specific area than needed to be treated rather than a larger area that did not. FMS staff were courteous, professional, and neat. They cleaned up after each trip. When they finished treating the areas needed, they did an amazing job of finishing and painting the walls to the point that they looked brand new. You couldnt even tell there had ever been a problem. Cant say enough good things about MRS Restorations services. I had an upstairs toilet leak overnight,sending water into the kitchen of the main floor. After the toilet was fixed I needed someone to comeout and assess the damage to the kitchen. Christopher immediately came out (on a weekend, too) andwas able to give me some options to consider. Thankfully, it turned out that the sheet rock and floors inthe kitchen did not need to be replaced and only needed to be thoroughly dried and ventilated withfans/humidifiers. I appreciated his honest opinion and speedy response to my issue. For the couple daysthat the fan needed to do its work, he was in constant communication and checked in on things. Verynice guy and works with a great team. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

I don’t right many reviews, if any. I could not let my great experience with MRS Restoration go untold. I came home to find water pouring through my Sheetrock from the bath area above. Being a plumber I was able to stop the leak but needed someone to do the restoration. Chris came out in the middle of the night. I chose Chris because you could tell he was very knowledgeable and just seemed trustworthy. He helped me with talking to my insurance company and walked me through the process. I now refer MRS Restoration to my customers and they do a great job time and time again.

I live in Nashville,TN and was very worried about my mom who lives in smyrna,ga after she told me her pipe busted and that the insurance company sent out a 1 man company to do the work. she was so uncomfortable because the guy drove his personal car and didnt have any credentials, not even a business card. I spent the evening doing research when I found Mrs. Restoration located in Smyrna,ga just minutes from where my mother lived. we found amazing reviews on Google, yelp, and the better business bureau. I spoke with the owner Christopher who gave me such a guarantee that he would take care of my mother there was no way to pass up using his company. Christopher walked my mom hand in hand through the entire process and made it very easy for her to decline using who the insurance company preferred. It took a few days longer than he planned to have the project finished but the final work was better than it was before the damage. Never was my mother asked for any money upfront for anything. The project was completed and Mrs. Restoration billed the insurance company directly and when the project was finished. I truly wish Christopher was capable of performing all trades of business so everyone would always have amazing outcomes when getting services performed.

​We are first time homeowners. Right after we purchased the home, we needed to do some repairs which included replacing the wood floors. Not even 6 months into our first new house, the laundry room washer floods and soaks about 3-4 rooms. Lots of water. We didnt know what to do nor did we understand at that moment what had just happened. We just soaked up as much of the water as we could, and tried to dry things up. Went to Home Depot to try to get some things to help, and ran into someone there that recommended Chris. Serious god send right there. We talked to Chris and made time to come over immediately. His knowledge in the water repair and adjuster world is vast. Super confident and works very fast. Nice and personable person as well. Chris quickly educated us on what had just happened and how this story was going to play out. He talked some numbers (big numbers) in terms of insurance coverage and what they pay for things. I had not even considered insurance being new to homeownership. Chris followed up with his team to take measurements, etc., and gave me an adjusters estimate for a significant amount. Chris was confident that the insurance company would pay this amount and offered to come and be onsite for the insurance companys adjuster to determine how much the insurance company would pay. Well the insurance company came, looked at the damage for like 1 min, and just before Chris got there gave us a VERY low ball number. Chris arrived and promptly reconciled the adjusters notes and work. In the end, the insurance company ended up paying MORE than Chris predicted for the repairs. If Chris had not come to sort out the insurance companys adjuster, we would not have been able to afford the repairs. Chris was so straight on this process that he didnt even make me sign a contract to begin with him. Honestly it was all a bit too good to be true, but this story is coming to an end, and it played out exactly as Chris described. It was true, and it was good. I cant say enough about Chris and his team for helping a young couple in their very first new home deal with a disaster. Chris was easily accessible, trustworthy, confident and simply helpful. I feel so lucky that I got his contact info by way of a random referral while at the hardware store. Thank you!

Had a series of floods happen in my condo, back to back years... one from the upstairs unit flooding into ours... the other from heavy rain pour... the first time it happened I called a few companies to come out and access the damage but all indicated they would come by on the next business day. I then called MRS Restoration and spoke with Chris C. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable of what I was experiencing, but he empathized and instantly came that same evening to inspect the damage and had a crew start THAT SAME NIGHT! We contacted Chris with Mrs-Restoration, and they immediately, came out and helped us start the process. They did an amazing job getting everything cleaned up and completed. Chris and his team are life savers. First, they are available at all hours for emergencies. We called him late, after business hours and his answering service took our information and promised a call back. We we surprised when the owner called us personally as he lives nearby. He was at our door within an hour to evaluate the water damage and figure out best steps. He had water drying equipment in that night, and managed everything from working with the insurance company to ensuring that repairs were fast. He even goes to bat for you with the insurance company to dispute unreasonable short cuts and ensure they pay for whats right. Dont trust anyone else! Fast, honest and reliable.
