THEY DONT WORK WITH FLOOD INSURANCE. My first experience with the company was very positive, as the person I spoke with (at 5am) was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. Despite our 9am appointment, we didnt hear from anyone until close to 11am, when I was promised a call back in 15-20 minutes for an estimate on when they would arrive. I can understand this, as there was severe flooding in our area and Im sure they were busy. When I received a call back, they wanted to verify I could pay in cash because they do not work accept/work with Flood Insurance. At this point, I called ServePro and they came out within 2 hours and began cleaning up immediately.

As soon as I called they came out immediately. Initially Alex and Ben came out and the started the work right away. Worked very quick and the very next day Abraham and Nick came and finished the job. Abraham is AMAZING help me and talked me through all the details and answered all questions that I may have. All in all I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!!!

The company’s project management from beginning to end was methodical and impressive.Flood Pros USA provided exceptional customer service and I love their communication style. Abraham, Joe or Moses provided daily updates and explained what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer questions and returned calls and texts promptly. They tested for mold, removed and replaced carpet & drywall, re-installed insulation, repainted the walls, sanitized, etc.…they did it all!But the best benefit of choosing Flood Pros is that they worked directly with our insurance company. We just had to make the initial claim and Flood Pros did everything else. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a trustworthy and dependable water restoration company in the future. Ok so first let me say that I do not write many reviews across the internet as I believe an organization must always be deserving of such praise. That said Flood Pros USA was amazing to me and my family (especially in such crazy times that we are in). We had an issue with our laundry machine, and we had water running down our hallway. I quickly panicked and tried to dry as much as I could and, in that panic, called the first number I could find that dealt with water damage. The team quickly assessed the issue and was helping me evaluate all of the options that I was now presented with. They quickly setup dehumidifiers and fans without question. The team wanted my family and I taken care of before they worried about anything else. Our school suffered tremendous water damage last year. It was like the sky was falling down with all the water damage we had. We called Flood Pros to come and rescue us.
