I’ve been seeing Dr. Morgan for some years now. He is such a good doctor. After every visit, I feel hopeful and determined. He listens and takes his time with his patient’s. He is honest and easy to talk to.I’m so grateful he’s my doctor. I highly recommend him. Also his staff is kind and professional
Correction... this is the wrong office. My experience is with another location... hopefully Google will take this down. After 2 years of trying to manage an unorganized doctors office weve been forced to move on. During our 2 years weve seen 4 different doctors, all who quit, as the turn over rate is apparently very high. Getting an Rx refilled is next to impossible from Dr. Chowdhury who has presumably retired, quit or otherwise just disappeared. Two years ago we started out on shaky ground with Beautiful Minds and its unfortunately been downhill ever since. I thought about a two star to give the benefit of the doubt but just couldnt find any reason to justify the bump up.
Dr. Smith is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She goes above and beyond, and always has a pleasant disposition. Dr. Smith really cares about her patients and is highly recommended!
Dr. Morgan is great and very relatable! My original therapist went out of network and I started seeing Teressa. Ive experienced more growth and progress in the last few months seeing Teressa than I have in therapy for the last few years. I feel more like myself than ever! Both are highly recommended!
Great Office But Even Better Staff.!!! Serenity And Ashley Are Simply Amazing!! They Make Sure Every Single Minute Is A Seamless Sensational Moment. They Are Actively Trying To Always Make Sure Things Are Taking Care Of, And Will Go Above And Behind For Their Patients. They Are Simply The Best In The World!!!
Great service Ashley for scheduling was so patient and helpful to this new Mama highly recommend
This was the first time I ever went to a psychiatrist and I talked to Dr. Amanda Green, she was easy to talk to and helped me with the things i needed
Hands down, the BEST psychiatrist I could ask for. Ive been to several treating physicians in this field since the age of 7...and Im so glad I finally found one like Dr. Morgan! He actually listens to his patients(which is a rare find these days) and shows understanding and empathy, while taking TIME to discuss symptoms instead of rushing you out the door!! Highly recommended!!
Fabulous office, I found the front office staff to be very friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Morgan was exceptional! He came highly recommended, and I now know why. My grandson connected with him right away, made him feel at ease. My grandson felt comfortable in his office and loved the super heroes.
Dr Niazi takes him time to really understand his patients needs and help them find the best possibly therapeutic results.
My Family & I could not have chosen a Better choice of Doctor, than Dr. Morgan, himself . My 2 children as well as myself absolutely Love, Dr. Morgan!!! Thank you for being such a great listener and just a Beautiful person inside and out. He is very passionate about his work and helping others. Youre the Best!!
Dr Morgan was great years ago when I took my oldest son to him. Shortly after, I tried taking him back and he had started his practice. I called for weeks to get an appt and got no one. That was years ago. Last year I ran into a friend who was seeing him for her Autistic son. I decided to try again. No answer. Here recently, I have reached out only to find that he wasnt accepting new patients. Fine, I wait a month and call back only to be told that he isnt seeing new patients until MAY and to be told that my 4 yr old Autistc son cant be seen for those services ( all of which I was assured were not an issue when I called a month back) and that he was too young to be seen there. Mind you, this came out AFTER I was asked what insurance I had. When I try to make an appt for my oldest to see the nurse practitioner, Im asked AGAIN what insurance I have, told what info they need only to be told new information: I have to pay a 50.00 deposit to even BOOK the appointment. Not.... happening. When I voiced my complete disgust with the practice I was told . the following verbatim in the driest tone, I am sorry for your inconvenience. I hope you will callback. *dialtone* I wont be calling back maam. We are done here. Great therapist, terrible business skills.
My sons and I have been patients of Dr. Morgan even before he opened a Beautiful Minds and will continue to do so. You can clearly tell that he and his staff, care for the well being of our family, as both a whole unit and individually. Both Dr. Morgan and Kirsten Jones have been there for the boys during some very tough patches that I know we could not have gotten through without there help. Wonderful practice and I will continue to recommend them :-)
We love Dr. Morgan and his staff. My daughter has been going to him for years. The other lady that gave his practice a 1 star would have received a better experience by actually calling in to schedule an appt. Sometimes apps or websites that are to be convenient are not at all convenient. Dr. Morgans staff have always been friendly and helpful with any scheduling issues. Dr. Morgan really listens and cares deeply about his patients.
I’ve been visiting beautiful Minds for about a year now and have nothing negative to say. Every member of the staff is kind and professional, the facility is always comfortable and relaxing.I wish more people made routine mental health visits a part of their regiment.... if you get a yearly physical, should at least get a yearly mental check up.
When I first came here, I had to beg them and leave desperate pleas via voicemail for them to even call me back. Days and three unanswered voicemails later, I finally got in with Reggie. He was great, and I was with him formore than a year, but he has since left the practice. Now I’m on hold for 15 minutes without fail to even look up my information and they fail to tell me when I request a refill that they will refuse to do so until I come in (I was last in in October, less than two months ago). They simply rejected the request and I had to find out from my pharmacist that they weren’t responding to his attempt to contact them.Truly unacceptable way to treat people who are desperately seeking help.
I love everything about this office from the front office to Reggie to Dr. Morgan. They are amazing!! Reggie is doing everything in his power to get me where I need to be mentally and Dr. Morgan has is taking great care of my 9 year old that is diagnosed with Psychosis and several other mental illnesses. It’s amazing how people get mad when the dr won’t see them because they are late for their appointment. So is my child or another child supposed to suffer because you don’t have time management. You child could not have been that important to you that you could not make their appt on time.
The beautiful minds center is a great place for my son. Dr. Morgan is a very good doctor. He has been with my son from 12 till now 18. Kristen and the whole staff is great. When my son go thru crisis they are there for me and my son. What a great place to call family.
Ive been with Dr. Morgan since the early start of his practice, I never met a doctor more caring and selfless as him. His office is highly professional and his team I call them the A+ team base on the high quality of work his team does you know for a fact that he did his research and study before making his choice of staff. I recommend to anyone if youre looking for high quality treatment in a life fill environment and a family oriented setting Dr. Morgan and his team is what youre looking for.Thank you Dr. Morgan, Kirsten and Keturah you guys are the best continue the the excellent work you are doing.
UPDATE/EDIT: I have since spoken with Dr. Morgan, and he has informed me that he was unaware of my situation until just before my Friday afternoon appointment, and the situation was very troubling to him and is being addressed.Dr Morgan is a cool guy, and he does listen to and care deeply about his patients, but there are many of us, which can lead to the occasional glitch, but he is always 110% invested in every single person that walks through his office doors.Staff can range from fantastic to basically indifferent, depending on who you speak to on the phone or at the front desk, which can lead to major accidents; just being honest here.********FORMER SITUATION IN SHORT***********A clerical error of some sort occurred, mistakes were made, important information wasnt passed along, and med doses were missed for a week. Tantrums of varying magnitudes were thrown. The problem has since been amended.
First @Roland Crane, I hate that you had the experience that you did with the office. If you use Google maps, it should have taken you directly there - it takes me directly there every time. I drive a long way there as well. Also, yes, I agree they should mention this on the website to warn you (and probably post it in the office too) that if you are 10 minutes late, then they cannot see you. They actually do have a reason for this though - if you are late a certain amount of minutes, then they cannot meet the minimum required minutes for an office visit required by law. Thus, they cannot bill the insurance company for it - therefore, youd be stuck with the bill. That being said, Ive been seeing Dr. Morgan for 7 years now, and he truly does care about his patients. He is kind-hearted and compassionate, and I do recommend him and this office. Ive seen a couple more doctors there as well and never had a bad experience. My only reason for the 4 stars is that many times, the wait is very long, and I end up waiting as much as 45 minutes after my appt time. I would still recommend Dr. Morgan and this practice, happliy, anytime.
Dr Tonner is the best, she truly does care about her patients and finds the best way to treat her patients without giving them a lot of medication that treats the same thing. I would recommend her to everybody.
This is my personal experience with one doctor, Dr. Saha. It was a total sham and waste of time. First I had a very long drive and then via the internet I was directed to a different address 6 miles away and I called to let them know I was running late. They said fine (they could have told me what they would tell me at the office). When I arrived, they then told me I could not be seen because I was over 10 minutes late! They took my fifty dollar deposit on top of this too. She is also in the racket of getting all she can out of patients for the most pitiful reasons. Apparently she considers her patients of no value and has no compassion. Any true professional would not have regulations like this. There was no mention of this in scheduling or on the site as well, so obviously it is something they use for more income. They find their patients anything but beautiful, only dollar bills.
Love Ms.Karen and Dr.Morgan I was heavily depressed and sucidal and they were my last result and they saved my life . I’m so grateful mentally heather now then ever.
The front office manager is so unprofessional and ghetto. She has no empathy for the clients and addresses issues from her office instead speaking directly with the client. I called to inform the office that I was in a minor car accident and I will be 10 mins late. I got the office and the office manager response was “I was just on the highway and there’s no accident”. I never once said it was on the highway. They decided to charge me a no show fee.I will not be returning and will not recommended this place because of her unprofessionalism. I will say I love Gloria!
I really enjoyed working with gloria - she helped me realize so much about myself and listened to my suggestions and ideas for treatment and was very supportive. dr morgan has always seemed down to earth and eager to help his patientsbut recently due to some staff changes i was assigned to see another nurse practitioner three weeks later than my original appointment. i was promised that my refills would be taken care of when i made my appointment for the end of this month (that original promise happened a few weeks ago). i was supposed to see gloria right after the 4th of july holiday and only had enough meds to last till the beginning of this weeki called tuesday early afternoon after my pharmacy didn’t get a refill authorization on monday. i was redirected to voice mail several times and left a voice mail. i didn’t not get a call back until the next morning. wednesday came and there was no refill, so i called again and was told that my refill would be called in by the end of the day wednesday.i woke up today, thursday, after being off of my medicine for 4 days, and still didn’t see a refill waiting for me at my pharmacy. i called them first to make sure their app wasn’t just glitching - they confirmed they haven’t received anything from beautiful minds.i just called and was interrupted by the same woman i spoke to yesterday who promised my refill and said she only got the go ahead this morning to refill my prescriptioni know the office must be chaotic right now and i know it’s difficult to reassign patients to new doctors, however i’m extremely disappointed by the empty promises. i would have much preferred more transparency - so, being told it might take a few extra days - instead, so i could have titrated myself off of my medicine instead of going without it cold turkey. not only is the withdrawal extremely uncomfortable - now i’ve had my (new) medicine interrupted and it’s going to take longer to fully feel its effects.i’m extremely disappointed in how this entire situation is being handled and i’m tempted to leave this practice. i don’t feel that the front office staff care or understand how much missing doses affects patients. no one has apologized for the delay or seemed to care at all. they just seem annoyed that i keep calling - which i only do bc i’ve been promised refills then not gotten them.again i wouldn’t be as irritated if i has known there would potentially be delays, so i could have taken steps to titrate myself off of my medicine.the only reason i’m not leaving a one star review is because i loved gloria when she was here, kirsten is a big help to my family and dr morgan seems like a genuinely good man. i hope he sees this and has a talk with his office staff about their behavior toward distressed patients. being brushed off for almost a full business week really has me debating leaving to follow gloria or find another practice that treats its patients better.
I have been going here for several months. I have received bills of $500 and $1000.00 from the drug testing company that they use. I never agreed to that. I cant afford it. This needs to be corrected.Edit: still not resolved. Avoid these people.
Super pissed with this place, my daughter was 15 mins late to her appt and the NP Karen couldnt take the time to see her. Even after me pleading that my daughter is very mentally ill and is starting to see things again and I really needed her to see someone. They cared not one bit! Been coming here for a while now and my daughter always seen Reggie- one thing I cant stand is for a place like this to not care about their patients specially when it has something to do as serious as a mental illness! no matter how much I begged for her to be seen!
Dr. Abdul Niazi is AWESOME. His very first day at Beautiful Minds he was very thorough.
Dr. Morgan is that guy.... I trust him with my life....honest, real, smart, professional, and caring with his patients. I wouldn’t change psychiatrists if you paid me to.
They are very incompetent. The doctors never return phone calls even from pharmacies that are asking about a prescription. The pharmacist at Walgreens told me that they always have problems with this group. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.
I would give less than one star if possible. Take your money and NO service, reschedule policy with not one grace period even during Irma had no power!
Great doctor. Really listened to my concerns & my son is finally getting the care he needs.
Horrible customer service. I found this doctor after researching a couple of black psychiatrists. It is part of my promise to my self to give business to more black owned and operated establishments. Checked for his presence with my insurance and then set my appointment through ZocDoc. I use it all the time, but it cant be utilized properly if you are not updating your availability. Sadly they were not. I was left a VM stating I should call someone back regarding the time. I called back and chose one during the week. Inconvenient, so I just took the day off. Only to receive an email two days before the appointment saying that wasnt availalble either. She wasnt very apologetic and she did not offer an alternative for my troubles. Ive had my OOO set for that day for the last week. Vacation day wasted. I cant rate him, but I can rate the service and it was very bad. .
Great doctor, perfect customer service.....wouldnt trade Dr.Morgan for anything👍
I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Morgans patient for many years. He is not only an amazing practitioner, but when I am in his office I feel like hes a friend.
I came to beautiful minds desperately needing a new doctor and medication management and they helped me with all of that. Thank you
Dr Morgan I thought was good he let my child go due to to many missed appointments I was in a bad car accident and couldnt walk or drive that lets me know its all about the money and the girl that sits at the desk she very rude and lies to him about things not true you call she says you dont
LOVE DR.MORGAN...HES GREAT!!!
Dr. Morgan is compassionate, humane and helpful
Dr. Morgan is hands down the best doctor in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!
Best doc in GA
