Had extra people in the waiting room that was not patients, and the whole time they sat there coughing, I felt very uncomfortable, they need regulations to keep us moms safe !!

This facility provided no area for our elderly mother to sit inside their office. The office was empty and she was asked to wait outside. She is elderly so she does not drive and was forced to stand outside before her appointment.

Second time here and the last one. They give an appointment and then you have to wait for an hour. I had an appointment at 1 pm andI arrived 12:45 and the office was closed because they were on a lunch break. They open at 1:05 and 2 people had the appointment at my same time and went in straight away...Horrible service

When I got pregnant with my third child I decided to switch to Prime OBGYN. A friend told me about it. The staff at Prime was so friendly, clean and punctual. I always got updates on information concerning my follow up appt and detailed info. Great place!
