Went in to upgrade from an IPhone 5 S to an I Phone 8. Shawn helped me get my new phone and got everything switched over. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff there.

This store is amazing. A great family feel that you get from start to finish. They got me into the s7edge and I wont put it down.

I purchase my new iPhone online. Tried to activate online, but it didn’t work. So I went in. The guy at the counter followed the procedure, and he did great. It’s just, like everyone knows, those process takes forever!! That’s not the guys’d fault, though.I think the store can have 2 staff on duty instead of one. Because if there’s someone already in the store when you walk in, that means you have to wait at least 30 minutes.

If i could give this store no stars i would. I come in to order a phone and they expect me to drive 5 hours to come pick it up. Called to see if it could switch the order to a different location, and the disrespect and customer service sucked. This store needs some major improvement. Definitely not the customer service Verizon would give out. Losing a valuable customer.!
