Ive got my woof back !!Hello there, l needed to have my woofers re-surrounded the foamhad deteriorated and ctumbled as do with most foam surrounds. I udislly send them off to the cold north to get them done. Yhis time l decided to look closer, and l goind Northwest Speaker and Equipment in Smyrna Ga.I decided to go there and check them out. Met Ron the owner a very nice man and while I waited l took a mini tour of his establishment. It was stuffed with all sorts of goodies. When my turn came l handed over my 6 woofers for some muvh needed love. He have me a great price and l drove home with great expectations.Well sir The team delivered.I arranged to have my drivers shipped back my US mail today they came and l was impressed with their packing and finally workmanship. Now installed my fine little speaker system sounds as good as new. Thanks Ron and Northwest πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Ron and his staff were professional from the time I walked in. I was not aware of what I really had and Ron spoke to me like a true professional. Today when I picked up my speakers I was given a great price and service. I will always recommend them to my friends. Thanks again.

Took a speaker to be repaired. Was told by owner dont call us, well call you in regards to repair costs and when it will be ready. No estimate costs were provided up front. When I picked it up, I brought the other speaker with me to see how they sounded together. I didnt realize that the felt woofer cover fell off the one I brought with me. The employee quickly went and got a replacement and glued the felt disc on the woofer. Then after its on tells me hes charging me $10 for it. $10 for felt, glue and a minute of his time. Didnt tell me before he glued it. That let me know I didnt want to do future business with anyone who would pull a stunt like that. $10 on top of the repair cost for an item they buy in bulk and Ive seen them for $2 a pair. It wasnt about the money. Its the principle.

Took my Sansui receiver here to get serviced. Just minor problem with a small hiss in the background. Took them 3 months to tell me the tech herd nothing wrong with it when tested. Charged me 45 dollars to listen to it. When I questioned this they told me they opened it up and checked everything out and cleaned the switches and herd no problem. Got it home and could tell it was never even opened up. So after 3 months of calling and getting a runaround,. I am back at square one light 45 dollars. Needless to say,. I would not recommend this place.

I had a pair of beloved Harman Kardon speakers I purchased around 1993, and their foam surrounds had disintegrated over the years. I had the surrounds replaced by these guys at cost of less than 10% of equivalent new speakers, and they sound as good as new. I am a very happy customer.

Hey, these guys are the best. I took my 1982 Fender Super Reverb on a Thursday. It was acting DOA when it left my office. They called on Friday with a report. I never thought to check the fuse. What has fuses anymore? LOL. Anyway, the unit was ready for pickup by mid-day Monday. We went ahead and did some more serious renovation (some tubes and capacitors were weak.) Pricing was very fair, work was efficient and fast. There have been other shops in Atlanta that have kept my other amps so long I almost forgot about them being in the shop.Give these guys a chance to do a good job for you too!
