We booked a pick up and drop off at $400 per way and tipped our driver $100. Had to stop on route to pick someone up (took about 15 min) and they charged my card an additional $112 for an “extra drive time fee”. We also got stuck in Nashville at a train for 20 min and had to turn around and back track. Called after noticing the fee on my card and was informed our drop off time in Nashville was supposed to be 11:30 and it was 12:06 and I needed to read the contract I signed.

Beware of charges they may add on after services. The driver never opened a door for us and acted very annoyed by our presence. Was not very satisfied with customer service.

This last minute excursion to Jack Daniels distillery was AMAZING! We were super impressed when a dapper Jamey showed up in the party bus to pick us up at the Nashville KOA. It was a comfortable ride with leather seats, disco lights & a full-stocked bar. Jamey was great and made sure we were well taken care of and very accommodating when we ran a bit late at the distillery. I would HIGHLY recommend Legends Limousine and Legendary Tours.

From booking the service, which was very short notice, to being dropped off at our final destination, Legends was wonderful. I wanted a limo to take my wife and I, plus our two kids, for a night out in Nashville to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Due to the temporary ban on transportainment, Legends could only set us up with a large SUV. However, on our way back home, Otis our chauffeur, met up with Solomon another chauffeur, and let us switch over to a beautiful stretched limo once we left Davidson county. This was a total surprise, and it topped off the evening perfectly! Customer service and professionalism is still alive people! Legends is a perfect example of that. I wanted to do something special for our 10th anniversary. I called Legends and spoke to Jason about their service. He was very helpful and knowledge about the service and pricing that they offer. The limo we got was great, it was so clean inside and out. The bar was even fully stocked with drinks and ice. My wife really enjoyed riding in the limo during our evening out. Our chauffeur was very polite and professional and my wife liked having the doors opened for her at each stop. I definitely recommend Legends and we will be calling them again.

Called Legends for my sons birthday. Picked us on time and was very professional. The kids loved riding and limo was very clean and spacious.

I started out checking a couple of limousine companies to rent for our sons prom experience. Out of those that I called, legends limousine was the only one that returned my call. Jason was very professional and detailed in what the services included. I was very confident after speaking with him that this was the company of our choice. Our kids loved the limousine service. The chauffeur took great care of them and they said he was Pretty cool. They added he help them get their music going (aux). They had trouble opening the bottles of kid friendly drinks and he pulled over to assist them. Our prom going group loved the experience and I will definitely use their services for any future endeavors.

The driver was on time and also the company agreed to a last minute change in the location for pickup. While we did encounter a few problems, the company at least called to apologize and offer a refund.
