Very easy to complete rental paperwork with many size options and climate control if needed. My unit appears to be in a newer section and is extremely clean and fortunately close to an exit door. So far there have been no problems.What had me take a star off was that when the units matching my criteria were listed there was no way to tell where that unit was and if the location would work. I suggest some type of map be added to the rental kiosk depicting unit locations.

I rented a storage unit from this company about 3 years ago. Storage area is well maintained and always free from trash. The staff are friendly in the office. Only thing holding back the additional star is that the price goes up every year by a minimum of 10 dollars per month

The c/s is excellent,the place is very clean and more important security is even better,however beware if you are late you ( might) be notified after the fact and have to pay late fees.this has happened 2 times and both the notice was very late so the bill just got higher

First I called. Ana was very nice. When I arrived the next day, she addressed me by name and showed me two units. She was friendly and patient and answered all of my questions. This facility gives a month free and has some other great specials. I was renting a unit with a stink bug infestation but Ana assured me they are clean and have no bug problems. I like that they take recurring payments using a debit card. A very nice person and they realize that people renting storage are customers and they have great customer service! I need storage due to life changes that are not so great. The last thing I or someone in my situation wants to deal with is a company that treats you poorly.

I purchased a unit that was definitely way too small for my belongings and had to purchase another much bigger unit. This was done on a Saturday so the office was not open. I called on Monday afternoon to get a refund for the first unit and had my refund by that Friday! Great customer service.
