I have been a customer with State Farm, Kim Coolbroth office for over 20 years, and not too long ago I had a situation beyond my control where they were going to cancel my car insurance. I was upset because the situation that was causing the cancellation did not involve my car or driving history. I had spoken with someone at the office in regards to the unfairness of the situation and was told they will contact underwriting and give me a call back which I never got. I called back to follow up and ended up venting my frustration with Debbie who went above and beyond to help me. She found out what I needed to do to help get the situation resolve, and kept following up with me. She was able to help me solve the problem and for me to maintain my car insurance with State Farm. I have been with Kims office since 1996 and her office is by far the most responsive and helpful insurance agent I have ever worked with.If you ask a question or need anything they will usually have it answered or the paperwork back to you in under an hour.Highly highly recommend if you are going with State Farm to use this agent.
