Tucker and Brian were our techs that provided great service, arrived on time and their work was very thorough. We had them do two rooms and the results transformed the the rooms and saved us the cost of replacing the carpet. Very polite hard working guys. Very happy and will use them again.

Immediately upon arriving and entering my home, the lead technician stated that my floor would Not benefit from a normal hardwood floor clean. Because of this they would need to do a Deep Clean. So instead of 99 dollars I was quoted a price of 400. This is even for a small hallway at the front of my house. Needless to say I chastised them for UpSelling like this and I asked them to leave promptly.

It was a good job however, I would have liked for them tell ahead of time that they don’t move or slide the bed. Very condescending and mean when asked if you cleaned the carpet behind door or asked to do certain area twice. It almost seemed like they didn’t care of service and client satisfaction.

The front office gave me a 30 minute arrival warning. The service tecs were on time. The prepared the area to be cleaned, cleaned, protected, deodorized the area swiftly, and did a well-above-average cleaning. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great deal of cleaning in a short time while still being thorough.

Im kind of a tough customer because although I dont mind paying good money for good service. However this experience was off the charts excellent! The phone people were not off shore and the crew was early and knocked it out of the park. They protected EVERYTHING from the front stoop to the job. Quoted $292 to have 1 hardwood floor and 2 tile floors cleaned. Upon arrival the cleaners revised the price to $444, or if I wanted the hardwood cleaned before being cleaned, $1,600. Cleaned before being cleaned?? The floors do look better, but they are not as clean as expected, despite paying $150 more than quoted. Will not be using Stanley Steemer again.

I called to have three rugs in my home cleaned. I moved two of the three rugs to my kitchen myself based on the scheduling technicians walkthrough. They do not clean them on the hardwood floors. The third rug had to wait until the other two were cleaned. The technicians arrived and looked at the labels on the carpets and advised me that two of the three could not be “steamed cleaned” due to materials and such, which is understandable. I should have declined service right then. The issue is On me. The techs stated they could mist and vacuum the two. So I said yes; it would be cleaner than my vacuum. In my opinion, if a full detailed clean is not done there should be some discount. I should not have to pay the total price if I did not get full service.If you need your area rugs cleaned, I recommend educating yourself on the particular rugs you have and if they can even be cleaned before you hire a steam service.

They, I mean Maurice and Alex, came in and cleaned our carpet better than it has ever been cleaned before. Did everything I had requested and was very friendly too. Their work really gives Stanley Steamer a good name as far as I am concerned. Save your money folks. Over $600 for my carpet to look no better than it did when I used a home Bissell ProHeat in the past. Many areas of the carpet do not appear to have even been touched. Greatly dissatisfied with the quality for the exorbitant price. Wish Id just rented a Rug Doctor and done it myself. Never again, thats for sure.

Upon arrival, they decided that the common room in my apartment should be charged as 2 rooms despite being one room. They also wanted to charge me extra for doing the closets in the bedrooms. I don’t appreciate being nickel and dime’d and next time will choose a service with an apartment flat rate.

I paid over $300 for my carpet to be cleaned in the whole house. The main areas needing cleaned were the office, master bedroom and stairs. None were badly stained or dirty, but enough to notice a difference in color. After a few hours of drying, there is no difference, my house smells worse, and I feel robbed of $300.The only pros and reason for getting more than one was they were on time and it only took 45 minutes. But now I’m guessing taking 45 minutes wasn’t a good thing.... very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

Very quick...to quick, carpets never really got clean, still smells, they used my water and never reconnected the outside garden hose back up, I moved all the funiture myself, and still charge $285.00 for one bedroom a long hallway and living area. The arrived at 315 pm and left at 340pm.

They were unaware of what they were cleaning. They cut off our living room way before it ended so the small section behind our couch was not touched. They sprayed stuff all the way to our kitchen island area and didn’t take a cleaner over it. It was very confusing. For the price, you would think it would take a lot longer than 10 minutes. They also did not move any furniture whatsoever. My husband was going to move out tv so the tv table could be moved but they started cleaning before he even had a chance.

We needed the carpet stretched in our loft and stairs. It was twice as much as the estimate. If it had been a little over the estimate it would have been okay, but double?I ended up only having the stairs done. $375.00 for one hour of work, and they still are bubbled. I would use them for this service again.

I scheduled an appointment to have my tile and grout cleaned in my bathroom (mold growing in grout in sections around bath tub not all over). I had a coupon. The “dispatcher” stated that it would be better if I got three rooms done. I informed her I did not have 3 rooms, but, I could get my hallway carpet cleaned and walk area in the living room because the carpet is not dirty except in those areas. Gave me a price of $179 and email that stated $172.The tech guys came to do the work. Gave an additional quote of $150 to clean the tile and grout in my bathroom for the 5% of grout. My entire bathroom is tiled I only wanted the small shower area cleaned. The Tech states when they come out they give a quote and the dispatcher should not give a price of what the cost would be. The tech calls the dispatcher and then states the $179 is a precost and the Tech can give an additional quote. I said this is false advertisement and I asked them to leave.The Tech suggested we call dispatch and asked why I was given a price for a service that should not have been given. They have to come and look at what needed to be done and then give a quote. Basically wheeling and dealing you have to do when buying a car.I don’t believe all of the good reviews I call bs.I did learn from this experience. If anyone knows of a product to use to get mold out of grout please let me know.Forget Stanley Steamer find another Cleaner!!!2020 has been a hard year and scamming customers should be taken out of your policy. This morning, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. I have been using this company since 2003 because they usually do a good job and seem reasonable. Well, not any longer. They changed ownership 2 months ago and are trying to charge me over 220.00 more this year that what they charged last year (and all previous years) for the same EXACT area. The most I paid was 204.00 last year and the year before that was 159.00. The previous franchise owner would value my business and give me discounts each year. The new owners have completely different pricing and state that the previous owners were doing their jobs correctly and were under charging. I spoke to the manager, Shane who doesn’t know who the customer is and wanted to argue as opposed to find a solution. I mentioned writing a negative review to which he said “go ahead”. He was only willing to discount the total cost down to 330.00 which was still 126.00 more than I’ve ever paid. I would STAY AWAY from this franchise as there are many others on the Nashville area who charge less with the same quality work. They will learn their lesson soon!!

Scheduled service was between 9am and 1pm, received a call at 2pm stating they were running late (really), said they would arrive at 2:20pm. Arrived at 2:50, 10 minuets to clean one 8x10 area rug, $160, and the rug still has traffic soil.

Excellent customer service!! Ethan and Rick were very professional, personable and efficient! This location is very fortunate to have these two men on their staff!! Carpet looked great. They took the time to go over a spot one more time and they got the job done quickly but efficiently. It was obvious that both Ethan and Rick genuinely cared about the customer and the job they did!! Kudos to both of them and how refreshing to get that kind of customer service these days! I highly recommend them!!

They arrived 50 minutes late outside their 3 hour window they provided. My previous experience with Stanley steamer in another state was great. They had sliders they put under the furniture to move the dressers around easily to clean every inch of carpet I had. This time they did not. Pretty sure the guy was by himself, so he was probably understaffed but the whole reason I booked with them again was because of such a great first experience. Will be going with another company next time.

Great service! They came out same day to clean carpets in 3 bedrooms when we were in a serious crunch. Gustavo and his partner were so professional and polite, service was reasonably priced and just a great experience all around!

Jonathan and Sam were amazing, they were able to get carpet cleaned that we had been unable to even after shampooing several times. They were both extremely courteous and helpful and though we originally only paid to have 2 rooms done, they did such a good job that we decided to have them come back and do the whole house. Highly recommended.

Alvin did a great job cleaning our kitchen ceramic tile and our carpets. He was very upfront at the beginning of the job that he was not certain the grout would come clean on our very old tiles. They came out much better than we expected but have decided to have the grout color restore done next week. Alvin was courteous, friendly and quick. Carpets look brand new!

I’ve had experiences with Stanley Steemer in the past that we’re not positive because of their technician. I hired Zerores after the bad issue with their employee, and come to find out the employee was let go and went to Zerores. I decided to give Stanley Steemer another chance. I was so glad I did. Pricing was very competitive. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

For the first time, I was disappointed. My original appointment was on Saturday. They had to reschedule. My second appointment was on Tuesday with a window of 2-4 which I left early from work to be available. They called to tell me they were running very behind and tried to get me to reschedule again. I explained the history and he said theyd get a crew out. I received a text at 4:30p they were on the way. They did not arrive until 5:45p. The guys were very nice and appearance was professional. I explained that I had a new puppy and that the carpet was heavily stained. I have a small area of carpet in my bathroom that leads into my walk in closet. They only did the bathroom and did not go into the closet. They did not offer the pet deodorizer products which I read about on line after they left. They did not even try to clean under my bed. Its a platform bed with about 8 clearance. I pay more for SS because they have always gone above and beyond with the service without supervision. This team did only the minimal.

The quality of the job was EXCELLENT! However, I feel duped by the website’s pricing. There was a $30 off one room, so I did that. We chose to only have our living room cleaned which was $69....minus the $30 should be $39. However, there was a $99 minimum charge in fine print. To “meet” that minimum, we were charged for 2 rooms at $69 each. However, only 1 room was cleaned. Does that make ANY sense? I hate feeling tricked. I would have gladly paid full price without the discount. WhenI called, I. was told nothing could be done because it was all on-line. What a bitter ending!

Crew did not arrive during scheduled window and did not call prior to arrival.I would have preferred that they wore shoe covers inside my home if they weren’t going to remove their shoes.I asked for 1 sofa, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans to be cleaned. After cleaning the sofa, we decided not to clean the other pieces of furniture due to concern that the fabric wasn’t amenable to steam cleaning.When it was time to pay, they attempted to charge me for all 5 pieces.

Horrible customer service. I scheduled days in advance online and wrote detailed instructions explaining I lived in midtown and my building did not offer parking. I got a call less than 1 hour before arrival and the woman refused to pay for her parking in order to clean my residence and then decided that she would either bill me or not come. She didnt come. If you live in a unit above the second floor and do not have parking, I wouldnt bother. They are horrendously rude.

My cleaner did not even move over light weight end tables for a carpet clean. I wouldn’t expect heave things to be moved but end tables, floor lamps and chairs that are easily pushed around- for the price, this should’ve been done. Otherwise, the carpet looks good.

Stanley Steamer came to my home 45 min past the alotted time, when they got here young men were pleasant it took a good 30 min and they were done mind you 3 ems and hall way. Alvin was very respectful. When I noticed a spot the technician missed, Alvin agreed and immediately took the lead, and recleaned the spots.
