I tried to use their services for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. My appointment was scheduled from 1:15-4:15pm. At 4:05 I called to see if they were still planning on showing up. They said the technician was behind schedule and they would have him call me. At 5:20 I called again. They told me they would check with the technician and he would call me. I did not receive a call. The following day I received a call from their customer service department asking about the services I received the day before. She then asked if I still needed the service completed. I do, but not from Nexus Air Duct Cleaning!

I have nothing but the best to say on the service I received. John came over and did an inspection and discovered an accumulation of mold. He provided me with a breakdown of how they would go about cleaning the entire vent system. He even got us a military discount for the work that was being completed.
